Very rude... today there was only three customers ahead of me, and i didn't complain or nothing. One of the rude ugly nails techs gonna tell me to come back when all i wanted was an eyebrow wax. Mind you eyebrows only take 10 minutes at the max. Furthermore, I got fed up with her rudeness and told her I was going elsewhere but she didn't care. Very unprofessional and their nails do not last, they have bad attitudes. BTW I did not get to say anything before she started being rude. Decided to try this new place out. Bad decision. Called to setup an appointment and they told us at 4:20, got there earlier. That's when the attendant told us we needed cash - but she later took an ATM card from another customer!! She cut my toes and even when I asked her to leave them be, she kept going. Another attendant cut my friends cuticle nail, causing it to bleed and irritate - my friend decided not to proceed with getting polish after that. I paid just because I wanted to get out of there. It's such a small space and the fumes were so strong. Never again. I do not recommend it to anyone. read more

This place is definitely NOT OK! As I walked in the door I was greeted by the smell of smoke. Not sure if it was cigarettes or incense, but the smell was definitely pungent and it was hard to sit through. I had a gel manicure that I had on for over two weeks and watching them grow out was driving me crazy so I finally decided to get them removed during lunch. I figured I'd give this place a try since I've been unhappy with several nail salons in the area. Once I walked in and explained that I wanted to remove my previous gel manicure, the nail technician kept trying to persuade me to get another manicure and handed me a book with their newest nail colors. None of the nail polishes on the shelves looked like they were name brands such as OPI, China Glaze, Essie, which I usually opt for so I decided against it. During the process of removing my old gel manicure, I noticed the nail technician use tools that were soiled. I'm not sure if they were improperly labeled on the box, but they definitely didn't look clean. Compared to other places, I always noticed that the clean tools are placed in sanitary ziplock bags so I'm pretty sure that the tools were indeed soiled. The cost of the gel removal was $10, which also seems kind of high for just a simple removal procedure. I definitely won't be coming back here and I'm crossing my fingers that I won't end up with some infection. read more

Service was beyond terrible. First thing coming in, they start with racist comments in which, they don't even realize that I'm actually Vietnamese just like them. Nonetheless, during most of my appointment, the other lady whom was not working on my nails decided to stand directly right next to me while filing and cleaning their products, as if there was no other place to do so in the empty store. Anyways, the nail tech kept having to fix my nails because she kept messing up. Her layers of polish were way too thick, in which I had a feeling the polish would not stay on - sure enough that night, my thumb peeled. Here I am back, to fix one nail. Got here at 2:10 got out at 3:30 it was me and another lady in the salon. As soon as I got there they sat me down I ask for gel pedicure. Jenny was doing my pedicure everything was ok until was the painting part, Jenny paint all my cuticles if you know about gel you know that if you paint on top of the cuticle that's gonna lift soon. I told her that all my nails where bad and that I don't like my cuticles paint plus that is gonna make the gel lift. Then the other lady came to fix them since Jenny got bother. I also request to get my polygel remove from my hands , they didn't know what poly gel was, they put my fingers in acetona and just file the product so thing that is stick to my natural nails on top that I ask them to do me a manicure and they decline with the excuse that if they do it is gonna hurt me, like what? Like why would a manicure hurt? On top of that a lady cam to get a pedicure and guess what Jenny just removed the blue bag of the chair and she didn't even clean or sanitized the chair she just put more water and that's it that's so gross, you supposed to clean after every client. No coming back and do not recommend this place. Stay away go to Ann nails in El Monte instead. read more

Been to this nail salon twice already. Best pedicure place so far here in El Monte. Acrylics are so so not the best. Wish they can do better that way I don't have to go to two different nail salons.
