Idk who cuts them like this. The owner told my lady to "file it neatly and put oil on it" in Vietnamese. My nails were not filed nearly at all. I'm gonna go home just to cut off the remaining. I came in at 6:15 ish for a pedicure, I usually always get gel but I was going to come back in two week or so but of course they pressured me into it. Here is the thing, the lady doing my toes didn't do a great job with the prep, the toes are not filed nicely and square shape how I wanted, and she ended up cutting my toe having to stop the service because it wouldn't stop bleeding. She wanted to continue service with blood probably going to get everywhere and wanted to secure my cut with nail glue. I said no so fast and told her no paint. No massage no hot towel, no gel service because she cut me and still charged me $28 for it. Work has been shitty honestly. There are so much better places.
