I've tried letting other stylists at the same salon do my hair but they just didn't seem to get it right. So I was forced to seek out a new salon and stylist ),: Her work ethic and obvious expertise: I gave Vii photos of a red I wanted to do. She thoroughly discussed what I'd like and what she could do with my hair -- including going over what kind of at-home color I've been using to touch up my red. I really appreciate that she wanted to get to know my hair history because it shows real care, professionalism, and attention to detail (,: I just knew she was gonna slay when I realized she was asking me lots of questions rather than just going in. She's incredibly knowledgeable and it shows! She's also super awesome to be around, super sweet, fun, and easy to talk to! She's very attentive and accommodating as well. My hair (more often than not) takes more than an hour or two, so being around a stylist that doesn't make me feel awkward or doesn't leave me drained is soooo important to me. I'm more than happy with my hair (,: !!! I'm so relieved and thrilled to have found such a talented stylist. Y'all NEED to give her a shot, she's incredible and has an overall awesome vibe. I have tried KTips, weave, tape in, wire halo, and clip-ins from Bellami. I get headaches because of the weight of the extensions... imagine adding weight to only a few stands of hair (for your entire head) and if it's not applied properly - it really hurts and it damages your natural hair! Worst of all, they fall off quickly, even though they're supposed to last at least two months. Taylor was SO amazing - I had such a great experience! I was in awe when he was braiding my extensions. Imagine the amount of skill, precision, and intricacy needed to braid 1mm of hair into more hair! AND it's not glued so it doesn't cause more damage. I have fine hair and I put extensions in for fullness since my hair is already relatively long. I got 50g of 20" hair, and I don't feel a thing! Taylor only took 90 minutes to install. Even after I washed my hair, I let it air dry and it looks natural. I'm extremely impressed! Since my head doesn't hurt, I'm going to try 100g next time. The owner repeatedly said my card payment didn't go through, even though it did, and ended up charging my card twice. On top of that, he had me send him $15 through Zelle anyway. He assured me that if the charges showed up, I could contact him and he would send the money back. The next day, both charges were posted to my account, so I reached out to him as instructed. He then told me he needed to wait until Monday to go to the bank. When Monday came, he completely changed his story, claimed the charges were not showing on his end, and told me to dispute it with my bank instead. This situation was extremely inconvenient and unnecessary. I should not have had to go through the hassle of filing a dispute for a mistake that was clearly made in-store. Because of this, my account went into overdraft, and now I have to deal with my bank issuing a new card, leaving me temporarily unable to use my account. Beyond the financial inconvenience, the lack of accountability and empathy from the owner was very disappointing. He did not take responsibility and was very dismissive, despite not knowing my situation. If you cannot properly operate your POS system or handle transactions correctly, you should not be running a business. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this store to anyone

When I asked what time, she said she didn't know yet and that someone would call me. Monday and Tuesday passed and I still hadn't received a call, so I called them again. The guy who answered was very rude and said he didn't have a time for me. I explained that I had been waiting days for my hair to be fixed and no one had called me back. He told me to call back Wednesday at 12 and he would have a time for me. I called Wednesday at 12 exactly like he told me, and again he was rude. This time he said they had an emergency and couldn't fix my hair, but that someone would call me back. At this point almost all of my tracks are falling off. This has been the worst experience. Not only did the hair not last even one day, but the customer service was terrible and no one ever followed up like they said they would. I still have not received a call back or any update. I will never go back.
