THEY USE THE SAME TOOLS ON EVERYONE AND DONT CLEAN THEM! Believe all the 1 star reviews. I came here because so was in the area and they were available. Worst decision. I was waiting for an employee to be done with someone else's pedicure so she can help me. I saw her take the tools she used on the PREVIOUS CUSTOMER , run it under water, and came to where I was sitting. I confronted her about it and asked if they were the same ones and the other employee said no (I wasn't even asking her) and then the person I was talking to said "yes" but that she cleaned it with solution. NO SHE DID NOT. I came on here to see the other reviews and I'm not surprised that a lot of people have said that they got toe infections ! It's FILTHY! I will NEVER come to this place again. Go elsewhere read more

I haven't had an issue until now ! I have always gone in with good attitude and pay thru the Zelle system never had an issue the lady tried charging me $45 and charges me $40 I'm a regular and she tried saying that I didn't pay because I brought up that issue up and as she finished up my nails she said it went thru please be careful when paying with any method . read more

Queen Nails - I love how my nails turn out - Nail Salons Near Me - South El Monte, California

Unfortunately earning a 1 star. I have been a regular customer for many years and it has progressively gotten worse. There used to be one of the ladies that was solid and would make up for the rest, from customer service to actual nail work. However, the business has gone down hill. I usually only continued to come to be able to get my nails done with my mom. I've been turned down twice while waiting for at least an hour for my mom got her nails done. I was lied to and told that they couldn't attend me because they had appointments then only to be told they did not want to attend to me. Unprofessional and rude. I have been talked down to on at least two occasions and turned away twice. Never coming here again. Save your money because they are rude and do a terrible half-assed job. read more

I peeled off the gel nail polish because I noticed a bump going on and as days passed it just got worse. The lady cut the sides of my toe nails which I have never had done before and now I have this big ugly bump with puss coming out. I hate giving bad reviews but this is really bad and idk what to do. How can I fix it ? Does anyone know what I can do? This is happening on my other toe as well. read more

I visited this place yesterday for the first time and it will be my last. I went for a gel mani/pedi and took my boyfriend's daughter to get a full set of nails. They asked her to pick a color and she told them white. When I went to pay they charged 36 dollars just for her I told them why does it say $17 on the wall!!? The lady tells the guy ringing me up something in their language and he tells me oh she used white powder on her instead of polish. I asked why would she do that? He said she didn't know? Ok so for her mistake you're charging me double?!! She's only 14 why wouldn't you ask her parent before applying white powder? Now mind you I went to beauty school and white powder is not more expensive than the basic pink or clear powder so why double the price?!! This was a ridiculous move on her part!!! read more

I had a pedicure and brow wax treatment at this location. The woman who helped me was incredibly friendly, and thorough. I was from out of town and she offered me several solutions for lunch after my appointment. My visit was an enjoyable experience. read more

Horrible. I spent 50bucks for shitty cheap ass nails that lifted 5hrs after. One just popped off lmfao. Ive never had this problem at my normal place but someone told me to go try this spot out. So I did and I honestly would never step foot in that door again. Ive had acrylic nails for years and never had one just pop off or come off with just a little pressure. read more

I am happy with the price as well as the results. I was next-door at SRS automotive solutions getting brake pads replaced and I saw this place within walking distance so I decided to check it out. First and last time here. I just asked for pedicure when I got at my home I tried to take the cuticle off and omg I think I almost made a mountain of cuticles. She didn't do nothing to my cuticles she just showed the tool to my toes only and said HI AND BYE thats ALL. And then I got my acrylic nails on ombre style white and nude powder, all of my nails were crooked and some nails were longer than others omg, a horrible job, I had to go to the sally beauty and got a thick file and fixed all of my nails by myself. Plus the gel was super thick and stucking on my hair all the time, had to fix that problem as well. All of my fingertips had glue or and gel and or acrylic dried power. I had to file my skin as wellto take all of the stuff off of my finger. Idk the workers name, just know was on the last table. Never ever again. Thanks. read more

I don't usually complain but I had to . I kept asking for the nail technician to fix my nails and she didn't . I told her before she even put the color gel . I asked for a certain shape and came out nothing like I asked. I hope someone else doesn't come to the first person in the front right next to the cashier. Only one lady offered to fix my nails ; and she was nice . It sucks I wasn't able to get what I wanted ; I was told it was 35$ . But honestly I wouldn't even pay 20$ . Just note to self don't back .i recommend people should come for pedicure only . read more

I got a gel mani/pedi and the total was $48. The quality of the work was good but I wish they had enough technicians to do hands and feet at the same time but I understand they are a smaller salon. It's been almost a week and I only had one small chip on my thumb I uploaded some photos. So for the price I think that's pretty good! Their massage chairs were comfortable and they covered the foot spa bowl with a disposable plastic cover which is a must for me. read more

Recently came here to get a pedicure for an upcoming trip and I have never been so disappointed. I had already been iffy about going to this place but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After today I'll be taking my services elsewhere. The pedicure was rushed and i was hurt on both feet. They were really rough and careless. Leaving me with one toe bruised and the other one severely cut. Please save yourself the trip. read more

I always come here for my pedicure and they are A1. Also I'm guessing they have good quality nail polish because my pedicures always last more than a month looking pretty! Compared to other places where the nail polish comes off within days. Anyways, they always do a good cleaning and even when it's packed they'll take their time on you. Like they will take off all the extra out of your nails, they're awesome! I've had my eyebrows done here too but I'd just rather get them threaded. But they do them good here too. I totally recommend it! :) read more

Haven't been here yet, but I live down the street from here. Called and asked how much it would cost for a nail fix and the lady refused and said,"we are busy right now cannot fix your nail". So I took the liberty to go drive by and see how busy they were, but it wasn't busy at all! At least she saved me from going and having an even worst experience there!(: read more

I am very disappointed to say that we will no longer be getting anything done here. The quality of work has declined gradually with each visit. My 15 year old daughter went in this past Saturday for a gel manicure. She paid with her own allowance money. It was chipping off by Monday morning. Long story short, we ultimately asked for a refund of the price of the manicure (not including the $5 tip she left) and were refused. We won't be going back. read more
