I'm leaving 1 starts because I didn't even get to try it. They have on the website and front door that they open at 10am. I was there 5 to 10am so I could be the first and get back to work. Unfortunately after 10am I was waiting outside for 12 min. After those 12 minutes I decided to go to the nails place right next door. They offered waxing, not what I was looking forward to but I couldn't wait any longer for the eyebrow image place to open. So I just decided to do the waxing. I never review threading places because I've never had a noteworthy experience good or bad but this place deserves a raving review. I came in with seriously overgrown and uneven brows so I was just expecting a clean up but this girl shaped and evened them out without any direction from me. She has an eye for brow shapes which is rare! It was quick and relatively painless, I was in and out within 10 minutes. At the end of my session she put Aloe Vera and gave me a mini temple massage that felt absolutely heavenly. Amazing work! I have never had my eyebrows come out THIS good and with such little direction given to the person doing the threading. I wish I got her name but the younger lady did an excellent job. According to the staff at payless shoes [next door] this place gets pretty busy. There usually is a line in the morning before they even open. Brilinda or Belinda. Not quite sure how to spell her name but something with a B. she didn't introduce herself to me but reviews on yelp recommended her and this one girl that walked out told me to go to her as well. when i signed in on the clipboard most of the customers also asked for her. so she should be your #1 choice if you come to eyebrow image. If you stare at it she'll be on the right side. $9 for eyebrows. she was nice and listened to how i wanted my eyebrows done. she did cut me with the thread but i don't even want to hold her accountable because she did do a really good job reshaping my brows overall. i thought the price was kinda high since i'm used to go to kaya in rosemead but i was so lazy to drive all the way there and eyebrow image was right there. i figured after gas and everything it would've been the same thing. If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE I went today to get my eyebrows threaded and left so upset. I had grown out my eyebrows to ensure I would get a nice full outcome but sadly I did not receive that. I have been coming here for about 7 years and I have noticed their services getting worse and worse. There have been some mistakes here and there that have been minimal and not so noticeable. I didn't even get the lady's name but I was just so upset I just wanted to get out of there and cry. She left me with so many bald spots and left me with two completely different eyebrows. If I Could describe how they looked before the other girl came in and fixed then it would be : ^ ~. She cut off the front and bottom line of my left brow, and made it so thin and then made my right straight. My left eyebrow IS so squiggly. The girl that did my eyebrows DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE!! The girl "fixing" my eyebrows had to apologize on her behalf. She suggested for me to fill in my eyebrows with makeup, like LADY THAT DOES NOT CHANGE THE FACT THAT SHE COMPLETELY MESSED UP MY EYEBROWS. I GO NATURAL ON A DAILY BASIS AND I DO NOT WEAR MAKEUP EVERYDAY THAT IS NOT IDEAL FOR ME. They did not charge me for their service but that does not change the fact that my eyebrows are completely ruined and deformed.I work in the beauty industry and I have to say, if you're going to work on real people, LEARN TO PERFECT YOUR CRAFT FIRST. SERIOUSLY ! MY 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY IS IN 1 DAY AND I GO ON VACATION IN ONE WEEK ! and I have to be walking around like this till they grow out. I am truly so upset.
