I originally chose this place because they seemed to offer more services and design options compared to nearby salons, and my first experience here was great. This color came out even prettier than I expected, especially under the light. The nail technician was also very friendly and patient It also feels like they may have changed management recently because there are so many more styles and design options now compared to before. I sat at table four but don't know the technician's name, but she decided that she was going to use the Dremel to cut my cuticles so it cut five of my nail beds. I was lightly bleeding and she apologized so it's been throbbing for two days. In my 20 years of getting my nails done never have I seen someone do it without the proper equipment. Her technique polishing was excellent and clean but unfortunately, the polish chipped in two days which is pretty quick for gel. Pricing is fair $30 for a gel manicure and $5 for removal. Sorry I won't be coming back.

What makes it worse is that this isn't the first time I've personally heard a customer complain about being charged a high price for what they felt was a simple mani or pedi. At some point, the pricing needs to be more transparent. I should have been told exactly what I was being charged for before the service was completed, especially if there were additional removal fees. I would have made a different decision had I known the final price. I left feeling overcharged and very disappointed. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and based on my experience, I can't recommend this salon.

My experience was amazing. It was my first time at Le Muse and it sure won't be the last. I will be coming back with friends and family next time. The staff is very welcoming and they are extremely knowledgeable on the work they are doing. The atmosphere makes you feel like a queen. It is the perfect get away. This is not the ordinary nail shop, you can notice the quality difference once you walk in to this royal place. One of the most important things is how sanitary they are. I am writing this review because the service was fantastic! I love my nails and the quality of the products used they also opened everything brand new so you know it's been sanitized etc i would recommend anyone to come here i normally think my nails are okay when i get them done every where i go! I was looking for a new eyelash lift technicians in the area and decided to give this place a try…read more I have been to seven different lash technician in Los Angeles and this is probably the worst one I've been to. The technician kept telling me that my lashes were too curly from the last session but eyelash always gets messy after a month after getting this done due to the lashes growing. It was pretty painful as the liquid she put on my lashes went inside the corner of my eye, she pulled on my lashes too straighten them and it hurt so bad my eyes started getting really watery. I was hoping that the pain would be worth it at the end, but my lashes barely curled and looks messy. She said she also put on some conditioner on my lashes since some were super curly but the next day, realized you need to yank them out since they were like gel consistency. I washed my face twice and saw it wouldn't come off, so I tried gently rubbing on my eyes with a a tip and regardless lost 6 lashes on one eye. I'm sure this place works for some people but since I have sensitive eyes, I will be going somewhere else Pics: it's only been ~24 hrs and my lashes are already straight and isn't curly. The side pic shows half are curled half are already straight follow up : I understand my lashes are damaged but I have never been to a lash lift place where damaged lashes don't lift and get flatter. If anything, they just come out messy. I've been doing lash lifts for over three years, and for the price that's charged, the shop should have let me know my lashes were too damaged to work on upfront than wasting my time for money.

Grateful they were available on a Sunday (mind you I'm traveling and decided to wait till this trip for these fine services...my self-care for a rough last few months helpinghomeless youth and young adults.) 3. My manicure was a portable footsoaker and I only soaked in between taking my feet out for service. I had to use a small stool to place my feet upon. (I was too embarrassed to take a photo!) I had to ask for a second pillow because it was hard on my, just massaged back from Alibaba Foot Spa &Massage. One young lady was "doing" my feet while thr second one worked on my nails.(‍ use your mind to visualize how awkward that was and how I was sitting. 4. The young lady that was working on my feet did a great job, I must say as far as cleaning up my toes with filing and cutting, etc. 5. The young lady that was working on my fingers, I'm not sure what and how the communication went wrong. We struggled with understanding gel polish for my nails and regular polish for my toes. It also didn't help that she could not understand English very well. I wasn't bothered until she lost all communication about my nails. I was waiting for her to pull out nails, as I asked when called. However when I ask where were the nails to apply with the gel polish, I was told that they would cost $75 contrary to the $50 charge originally given. I told her nevermind and that I would go elsewhere for my nails; and will only finish up my feet. We're not counting the time wasted for no nails at this at this point. 6. At the checkout, I pull out my credit card to pay for the "limited services" and was told the charge was $50 ($30 for feet and $20 for cleaning my nail cuticles. But no gel or nails! 7. Lastly, a third young lady informed that they only take cash, Zelle, or Venmo! Mind you when I called and arrived, it was never told to me the form of payments. Probably because when I arrived, the young ladies seemed a bit discombobulated and I pray it wasn't because of my skin!! The service received was NOT close to being fair! And to think that I used Google to find them and they had a 4.6 review and was 3 minutes from my wonderful Massage...remember I was in need of Self-care! I missed one review from Layla 3 years ago, "If you aren't of Asian descent don't come here!" This is troubling if you are in the nail industry and can only do "one" race. Let that be known on the front end and not after unspeakable service and charges!

She took her time and made sure every nail was perfect, and you could tell she really cared about her work. She even gave me a triple antibiotic ointment to go when I got a small nick--which wasn't her fault at all; my cuticles were extremely dry and already in bad shape. They last the longest, and I only had one time where it didn't turn out the best after time but they used builder gel after. I don't think it's necessary, because all the other times the regular gel is great. The pedicure is fine too. I'm a simple girl I don't do anything crazy with designs lately but they do good work. Texting is very responsive as well. Because the nails last so long despite me being very rough (I lift weights, do ceramics, went to travel where I was in the sand and sun) I recommend this place every time!
