I've been a client for Eyebrow Image for years and they always deliver great results. Brinda and staff are great. I guess other clients have unrealistic expectations of their eyebrows but to each their own. read more

tried this place for the first time and it was very fast service and clean facility.

Anita helped me out and love how clean and precise my eyebrow form is. First timer here, it's a hidden gem

Love coming to do my eyebrows here. I always get them done by Erica. I trust her to do just the cleanup and not end up with shorter unshaped eyebrows lol and they are always very nice and friendly. read more

Eyebrow Image - MY RIPPED SKIN - Threading Services Near Me - Baldwin Park, California

Rocio does a wonderful job with the least amount of pain. She's fast but efficient and very polite. I highly recommend her but was reluctant on saying that because she is starting to be requested more and more. And normally the shop doesn't have a long wait but once the word gets out, that may change soon. read more

At first, I was not at all a fan. But as time has gone by I would and have recommended many people here, but only if you rquest "Rush". Rush knows how to properly shape your eyebrows and make them look amazing. Now, be fore warned.... stay away from the women! Last time i was there, and in a hurry, Rush was busy and so i opted for a woman ( i dont know her name) but she ruined the long progress I had made to shape and grow my brows. So, yes, this place is great but only if you see RUSH and no one else. :) read more

.Review update: I gave it 5 stars before, now a 3 Lately I been disappointed. Even Rush hasn't done a good job. Does anyone know where Ana went? She no longer works there. Previous review: I been going there since they first opened. Before going there I hated my eyebrows, waxing and plucking never gave me a nice shape, I always had to go with thin shapes because I have very little eyebrow hairs and they grow in two opposite shapes. I was wowed when i walked out of that place. My eyebrows were full, thick enough and complemented my face frame beautifully. I moved 20mi away since last year and I drive out there twice a month just for them to do my eyebrows. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I been to other places around my area and i always regret it. I recommend this place to anyone that compliments my eyebrows and they too have become regulars. If its your first time trying this place, you can't go wrong with Rush or Ana both are really good. Give this place a try, eyebrows grow back if you don't absolutely love it, but I promise you will. read more

Just came here today in my lunch break, cause the other place I go to closed down. Their signs actually work, since I frequent the Target that in this plaza. They're smacked between a play less , hiding under a column so you have to get out of your car to see the front door. Did a quick yelp check also before I went inside, reviews were good. Lady in the front greeted me and I ask how much for eyebrow threading, $9. Seemed high, but just went with it... Get seated in the chair she works from, and I tell her what I want. I'm always scared to try a new eyebrow threading place because they might make it too thin, I was born with thick brows ;( I closed my eyes, and she starts threading. After it was done, she massages aloe/lotion in my brows. I really liked how she threaded it, not too thin like someone just shaved it and not to bushy that it looks like she didn't do anything. Overall, price was all little high but totally worth it because I liked he attention and time they put into my session. looking at peoples past reviews, I think Belinda was the one who serviced me. Go to her! read more

Thanks for the great service. Jesse was kind and gentle. I would definitely recommend this place. Clean and she knows what she's doing. Thanks again will be coming back. read more

I will never go back here again. I kindly asked the lady for a clean up & that I was growing my eyebrows out so to literally just clean the sides. Why did she make my eyebrows completely different?! I had a nice arch, and thick eyebrows. Now they are curved awkwardly and SO THIN. Not to mention she made me bleed when she was doing my chin. I do not recommend this place to anyone!! I hate to sound superficial but I feel so ugly bc my eyebrows don't look good. I wish I didn't have to pay!! Let alone have left a tip. I will NEVER return to this establishment I wish they had a 0 star option read more

I really liked how she did my eyebrows for the first time. Amazing place to go to get your eyebrows done.!

Make sure to double check the work. Been here a couple times now and usually they do well but this time left me with a crooked eyebrow! Kind of sad they broke their perfect streak! read more

JC is super sweet, and does an amazing job with my eyebrows. The process is painless, theres no burning or redness afterwards. The place is clean and she takes her time. Definitely will be returning to this location. read more

Jesse is amazing! She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I requested Just a clean up, as I like my thick eyebrows. She left them as such. The only threading I get done is from here. read more

Brinda is the best! And not only is she talented, she is so friendly too. I've gone to her twice a month for the last year, so she is quite familiar with me now and always goes out of her way to ask me about my work and life. She is the smaller lady with short black curly hair and glasses. Brinda is the first chair and also the quickest and best by far. She threaded my eyebrow very pain-free and in less than 5 minutes. I also threaded my face with her once, but I don't think I would do it again since my face is very sensitive and it did hurt quite a bit. The price is definitely pricier than most places at $9 for eyebrows and $30 for face. However, you do get good quality job and you're supporting the nicest lady ever! Since I moved work locations and Eyebrow Image isn't conveniently located for me anymore, I probably can't go here as often anymore. But if you're around the area, try it out! read more

I will never come back here!!! They made my eyebrows look like two strings!! They look fucken horrible I won't even show my husband that's how bad they are. read more

Just got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded by Brenda... I'm very pleased with the way she shaped my eyebrows despite the lack of hair I do have as brows lol! I will be going here from now on for sure! I also got my upper lip threaded for the first time and I must admit it did hurt kinda... but I'm a girl who can take pain lol... HAPPY CUSTOMER! read more

5/5! My eyebrows were uneven because I changed places one time and JESSE is amazing takes really good care of me and I love my eyebrows again! read more

