I'm honestly so upset about this experience. I drove over an HOUR for a refill just to be treated like this. Annie was incredibly rude from the start. No greeting, no acknowledgment--she just told me to lay down. When I tried to explain the style I wanted, she told me to "just show a picture" while scrolling on her phone the entire time. She stayed on her phone while I was literally talking to her. I asked about pricing multiple times and she straight up ignored me until I had to say "hello?" and she just said "wait." Like... what? It gets worse. She started working on me without washing her hands, which is honestly disgusting, and was super aggressive the whole time. I had to stop her to ask AGAIN about the price before continuing, and she tried to charge me more than what the owner originally quoted. The second I told her to call the owner, suddenly the price dropped? That's shady and completely unprofessional. The entire experience felt disrespectful, unhygienic, and honestly sketchy. I cannot believe I wasted my time driving this far for this level of service. read more

Love this location since they had lots of good deals for Maine / Asian styles lashes. I've been to canny w couple time and have always loved their service and style of lashes however, they seemingly closed for a month or two but are back up. A bit confused as to what happened as their branding has split from the other location and the website and phone number has been a bit confusing. I booked my appointment via text and there was a lot of miscommunication. Hopefully the website is fixed soon! As for my most recent experience, it was a bit turbulent. But after getting my lashes done in the am, they were not like the picture I had shown to my lash tech. I wasn't happy with them so they offered to redo it with a different lash tech. LUNA was my second lash tech and she did so amazing!! I loved loved loved the results and she definitely understood what I wanted. I highly recommend her for those who are looking for a longer sleeker lash design. She was fast and friendly. For reference, I got the Natural anime wispy design ( longer on the ends). If you come here definitely show a photo reference of what you want and speak up if what you get is not what you asked for. Everyone is kind here but the management right now seems a bit scrambled. If I could give this place zero stars I would the product is cheap and does not last more then three days when you get it fixed they fall off again three days after in clumps ! The work is garbage why hasn't this place been sued I will be calling state board on they're shop because they are doing things they are suppose to it's rushed you make an appointment and they already have people getting their lashes done go didn't have an appointment? I am disappointed in my lashes and at my first visit to this location. I had an appointment for a full anime/volume set with bottom lashes with no tech in particular since the one I preferred was unavailable. Ivy was very sweet and nice, however did not seem to understand the style I was trying to use for the set. I was showing her a picture of exactly what I wanted from their own instagram post, and yet they still did not turn out how I wanted. The set was a bit too anime and not as wispy as I explained, so I am not sure what the disconnect was in following the picture. Secondly, the quality of the extensions were not as expected, and the application was poor. At one point I did get a bit of glue or some sort of chemical in my eye was burning halfway through the appointment. I had an appointment with Lily on 06/22/26 at 2pm and drove all the way from Koreatown La to Arcadia, because one of my co-worker recommended this place to me and, I'm glad I gave canny beauty lashes a try, because lily was super nice and friendly. I started coming here July 2025, and I would try to get 2 week refills. I would jump from Sunflower to Natural Anime lashes(12mm inner corner, 13-14mm). There was a slight burn when I got the lash removal (for a new set) but it went away. It was quiet/calm music in the background. My lash tech was Lily! I wanted to get my lashes done before I came to Cali for the Sabaidee Festival, but I don't know any Mass lash artists that could do douyin type lashes. I've been following Canny on ig for a while and decided to book them for the day I landed. I was late due to airport stuff so I called and let them know ahead and they were very easy going about it. I was stuck between getting Thai or Demon anime. I just let the lash tech do what she thinks looks good. My eyes get dry after a while and she offered eye drops which were very helpful. If I could give ZERO STARS I would . They use Por quality lashes and glue I don't know what it is they use. I asked for wispy lashes with a little more volume I even showed a picture for reference and my lashes were very thin and natural in the end and extremely thick and full in the inner corners and not at all whispy .I was already late to where I had to go but still explain that this wasn't what I asked for they said I can come by tmr or the next day . By then Almost all my lashes had fallen off within 2 days I asked what can be done they say they don't have any availability to fix them but I can come in the next day for a removal which makes no sense, If they offered to fix them already for not doing them correctly. I drove from LA to Arcadia . NEVER AGAIN . It's not about the price but the service was also terrible absolutely no conversation or a welcoming and just told "lay down " "show picture" . came in for a lash removal appointment & was scheduled with Luna. the booking site stated it would be $25 for an eyelash removal for 20 minutes. she was quick, finishing in around 20 minutes. when it came time to pay, i thanked her and we went up to the front. she pulled out a calculator and typed "39", turning it to me. to clarify, i asked "$25 right?" (as the price stated on the booking site). she nodded but pointed to her calculator again with the 39... confused, i asked again, "$25 right? your booking site said this service is $25." she attempted one more time to get me to pay $39, but when i asked for the reasons why, she said "okok" and confusedly, i handed her $25 in cash. i thanked her again and i left. later, i check my booking and it was changed to say "$15 Paid with Cash", striking through the $25...weird..... i walked out feeling confused & feeling like i almost got scammed... I almost tipped her too, but the confused and frustrated feeling she left me with, turned me away from giving a tip... i do not recommend this location for canny lashes due to the scammy behavior. $39 for a lash removal is crazy. if the booking site stated that price, i would not have booked here in the first place. also, she didnt give me any reasons it would be $39... if she explained why, i might've paid it (?) but overall, bad experience here. dont get scammed and stand up for yourselves ladies! i know times are tough, but it's tough for everyone, so be honest!!!!! dont scam your clients! read more

