Would not recommend this salon due to hygiene concerns. I was seated immediately after another client and the tools and station were not disinfected. I was even asked to use the same pedicure water from the previous client, which is unsanitary and unsafe. When I politely mentioned my concern, staff became upset rather than addressing the issue. Cleanliness and customer service are extremely important in a nail salon, and unfortunately this experience did not meet basic sanitation standards. read more

if you want your nails to be done fast & look like you did them yourself go here. such bad quality the paint job is streaky, on the side of the nail, on the skin theres paint. she didn't shape my nails or smooth out the big toe nail you can see the cuticle line through the paint. if I could give this place a -5 stars I would. go down the street to Linda's nails & spa for the best pedicure you'll ever get. don't go here. read more

I asked for wedding nice glitter nails with the color orange and got halloween style nails that look horrible. He said he had an idea and started and o said can we try just one nail to see if it looks ok and he said he had to do all because it dries it couldnt get fixed i should have just walked out i was heated! Love this place, always has great/fast service. I got acrylics for the first time at a random place and came back to this place (I always had gone to Luu's for regular gel nails) and got a fill with a missing acrylic (after just under two weeks). Luu took care of me and gave me absolutely amazing nails and took way more time than the random place I first went to with the drill and making it look like my own nail. Will definitely always come back to this place! Ken is always amazing for manicures as well! Go to either of these two. read more

I was greeted right away but I waited in a chair for about 20 minutes. There were 3 employees. Helen did my pedicure. She did a great job cleaning the nails and painting. The sea salt scrub felt great and she massaged by feet and legs a good 10 minutes. Besides for the wait, my complaint is they do not have blowers or fans to dry the polish. I put the air conditioner on floor blowing while I was driving about 2 hours. At that point I had to put socks and shoes on and later noticed my right big toe had the imprint of the sock. First and last time we go to this place! Took my sister to get her nails done for graduation. Not going to lie everyone is friendly and she was attended right away. But about 2 days later she said her left pink felt pain and so did her ring finger and we had to remove the nails. To my surprise she got FUNGUS!!! My sister let me know that they used clean instruments on her as she did for her last clients and never disinfected.. that's just disgusting! If I knew before I would have stopped it right away! And her actual nails we buffed down so thin they came off with the acrylic nail. Worst most dirtiest place ever! Not worth wasting money here!!! Horrible service just had them stop doing my pedicure because she left me scraped up and asked for a callus removal for the back of my foot and wasn't done properly I asked twice and she still didn't do it the right way Once I told the nail tech to just stop she got upset threw her gloves inside where the water is and started talking in her language saying who knows what But instead of me being mad she was mad who understands. It's like if I'm paying for a service I expect to get full satisfaction for my money And I was still forced to pay for the bad service ... never again it's like they say dont fix what isnt broken so next time I will stick with where i always go read more

Most likely won't be going back to start off I got cut around my cuticle twice once on my toe and then on my hand, then the lady working on my toes forgot to put that cuticle softener before she began working on my toes then unfortunately I get ingrown nails a lot cuz my nails are square it seemed as if the girl didn't even know wat she was doing to the point where it hurt so much I asked her to just stop and that I would just go somewhere else. They could do many improvements just to make sure that their customers get the quality service they are paying just saying in my opinion not worth it. read more

BE CAREFUL COMING HERE!!! I went for a pedi and a full set. They did my pedi ok (my nail shape was cut a little off i had to go home n cut them straight). My full set was horrible. They couldnt do a coffin shape, the nail was crooked, the lady kept cutting me, and she left the nails fat. I had to go some where else to fix my nails. I spend so much by going here Three weeks later, my pinky nail broke so i went to get my nails done some where else. I asked the lady to remove the nails and put a new set. It took for ever to remove my nails. They used powered that turns into glue like. Apparently its cheap powder that damages your nail. My actual nails where horrible. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR NAILS TO GET FUNGI OR FALL OFF. read more

First and last time that I go to this place I went to get a full set . The lady who sits at the first front desk did my nails . She kept messing up while gluing my nails she didn't use glue she used like a acrylic as glue then applied the nail she told me she couldn't use Acrylic because my nails were short so she used gel x witch is new to me btw for 2 of my nails she used a gel as glue and the rest acrylic as glue with a little blue light . My nails came out nice not gonna lie but my left pinky popped off and I noticed it was green like a fungus I took off all my nails and I have 4 nails with fungus due to them I will be going to the shop tomorrow to see what they can do . This place is no good dirty and disgusting!! Do NOT Come here unless you wanna get fungus ! I read the other yelp reviews and I'm NOT The only one who has got it !!! read more

