This is my go to Pedi spot. $15 pedi + $5 calleous remover + $10gel nail polish. I come here because I havent been able to find a great pedi spot. I usually remove the gel nail polish before my next visit because if I don't they will charge me $6 to remove it. Nina is a great lady. I usually try to request her but shes always busy. They have a large gel polish selection and the regular polish is kinda crusty and old looking. Pros-The establishment has a large parking in the back, restroom, fans on when its hot, massage chairs that work and a lot of ladies ready to service you. Cons- no parking in the front, some dont scrub your feet good. read more

Came to get my nails(gel coffin shaped) done for an event I had coming up and when I was done my nails looked messy. Still I didn't complain because I figured everyone can have a bad day. Within 15 min of leaving my nails started peeling off so I came back and the lady apologized and fixed them. The next day the same thing only this time they didn't wanna fix them. II went in to get tips removed and asked if they found soak the nails instead of using the power drill and ruining my nails. They said yes and proceeded to drill my nails until they burned. She repeatedly told me she was a professional when I tried to stop her . As a result my nails are uneven in texture, ripped and look terrible. I let her know about 3 times that I didn't like the fact that it looked like that so she finally did a third coat to make it look like I just got my nails done. IF YOU HAVE INGROWN NAILS GO ELSEWHERE: I liked this place until the last appointment, where the manicurist that did my pedi was trying to cut my ingrown nails. She had little to no experience and got my toes bleeding. They had no antibiotic ointment, and I went home with an infected toe. I have never had this happen, and I have gotten pedis all over san gabriel and san fernando valley. I had to put neosporin on it for two days, it was swollen and in so much pain that I started having trouble putting pressure on it. Luckily it went away on its own and healed. This place was horrible, I got it done with this lady and she messed it up bad, the nail polish wasnt working and she had the audacity to put it still , and it looked so ugly , and the nails were crooked BAD! My nails were not even and the polish was lumpy and messy. She cut me not once but twice. I literally had nail polish on my fingers and cuticles. This was my first time coming to this salon; it's near where I live. I saw all the great reviews for this place, and I decided to come here instead of a place much closer to home; and I am so glad I did!!! I asked for "Kim" to do my full set, as many people in the reviews said she was great; and luckily, she was available. She was very courteous, gentle, and she even initiated a meaningful conversation with me! No salon has ever done that for me; and I'm an experienced salon attendee. :-0 She was very nice, did suggest extra services but she didn't push any on me. The salon is clean, and I must have come at a down moment because there was plenty of parking, and I didn't have to wait for my appointment, she was available when I walked in! This salon charges for a full set by the length of whatever you get. I was charged $17 for medium length, completely clear acrylic full set. They charge $4 for gel top coat, Kim offered it to me for $3 since it was my first time coming. Above the good job she did on my nails, the customer service is what set this place far above my expectations! It's nice to go to a salon that tries to make you feel like you're important, and welcome; I've rarely encountered that. I'll definitely be coming back, this nail salon is so much better than all the others in the area that I've attended. read more

I had already tried two other places in attempt to replace a nail salon that I used to go to for 3-4 years. NO LUCK... UNTIL.... I found lucky nails. It was literally destined to be. I had my gel manicure done by Rachel. She was very nice, patient with me (I take a very long time to choose a color). Also what I absolutely loved about her was that I did not have to tell her to "get the edges" because she already had done that. I always have an issue finding someone for that reason haha. She left them thick and uneven . I had her cut them long and by the time she was done they were a medium length. When I confronted her about my nail being crooked she said no they're straight and she pretended like she was going to fix it but made it even worse. I wasn't able to relax the entire time she was doing my nails because I kept having to correct her on mistakes like the nail shape being uneven or she didn't polish them evenly etc... I mean for the price it was pretty fair but I definitely won't be getting my acrylics done here anymore (This is the second time and the second lady who's done my nails here) I just feel like they're not well trained and don't pay attention to detail. I did get a pedicure too and it was cute, they didn't do much for my toenails but I think it was worth it for the price ($15 with regular polish). I've also gotten a manicure here too with gel and I wasn't disappointed.
