Well, if you were there to scrap off the acrylics instead of leaving me to do someone else's nails then I wouldn't have to take them out! Finally, she came back to me and cut my nails way too short. Idk who cuts them like this. The owner told my lady to "file it neatly and put oil on it" in Vietnamese. My nails were not filed nearly at all. I'm gonna go home just to cut off the remaining. I still have acrylic powder on my nails too. Also, I'm Vietnamese. I understood everything you said.