This place is extremely unprofessional! I was getting my car serviced at the dealership next door and had five hours to spare and decided on a pedicure spot. My sister and I got there to get pedis and it was extremely hot inside with no AC and about nine people inside mind you it's a small place during COVID. It was my sisters turn and she was waiting for me and nicely told them to wait. The woman was screaming at her to take her seat while I was on the phone with my doctor! The woman was screaming at my sister to sit down ASAP when there was nobody available to help her! Then she started speaking foreign language in front of us while I'm on the phone. It was so embarrassing as she disrupted my phone call. I did not appreciate this we are paying customers therefore they should treat us with respect. read more

I normally get my nails done in Long Beach where I work, but since my nail buddy doesn't work there anymore I decided to branch out and find a closer shop. I am incredibly happy with the service and final product. I brought my mother in law with me and they were able to get us in and out within an hour and a half! Left to much acrylic powder under my nails. She did not paint my nails covering all the edges , she left a lot edges with no color. And to finish, the gel was soooo thick on the edges creating a thick and hard coat on the sides and everytime that I touch my hair, the hard and thick gel stuck on my hair. It sucks... when she filed the tip and acrylic she cut my finger really bad and it was bleeding she just put some glue on the cut, thats it, the pedicure was terrible, the same never covering completely the edges, I mean I can do the same in my home by myself. It supposed to cover all the nail with color. Come on. Even my 3 years old daughter can do better. Thanks but never coming back again. read more

I walked into this shop with my infant to get a pedicure and to remove an old set of acrylics. There was nobody in the shop when I walked in so I was seated right away. An older lady started removing my set by sliding a nail tip under my acrylics, so I told her if she can please soak them in acetone instead and of course she got a little upset because that takes longer but she did it anyway. About ten minutes later a lady walked in asking for a fill. The lady who sits in the very front (I'm guessing she might be the manager or maybe the owner) told the lady that was working on my nails something in their language. She suddenly stopped working on my nails, got up and started working on the lady who had just walked in. So I asked her why she stopped working on me and started doing someone else's nails if I was there first. She didn't even bother on telling me anything. She just got up and left. Which I find extremely rude. Then they tried to tell me that the problem was my baby. Really? He wasn't a problem before other people started walking in. These ladies are rude and don't know the meaning of courtesy take your money somewhere else. read more

To be fair the ladies are nice, but the service sucks! I won't be coming back. It took over an hour for a pedi and it came out looking horrible. I also had a full set done, I asked for short, thin, natural looking nails. I got short, fat, block looking nails, they do not look natural at all. Mimi asked me if it was ok. I was honest and said no, I don't like them they look thick, like blocks and not natural. She made no effort to say let me fix, and if she would of asked I would of said NO!!... it would of taken another hour! You really do get what you pay for. after searching through 8-9 nail salons around the temple city, rosemead, baldwin park, el monte area, i finally found a great nail salon! mimi did my gel mani and she did a wonderful job. shape was perfect, cuticles were trimmed clean, paint job was excellent. one amazing thing about mimi was that she filed my nails short instead of cutting first!!! i always prefer this but hesitate to ask bc i know it takes longer. i like my nails super short, so when she said shed just file it really short for me, i was pleasantly surprised. ive had my skin cut from clippers before so im deathly paranoid. usually ill ask they trim then file short. mimi was also pleasant in conversation and didnt rush me at all, so my mani+pedi took 2 hours, but was worth it. wendy did my pedi and she did a grear job. cuticles were clean, shape waa perfect, massage was amazing and she did an excellent job with callous removal because she really took her time and scrubbed areas that were really bad without me having to point it out. the only thing that could be improved slightly is that the paint job could be cleaner, but as is no one could tell that its not perfect except me because im so picky. they have a pretty big selection of matching gel & regular polish, a definite plus because i hate when my toes and match my hands. the prices are also super reasonable. $20 for gel mani + $2 removal. $14 for spa pedi + $5 callous removal. I'll definitely be returning every 10-14 days! happy customer here finally! read more
