Thank goodness for that because I've heard a lot of horror stories of other places just assuming what to clean and thread off without approval. When I came to her for the first time, I had sparse and thin eyebrows due to over plucking with a tweezer and bad experiences with prior threaders. Over time, she was able to help me get fuller brows naturally. She remembers exactly how I like my brows and they came out perfect every time. Plus she was always really friendly, professional, and I enjoyed our conversations. If you're considering coming here, just do it!
