I was waiting for an employee to be done with someone else's pedicure so she can help me. I saw her take the tools she used on the PREVIOUS CUSTOMER , run it under water, and came to where I was sitting. I confronted her about it and asked if they were the same ones and the other employee said no (I wasn't even asking her) and then the person I was talking to said "yes" but that she cleaned it with solution. NO SHE DID NOT. I came on here to see the other reviews and I'm not surprised that a lot of people have said that they got toe infections ! It's FILTHY! I will NEVER come to this place again. Unfortunately earning a 1 star. I have been a regular customer for many years and it has progressively gotten worse. There used to be one of the ladies that was solid and would make up for the rest, from customer service to actual nail work. However, the business has gone down hill. I usually only continued to come to be able to get my nails done with my mom. I've been turned down twice while waiting for at least an hour for my mom got her nails done. I was lied to and told that they couldn't attend me because they had appointments then only to be told they did not want to attend to me. Unprofessional and rude. I have been talked down to on at least two occasions and turned away twice. Never coming here again. Save your money because they are rude and do a terrible half-assed job. read more

I peeled off the gel nail polish because I noticed a bump going on and as days passed it just got worse. The lady cut the sides of my toe nails which I have never had done before and now I have this big ugly bump with puss coming out. I hate giving bad reviews but this is really bad and idk what to do. I visited this place yesterday for the first time and it will be my last. I went for a gel mani/pedi and took my boyfriend's daughter to get a full set of nails. They asked her to pick a color and she told them white. When I went to pay they charged 36 dollars just for her I told them why does it say $17 on the wall!!? The lady tells the guy ringing me up something in their language and he tells me oh she used white powder on her instead of polish. I asked why would she do that? He said she didn't know? Ok so for her mistake you're charging me double?!! She's only 14 why wouldn't you ask her parent before applying white powder? Now mind you I went to beauty school and white powder is not more expensive than the basic pink or clear powder so why double the price?!! This was a ridiculous move on her part!!! read more

First and last time here. I just asked for pedicure when I got at my home I tried to take the cuticle off and omg I think I almost made a mountain of cuticles. She didn't do nothing to my cuticles she just showed the tool to my toes only and said HI AND BYE thats ALL. And then I got my acrylic nails on ombre style white and nude powder, all of my nails were crooked and some nails were longer than others omg, a horrible job, I had to go to the sally beauty and got a thick file and fixed all of my nails by myself. Plus the gel was super thick and stucking on my hair all the time, had to fix that problem as well. All of my fingertips had glue or and gel and or acrylic dried power. I had to file my skin as wellto take all of the stuff off of my finger. Idk the workers name, just know was on the last table. Never ever again. Thanks. read more

I asked for a certain shape and came out nothing like I asked. I hope someone else doesn't come to the first person in the front right next to the cashier. It's been almost a week and I only had one small chip on my thumb I uploaded some photos. So for the price I think that's pretty good! Compared to other places where the nail polish comes off within days. Anyways, they always do a good cleaning and even when it's packed they'll take their time on you.