On May 3, 2024, I had an eyelash extension done at your salon. However, by the very next morning, a large number of the lashes had already fallen out. I contacted the owner several times regarding this issue. Instead of addressing my concerns, the owner questioned why only I experienced this problem, which I found quite unprofessional. After my persistent requests, the owner reluctantly agreed to offer a free touch-up on May 7. However, after the service was completed at 5:30 PM that day, I woke up on the morning of May 8 to find that many lashes had fallen out again. This clearly points to a serious issue with your technique or product quality, rather than anything on my end. When I contacted the owner again, I was told that no further free service would be provided. Worse still, my messages were completely ignored afterward. This kind of service quality and customer handling is completely unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with this entire experience. Poor technical skills, lack of after-sales responsibility, and dismissive communication have wasted both my time and money. I request that this issue be addressed promptly and a reasonable solution be provided. Otherwise, I will consider taking further action through consumer protection channels. read more

I've always heard nothing but great things about canny lashes in Arcadia. One of my friends who is an influencer suggested that I try Jenny. I wasn't sure what I wanted but I knew what I didn't want. When I came I talked with Jenny and told her what I was looking for and she created and customized a look for me that addressed all the things I was looking for. I am truly impressed with the professionalism and the kindness that everyone has shown me. Jenny created a beautiful custom style for me. She listened to everything I asked for and I now know where I will be continuing my lash extensions. I usually don't like leaving negative Yelp reviews, although I just had to share why Canny Beauty Lashes lost my business. A lash technician named, "Star" was the best at creating beautiful set of lashes with quality work. Not sure why she doesn't work there anymore, so I had Sally start doing my lashes -as I bought the most expensive package for touch ups every 2-3 weeks. Remind you that I invested a good amount of money with this business. I started to get annoyed, as Sally gets obviously greedy and doesn't have good business etiquette. Couple occasions she would say, I need to pay more and instead of fills, pay/buy a whole new set to replace the lashes I had. Last incident is where Sally didn't initial my frequent buyer card (due to me forgetting the card), but had me sign another log to keep track of my visits -but when I brought back my card to have her initial at my next visit ....she was flustered, acting as if I was trying to rip her off. I kept explaining she didn't initial my card my last visit, cause I forgot it... and she acted as if she didn't really want to initial it. There were couple other incidents that I can write about, but two examples were sufficient for this review. With this type of consistently poor service, I'm done with this place... Two stars at the least for: comfortable environment where I fell asleep, snoring away ...as my lashes were being replaced. Clean restroom and large, free parking lot out back. read more
