I was initially hesitant, but Wilberto does an amazing job! One of the first things he does once you get into the chair is mapping out your brows. Thank goodness for that because I've heard a lot of horror stories of other places just assuming what to clean and thread off without approval. Wilberto makes sure you're comfortable, which is a huge green flag as well.

I used to get my brows threaded by Ashita when I used to go to school nearby. I didn't trust anyone else with my brows for 5-6 years after my first visit! She is THAT good and I am still bummed that I can't go to her anymore since I moved to SF. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to eyebrows and shaping them to enhance your face/eyes. When I came to her for the first time, I had sparse and thin eyebrows due to over plucking with a tweezer and bad experiences with prior threaders. Over time, she was able to help me get fuller brows naturally. She remembers exactly how I like my brows and they came out perfect every time. Plus she was always really friendly, professional, and I enjoyed our conversations. If you're considering coming here, just do it!