I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE BAD REVIEWS! Walked in to get my eyebrows cleaned up after not having them threaded for over a month and a half. BIG MISTAKE. My eyebrows are thin and uneven!!What irritates me even more is that one is thinner than the other!!!! Now I feel like I have to do my makeup when I leave the house. If you like your eyebrows full with natural shape, avoid this place. read more

Hey if anyone knows where Brenda is please notify me she worked at this eyebrow image in baldwin park for years and she did eyebrows amazing. Everytime I went back to check for her or even call he they said she will be back in April and I have still yet to see her. read more

Pro: - it's really close to my house -Brinda is great Cons: - There's always a wait for Brinda. I have thick full eyebrows so I just ask for a clean up because I like the shape I have. I decided to go but didn't have patience to wait for Brinda so I went with the other girl & she messed up my eyebrows! My right eyebrow looks normal but, my left eye looks straight and thinner. I didn't even bother having her match them because i didn't like how she left them. I guess I'll hide my left eyebrow with my bangs.. :( Now I have to let them grow out & go somewhere else. read more

Just left right now! I'm usually very special when it comes to my eyebrows. I came in and got attended quickly. I usually tear up a lot when they do my eyebrows (wax or thread) and today was the first time in 12 years (since I've been doing my eyebrows) that I haven't cried or had tears run down! Thank you !!!! read more

I tried this place for the first time and I really loved it.. great customer service and they make sure you like the way your eyebrows come out. I will be going back for sure highly recommend this place read more

love this place! Brinda did an amazing job on my eyebrows especially cuz my eyebrows were looking not so great lol she made them look amazing so I am def going back even though eyebrow threading is painful haha read more

This place is great! I don't recall the name of the girl who did my eyebrows but she was young looking. Anyways, the $5 place on Ramona threaded right thru my eyebrow which I've been struggling to cover up. The girl here at eyebrow image managed to fix the eyebrow so it was less noticeable and of course, made the other to match. She was very detailed. Most threading places take less than 5 min but here it was about 10min but I appreciate the attention to detail because my eyebrows looked awesome and I'm no longer freaking out about the mistake the other place made. Needless to say, the extra $4 I paid here was well worth it and still a little cheaper than most places. This will definitely be my go to place from now on. read more

This place is absolutely amazing. When I first came here about 2-3 years ago to get my eyebrows done, I went in with what I believed would best suit my face. After looking at my face briefly, the person that attended me told me my face would look better with a bit of an arc since my face was rounder. I agreed, but my head was full of doubts as she began threading. I was devastated! My eyebrows did not look like how I had envisioned. I paid over the 9$ and vowed to not return. But my lord, the next day after the swelling went down, (I have very sensitive skin) my eyebrows looked amazing!! The compliments I received were endless! I didn't go for a few months however, as it was convenient for me to do them myself. But after they were over plucked in the name of Prom 2013, I returned that summer to get them fixed once they had grown out. At the door my mother and I were greeted with a 'Long time no see'. The person doing my eyebrows even remembered my sensitive skin and was very careful in doing them. Once again out of convenience(I should learned my lesson the first time), I went to a near by place where the woman doing them did not care to look over my face and did the same shape as she did for everyone. My eyebrows were so thin and practically nonexistent for 2 months. I returned with my head down once again, and of course Brindi worked her magic!! This place is magic. I recommend it to absolutely everyone. The thread they use is of good quality and the aloe vera gel they use reminds me of the one from the body shop. 5/5 on everything!! read more

Went in for a clean up and Brinda did an amazing job! I haven't had my eyebrows threaded in over 5 years and regret not doing so more often. As I do not live in the area I now have a reason to visit more often. Would definitely recommend. read more

I've been to this place several years. The girls do a great job. My go to girl is Brenda, but what caused me to not come back is their gift card promo. I bought a gift card and the machine that reads it rarely works. It's such an inconvenience to go in not know if it works. read more

I love this place! i get my eyebrows done every two weeks. I just got henna and it came out great! i strongly recommend this place to everyone!! read more

They do a great job here Rush used to do an awesome job but last time I went I was told he doesn't work there anymore

Love this place. I always come here to get my eyebrows threaded. Eyebrow threading is $9 and lip is $5. Ask for Rush.

Went in to get my eyebrows done & told her TWICE please not thin just clean up & instead she took of half the hair on my brows!! I even told her again during because I could tell she was doing the same spot too long & I said not thin right just clean up and she said yes don't worry! Just for me to look in the mirror and hate my brows! NEVER going back! 0 stars read more

Love this place , have been getting my eyebrows done there for couple years now. When you go ask for brinda or sammi . They leave my brows super nice and cleaned . read more

I've been going to this place for about a year now and I hate going anywhere else. Brinda, the short lady with glasses, is always my preference she is the sweetest lady ever. I have thick eyebrows so I'm really cautious about who I choose to do my eyebrows. The place is really clean, there is a bathroom, a tv you can watch while waiting and there is AC. Price is totally worth it! read more

I am sad that Ana is no longer here... where is she. I heard she opened her own shop in Baldwin Park but I cant find her. She was the best. If anyone knows where i can her please post it on Yelp so that i can get my brows done. read more

I came to this salon on 09/10/16. There was one girl that was ahead of me so of course I wait. Two other people walked in, signed in and waited. The girl pays and leaves. Finally!!! I'm next... Nope! The employee talks a different language to another employee and the employee takes one of the lady's that came in instead. I was very upset. The employee then tells me to wait for her coworker. Also I tipped a dollar which I don't no why I did. Stupid me! I guess because she didn't cause that much pain. Also not a good job on the brows. They look thick and not shaped :( ! Sucks because I seen so many good reviews and very close to my house. my experience was not good at all! Will not return. read more
