I'm honestly so upset about this experience. I drove over an HOUR for a refill just to be treated like this. Annie was incredibly rude from the start. No greeting, no acknowledgment--she just told me to lay down. When I tried to explain the style I wanted, she told me to "just show a picture" while scrolling on her phone the entire time. She stayed on her phone while I was literally talking to her. I asked about pricing multiple times and she straight up ignored me until I had to say "hello?" and she just said "wait." Like... what? It gets worse. She started working on me without washing her hands, which is honestly disgusting, and was super aggressive the whole time. I had to stop her to ask AGAIN about the price before continuing, and she tried to charge me more than what the owner originally quoted. The second I told her to call the owner, suddenly the price dropped? That's shady and completely unprofessional. The entire experience felt disrespectful, unhygienic, and honestly sketchy. Love this location since they had lots of good deals for Maine / Asian styles lashes. I've been to canny w couple time and have always loved their service and style of lashes however, they seemingly closed for a month or two but are back up. A bit confused as to what happened as their branding has split from the other location and the website and phone number has been a bit confusing. I booked my appointment via text and there was a lot of miscommunication. Hopefully the website is fixed soon! As for my most recent experience, it was a bit turbulent. But after getting my lashes done in the am, they were not like the picture I had shown to my lash tech. I wasn't happy with them so they offered to redo it with a different lash tech. LUNA was my second lash tech and she did so amazing!! I loved loved loved the results and she definitely understood what I wanted. I highly recommend her for those who are looking for a longer sleeker lash design. She was fast and friendly. For reference, I got the Natural anime wispy design ( longer on the ends). If I could give this place zero stars I would the product is cheap and does not last more then three days when you get it fixed they fall off again three days after in clumps ! came in for a lash removal appointment & was scheduled with Luna. the booking site stated it would be $25 for an eyelash removal for 20 minutes. she was quick, finishing in around 20 minutes. when it came time to pay, i thanked her and we went up to the front. she pulled out a calculator and typed "39", turning it to me. to clarify, i asked "$25 right?" (as the price stated on the booking site). she nodded but pointed to her calculator again with the 39... confused, i asked again, "$25 right? your booking site said this service is $25." she attempted one more time to get me to pay $39, but when i asked for the reasons why, she said "okok" and confusedly, i handed her $25 in cash. i thanked her again and i left. later, i check my booking and it was changed to say "$15 Paid with Cash", striking through the $25...weird..... i walked out feeling confused & feeling like i almost got scammed... I almost tipped her too, but the confused and frustrated feeling she left me with, turned me away from giving a tip... i do not recommend this location for canny lashes due to the scammy behavior. $39 for a lash removal is crazy. if the booking site stated that price, i would not have booked here in the first place. also, she didnt give me any reasons it would be $39... if she explained why, i might've paid it (?) but overall, bad experience here. dont get scammed and stand up for yourselves ladies! i know times are tough, but it's tough for everyone, so be honest!!!!! dont scam your clients! read more

Plus I was able to take advantage of their free bottom lashes M-W. Luna has great technique. I have sensitive, watery eyes, but there was 0 discomfort during the appointment. On May 3, 2024, I had an eyelash extension done at your salon. However, by the very next morning, a large number of the lashes had already fallen out. I contacted the owner several times regarding this issue. Instead of addressing my concerns, the owner questioned why only I experienced this problem, which I found quite unprofessional. After my persistent requests, the owner reluctantly agreed to offer a free touch-up on May 7. However, after the service was completed at 5:30 PM that day, I woke up on the morning of May 8 to find that many lashes had fallen out again. This clearly points to a serious issue with your technique or product quality, rather than anything on my end. When I contacted the owner again, I was told that no further free service would be provided. Worse still, my messages were completely ignored afterward. This kind of service quality and customer handling is completely unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with this entire experience. Poor technical skills, lack of after-sales responsibility, and dismissive communication have wasted both my time and money. I request that this issue be addressed promptly and a reasonable solution be provided. Otherwise, I will consider taking further action through consumer protection channels. read more

I usually don't like leaving negative Yelp reviews, although I just had to share why Canny Beauty Lashes lost my business. A lash technician named, "Star" was the best at creating beautiful set of lashes with quality work. Not sure why she doesn't work there anymore, so I had Sally start doing my lashes -as I bought the most expensive package for touch ups every 2-3 weeks. Remind you that I invested a good amount of money with this business. I started to get annoyed, as Sally gets obviously greedy and doesn't have good business etiquette. Couple occasions she would say, I need to pay more and instead of fills, pay/buy a whole new set to replace the lashes I had. Last incident is where Sally didn't initial my frequent buyer card (due to me forgetting the card), but had me sign another log to keep track of my visits -but when I brought back my card to have her initial at my next visit ....she was flustered, acting as if I was trying to rip her off. I kept explaining she didn't initial my card my last visit, cause I forgot it... and she acted as if she didn't really want to initial it. There were couple other incidents that I can write about, but two examples were sufficient for this review. With this type of consistently poor service, I'm done with this place... Two stars at the least for: comfortable environment where I fell asleep, snoring away ...as my lashes were being replaced. Clean restroom and large, free parking lot out back. read more

So I came in and wanted to try a new spot and asked for 6d anime lashes and there's a couple reason for my 1 star review. First she started on one eye at a time and on my left I felt her pinching the lashes together to make the spikes for the lash style and then when it came to the right side I felt her rushing and after I looked at them my right side had 3 spikes and the middle and end don't have any. Also idk what product she was putting on my eye but it was extremely irritating to my eyes and they were stinging the entire service. Second I looked at my lashes up close today just to realize she didn't even apply extensions on majority of my lashes. If I'm paying over $100 I should get full lashes cause then they're just gonna look naked in like 6 days. I'm on day 2 of having them and the bottom of my eye is still red. This is my third time getting extensions and my eyes have never been this red and irritated so I'm not sure to be concerned or not. When it came to paying I paid for lashes, a shampoo kit for $25 and a 3% charge for card. Then she pointed to the screen and asked for a tip which the cheapest was $18. I felt a little uncomfortable just cause my eyes were still extremely irritated and I just said not today. I'm not going to tip on a service that felt rushed & they don't even look symmetrical. She told me to leave a 5 star review and that was pretty much it. Overall she was gentle but I can't see myself coming back as the products used are very irritating and my lashes aren't full. Edit: I read some reviews and noticed other customers have experienced the same thing as me and now I'm even more concerned and don't know if I should get them removed. I had a hard time finding the location so I arrived very late for my appointment. Samantha was kind and welcoming without showing any displeasure. I have been getting eyelash extensions for 6 years, but this was my first time trying the 6D design. She explained and recommended which length would be best for me, and she checked my other preferences thoroughly before doing the procedure. Her hands were so gentle that I didn't even realize I was getting eyelash extensions, which made me feel comfortable. I'm almost while sleeping.
