It was my cousins first time here and JC helped us out, she did a great job. She complimented my cousins eyebrows and told her not to use razors anymore. She was really sweet and made sure my cousin was completely comfortable since it was her first time. read more

This review is way overdue. Can't say enough about JC who is absolutely amazing! She's sweet and has such a calming voice that eases the pain away. Not that there is much since she has the lightest hands when she's threading my eyebrows. She's super gentle and does such a great job with my eyebrows since I just like mine cleaned up and not overly thin. They also give you a rewards card that you can bring each time and once you reach your 5th visit you get $5 off & free eyebrow threading after your 10 visit. Come support this small business for all of your threading & waxing needs. read more

Great service even though they are busy they give the great customer service and make it convenient for every customer that comes in !

I used to come here a the time before covid! I'm glad to see it is still around. I came today to get my eyebrows cleaned up for a wedding I'm attending Friday. Service is nice and friendly. And she did a good job. read more

I love getting my eyebrows done here. They have great service and they are always friendly.

Super clean and they always do a good job! Highly recommend their service. Also affordable compared to LA!

I never review threading places because I've never had a noteworthy experience good or bad but this place deserves a raving review. I came in with seriously overgrown and uneven brows so I was just expecting a clean up but this girl shaped and evened them out without any direction from me. She has an eye for brow shapes which is rare! It was quick and relatively painless, I was in and out within 10 minutes. At the end of my session she put Aloe Vera and gave me a mini temple massage that felt absolutely heavenly. Amazing work! I have never had my eyebrows come out THIS good and with such little direction given to the person doing the threading. I wish I got her name but the younger lady did an excellent job. I'm definitely going back and recommending this place to others. Another huge plus is that they take card payments. read more

First time coming here, the service was great. My eyebrows look great, will definitely be coming back.

I told the lady I only wanted a simple clean up and to leave some hairs I had grew out in an eyebrow. She totally ignored what I said and reshaped my eyebrows. Won't be coming here again! read more

I love the service Jessie was amazing. She left my eyebrows looking amazing. Will return soon.

I'm leaving 1 starts because I didn't even get to try it. They have on the website and front door that they open at 10am. I was there 5 to 10am so I could be the first and get back to work. Unfortunately after 10am I was waiting outside for 12 min. After those 12 minutes I decided to go to the nails place right next door. They offered waxing, not what I was looking forward to but I couldn't wait any longer for the eyebrow image place to open. So I just decided to do the waxing. So If this ever happens to you, know that next door will be open if you're in a rush hahahaha I really look forward to finding eyebrow image open next time. I miss having my eyebrows threaded. Ps. I was told that eyebrow image tends to be late. Maybe I'll show up at 10:30am next time hahaha read more

According to the staff at payless shoes [next door] this place gets pretty busy. There usually is a line in the morning before they even open. Brilinda or Belinda. Not quite sure how to spell her name but something with a B. she didn't introduce herself to me but reviews on yelp recommended her and this one girl that walked out told me to go to her as well. when i signed in on the clipboard most of the customers also asked for her. so she should be your #1 choice if you come to eyebrow image. As you walk in Its the first chair. If you stare at it she'll be on the right side. $9 for eyebrows. she was nice and listened to how i wanted my eyebrows done. she did cut me with the thread but i don't even want to hold her accountable because she did do a really good job reshaping my brows overall. i thought the price was kinda high since i'm used to go to kaya in rosemead but i was so lazy to drive all the way there and eyebrow image was right there. i figured after gas and everything it would've been the same thing. Belinda took her time with my eyebrows and it was definitely longer than 5 minutes. which i also liked because when i go to kaya it's like less than 5 minutes and the whole process is over. at least at eyebrow image i feel like i got my money's worth. i'm definitely a fan. i would recommend yelpers coming here. tips: *Staff seems really nice and speaks English well. *Credit card accepted and cash as well. *Bathroom shared by both gender. *Shared parking lot with other businesses. *Same plaza as food for less, party city, payless shoes, target, mcDonald, etc. *There a tv. *Offer aloe Vera on your brows afterwards. *They have other locations. *They have a website. *Easily missed because its a small door. read more

Got my eyebrows done today with Jessie today and she did amazing job on my eyebrows! And she was super nice to me also !

