I met Mr Fong and his wife, Nicole. They are very friendly and welcoming. Fong took his time cutting my hair like it's an art. I appreciate that he is not in a hurry even tho another client arrives. He knows what he is doing and he can give you the style that you want. I gave him a $20 tip because he deserves it. Very family oriented. The place is not fancy but it's nice because it's not intimidating. Didnt even notice that an hr or more passed by. I dont frequently go to salons. But i really do recommend him and i will be coming back to him.

Within only two and a half weeks, the color had significantly faded and the blonde underneath began becoming visible again. I was then told to return once the color faded -- but realistically, I am now expected to spend another $300+ every few weeks to maintain a color I originally came in expecting to be changed? That is extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, unacceptable. The reason I went to professional stylists in the first place was because I do not trust box dye. I have specifically been warned by stylists about the risks of using it, so I trusted the professionals to recommend and perform the appropriate service to actually accomplish my goal. What concerns me most is that I was never made to feel that a gloss was simply a temporary option that would require repeated $300+ appointments to maintain. Had I been clearly told that the service I was receiving was temporary and that the color would likely fade within a few weeks, I could have made an informed decision about whether that was worth the cost. I trusted the stylist to understand my goal and recommend the appropriate solution -- not to leave me feeling like I have to continually spend hundreds of dollars just to maintain the result I originally requested. Clients trust professionals with their hair, their money, and their confidence. That trust comes with an expectation of transparency about what service is actually being performed, how long the results are expected to last, and what ongoing costs may be involved. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and would like the business to take responsibility for explaining why the service I received did not align with the result I specifically came in requesting.

And her excuse was she was busy... like common you were doing my hair and when you weren't you were just on your phone, actions speak for themselves... then on the day of appointment she asks if I can schedule an hour later because she's running late. My time is as valuable and much more than you just for being a mom. She asks if i can show her my inspo pics, i pull them show them to her, we talk about how blonde I want to achieve without damaging my hair much then immediately starts foiling my whole hair, I stop her and tell her that it's not what i want, I ask for baby highlights all over my hair, leaving Yes, she has to weave my whole hair and yet she still continues to foil my hair as if we didn't discuss anything. We get to the washing part the rinsing part and tell her immediately I don't like my hair there's too much darkness, I had to keep explaining what I wanted because why!? I thought she was a blonde specialist and knows what the customer me wanted from the inspo pics. Translation from pictures is obvious. She said she can fix it and there she goes again and rebleaches my hair, like seriously no care for my fragile hair and damaging it more then needed to begin with. At the end i check my hair all over, yes she got it blonder but was it necessary to reprocess my hair again. NO! To top it off I still had harsh lines and I o brought it up, just to be asked if I wanted to go darker!? Seriously!? What a waste of day and time! I spent 10 hrs there when my hair should have been done in the 6 hours. Still asking if I wanted to go darker!? No ! Do your job efficiently and right the first time. I left with harsh lines and over processed hair, and she calls herself a blonde specialist. Yeah you charge the price of a blonde specialist which I don't mind paying if the job was correctly done! But you definitely did not deserve my money! Lemma , you should be embarrassed for having your assistant refer me out to someone as professional as yourself.

Before doing anything, Pasqual took the time to ask me what I was looking for in a haircut, how I wanted it to look, only then he got started. Another good sign: Pasqual's shop is clean, attractively designed, and ingeniously planned to maximize the available space for haircutting stalls--I noted that while he was working on me. You could be working from home on the Internet all your days (like me), and Pasqual will still carry a conversation with you and keep your haircut on track. Four weeks later, the haircut has been very good, and he's a keeper. I walked out of there thinking, "No need to keep looking." Plus, his haircut prices are reasonable--much appreciated! read more

This review is for Kathleen. My hair gets damaged and dry more easily than others due to my MS medication. Also, my hair is fine and tends to go limp quickly. Kathleen gave me a deep conditioning treatment and a fabulous layered cut that took away the dullness while providing excellent volume. Very disappointed with the service I received…read more This was my first time seeing Nancy on July 14. I came in with a color correction that had already been done by another stylist, and Nancy understood the color I was trying to achieve. As you can see in one of my photos, my hair had a beautiful copper tone. When I first got out of Nancy's chair, I was concerned that the ends looked very bright and red, but I understood that the color would fade, so I decided not to voice my concerns at that time. Fast-forward to August 19. I returned for a touch-up under the impression that I would be receiving the same type of treatment and leaving with the same overall color. Unfortunately, that was not the case. As shown in my photos, my hair ended up with a very noticeable two-tone color. I immediately expressed my concerns to Nancy. I was told to allow the color to fade and was even advised to wash my hair with Dawn dish soap to help cool down the redness. From August 19 through Saturday, I continued washing my hair daily in hopes that the color would improve. Unfortunately, as you can see in the photos, there was no improvement. Today, August 26, I returned to the salon hoping the issue could finally be corrected. Nancy attempted to tone down the redness, but the result still did not meet my expectations. After that attempt, I was told that the only other way to blend the copper would be to bleach my hair. Considering I had already gone through a color correction and was now dealing with damaged and uneven color, I was absolutely not comfortable allowing more bleach to be applied. At that point, I was essentially given two choices: darken the hair or pay another stylist out of pocket to fix the issue. I was already nervous about putting additional chemicals on my hair, so I ultimately felt that my only safe option was to return to something closer to my natural roots. What made this experience even more frustrating was the amount of time this situation took. I was at the salon for approximately two hours attempting to correct an issue that should not have happened in the first place. I had my one-year-old daughter with me, was already exhausted and lacking sleep, and she ended up missing her nap because of an additional hair appointment that I never should have needed. As a client, I believe a stylist should be honest about what they can and cannot accomplish. If you know you cannot achieve the requested result without potentially compromising the client's hair, please be upfront rather than continuing with chemicals and making the situation worse. After everything, I requested a refund of at least 50% of the $145 I paid because of the time wasted, the condition of my hair, and the fact that I ultimately did not receive the service I paid for. Unfortunately, my request was denied. I was told that the owner was present during the situation, yet there still seemed to be no willingness to acknowledge that something went wrong or take responsibility for the outcome. I was also told that the color issue was related to me washing my hair, but I do not believe that explanation accounts for the extremely noticeable two-tone color shown in my photos immediately after the service. The photos speak for themselves. I am extremely disappointed because the first appointment showed that the desired color was achievable, which makes it even more frustrating that the second appointment resulted in such a different and unsatisfactory outcome. For $145, I expected much better service, communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not be returning. My advice to anyone considering this salon: make sure you are completely confident that the stylist understands the color you want and is capable of achieving it before allowing additional chemicals to be applied to your hair.

I paid $350 for the maintenance appointment, during which a few additional pieces were added to the front. The new pieces do not match the extensions that were previously installed, making the difference noticeable. I was hoping this issue could be resolved directly, but after waiting a month without any response, I felt it was important to share my experience.