If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE I went today to get my eyebrows threaded and left so upset. I had grown out my eyebrows to ensure I would get a nice full outcome but sadly I did not receive that. I have been coming here for about 7 years and I have noticed their services getting worse and worse. There have been some mistakes here and there that have been minimal and not so noticeable. I didn't even get the lady's name but I was just so upset I just wanted to get out of there and cry. She left me with so many bald spots and left me with two completely different eyebrows. If I Could describe how they looked before the other girl came in and fixed then it would be : ^ ~. She cut off the front and bottom line of my left brow, and made it so thin and then made my right straight. My left eyebrow IS so squiggly. The girl that did my eyebrows DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE!! The girl "fixing" my eyebrows had to apologize on her behalf. She suggested for me to fill in my eyebrows with makeup, like LADY THAT DOES NOT CHANGE THE FACT THAT SHE COMPLETELY MESSED UP MY EYEBROWS. I GO NATURAL ON A DAILY BASIS AND I DO NOT WEAR MAKEUP EVERYDAY THAT IS NOT IDEAL FOR ME. They did not charge me for their service but that does not change the fact that my eyebrows are completely ruined and deformed.I work in the beauty industry and I have to say, if you're going to work on real people, LEARN TO PERFECT YOUR CRAFT FIRST. SERIOUSLY ! MY 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY IS IN 1 DAY AND I GO ON VACATION IN ONE WEEK ! and I have to be walking around like this till they grow out. I am truly so upset. As soon as I left I started crying from this terrible experience. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD look for someone on Instagram that has a portfolio with a good reputation ‼‼do not listen to any of the 'good' reviews on here, most of them come from girls with paper thin eyebrows, 90s eyebrows or middle aged women with sperm cell eyebrows. I HAVE INCLUDED PICTURES OF HOW MY EYEBROWS LOOKED BEFORE AND AFTER‼‼ read more

I've been coming here for my brows but I actually just came in for a wax the other day and was pleasantly surprised at how amazing everything was but not surprised the women that work here are absolute angels. From the beginning where they greet you they make sure you're doing ok and happy with the service. This is a spot I would never cheat on they are great whether it's eyebrows or waxing. Jessie always does both for me and she's the sweetest!! Don't miss out on them this place is great ! read more

I wish I could give less than one star for the BS I walked out with. After showing them a picture, after several unsuccessful attempts, and being told over and over again that I have "no hair" to work with, I ended up leaving with two COMPLETEY different eyebrows. Thankfully GINA FROM DIVINE NAILS ACROSS THE STREET saved my brows. I will not be returning to Eyebrow Image and will instead be seeing Gina again in 2 weeks. read more

I love Jaycee services always ready to help and works quick as possible. If she's busy the max waiting time was about 15 mins or less. She's really good and the best! My first experience with them was great because I went to a prior place where they must up my eyebrows and Jaycee fixed them and ever since this is the location I go to and only get my eyebrows touched by Jaycee read more

They're always changing their times on when they close. The pregnant lady was the only nice one. Everyone else is always rude. I don't know which one it was last time but she messed up my eyebrows and tried to make an excuse on why she messed them up. I will no longer give them my business. The only reason I started coming here was because I live closer and the drive was more convenient. Please go to Eyebrow Image in West Covina. It's located on Vincent in the Starbucks shopping center. The girls are much nicer, they don't change up the times on when they open and close and they will NOT mess your eyebrows up. read more

I used to get my brows waxed regularly and decided to try threading instead. I was nervous and wasn't sure what to expect, but came out happy and satisfied. Brinda was great and keeps me coming back!
