I visited this place for the first time yesterday and I will definitely be coming back! I usually go to one near my work but now living farther from work I needed a closer eyebrow place. Finding a good eyebrow lady is always hard, You have to trust the person whose shaping one of the most noticeable features on your face. Preeti was the one who did my eyebrows, I had read about her previously before going in so I was hoping I'd get her. Luckily I did! I'm so glad I did too. She's super sweet and she takes her time making sure she gets every hair. She also gave me tips on the shape and to grow it out a bit more (I previously went to someone I never go too when in desperate need). I highly suggest her! So if you're ever at the West Covina mall and hesitate if you should go or not like I did, I suggest go if she's there! read more

I went in to get my eyebrow tinted. They have several suggestion on colors and what would work well with me. They did tell me it would take 15 mins and it was not expensive. I don't have lot of eyebrow hair, which she said she could do it and she made my eyebrows look as even. I will be returning it was very calming, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. read more

I haven't been here in a while they were super fast this time and they did a great job on my eye brows. I was impressed with how fast they were and how good my eye brows looked. The inside is always clean and they have a lot of chairs to sit on if it gets to busy or if you don't want to sit to close you can skip a few seats. They have a check in so you don't have to sit in a specific order either which I like. They always have music playing on a tv which I always enjoy to watch because I've never seen it before. They always have a little conversation with you which is nice. 10/10 for always making my eye brows looking good. read more

I needed my eyebrows done badly. I came across this salon. Girls are friendly and attentive. I didn't wait more than five minutes. They have great prices. I will be back for other services. Its upstairs in the mall. They have a good location and its a nice size salon overall. I recommend this place as you wont be disappointed in their services, or at least I was not disapoitned. read more

I love coming here because they are always very nice and attentive no matter who it is whenever I come I always get treated really well.

Worse eyebrow threading place. Lady in the second chair was rushing even though no other customers were in the store and was way too rough with threading. This is the second time in a row that I left the here with cuts. I wanted to give this place a second chance but they just proved to be inadequate with eyebrow threading. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. read more

Never again! I was in a hurry to leave the mall and go home to pick up my mother in law from the airport so since i saw this in the mall i thought maybe it will be a good threading place. Ummm no first of all the lady who help me I didn't get her name but she was so rough with the thread and rip it more then 5 times so I'm sure that means she's pulling hard. Normally i get super red after i thread my brows but this time when i got home i notice i had blood coming out so i clean it and put some it's cause it felt so swollen. Today i woke up and i notice she literally took off my skin with it. Never coming back i should of look at the reviews before i walked it , i normally do but i was in a hurry. They need to go back to training or one day they will get sue for this . read more

Babi Threading Salon - Yes there's a filter but my eyebrows have never looked better - Threading Services Near Me - West Covina, California

Never coming back to this salon.. I used to come here and only here back when Annie was working here!! She was amazing and had the best customer service.. I NEVER left unsatisfied or in pain. But these new girls... I swear I tried giving them several chances and never was quick to do a bad review.. but 3/5 times that I came to do my eyebrows since Annie left I'd leave that place bleeding! And not to mention the shape would be uneven. The 2nd time they cut my brow, they didn't charge me. But the 3rd time I just had it. And their excuse was that I just have sensitive skin. But I never had that problem before. Not with Annie and not with anyone else that has ever done my brows. I will have to find another salon.. ‍ read more

Originally when I came here, I was looking for something a little closer to home. The place I had gone to before would always leave one side of my eyebrows uneven from the other, this was something I was told they could not fix. I started coming more often because the young woman that worked there. Preeti was very honest with me about how I could care and maintain for my eyebrows. Not only did she do that, but she actually fixed the shape of them and for the first time... I was very satisfied with how they looked and how she continued to help me take care of them. I went in some time ago and was told she was not there. Normally, I would wait for her to come back, but I was told she was on an extended leave and she wouldnt be returning for about a month. So I let one of the other young ladies help me, and right away I didnt feel as happy. I could see right away how uneven they looked and how choppy they were. I'm not even sure how that happens. And the young lady didnt seem to mind letting me walk out the door looking like that. I am very disappointed in the service I received that day, and unfortunately will not be returning. read more

I went back for the first time since Annie left. Place is not the same. She is very professional and does excellent work. always took her time to make sure clients are completely satisfied. Before Annie worked there, another gal took care of me. She too was good. I can't remember her name. Also polite and took pride in jer work. Since I have been going there for awhile, I notice employees don't seem happy as they used to. I do understand their language and over heard they are not paid over time. read more

I didn't think that I would have to wait 20 minutes in an empty salon to be able to get my eyebrows threaded, but I did. Once I was on the chair I had told the girl that I just wanted them cleaned up but still thick and full, she said okay. Seems simple, right? Apparently not! I came out with super thin eyebrows and my right one longer than my left and a bunch of stray hairs in between my eyebrows! I even had to go next door and buy a $4 pack of eyebrow razors to fix them myself!!! Might just stick to self pampering myself instead of paying for it. read more

As I'm reading the comments, I am extremely disappointed that Preeti no longer works here! My daughters and I would drive 40+ miles (round trip) just to get our eyebrows done with her. She truly knows what she's doing and cares about her customers! I'm sure the owner is going to regret not keeping her! I will not be coming here anymore, especially after seeing how horrible the new girls work is! No thanks, won't take a chance!! Good bye Babi Threading! You were good while Preeti was there. Now all I can say is good luck! You're going to need a lot of luck to stay afloat! read more

I love this place but idk who the lady was that was working tonight with the long hair but she had the WORST attitude. She kept using her arm to push my head, when i wanted her to adjust something she acted like it was a problem she STILL DIDNT FIX THEM,my eyebrows are uneven & she left LONG strands of hair above my lip, she thinned my eyebrows & she kept rolling her eyes at me.she's very lucky it didnt turn physical because when she was constantly pushing my head I felt her aggression with the force she was putting into her movements. left pissed because her attitude was so sh*tty. Ive been coming here for almost 5years and she makes me not want to come back. She's the only reason this isnt 5 stars read more

The only reason this place was ever worth 5 stars was for Annie and Preeti. Now that both are gone I have to find a new place to go to. The new staff has no clue what customer service is . The attitude and lack of experience is not worth my time and should not be your guy's either. Two thumbs down read more

Ohhh let me start by saying that I hate writing bad or good reviews. (I just dont have the time) However, today I definitely need to vent!! I have been coming here for a while now and since the last couple of months is been a little bit uncomfortable. 1st the owners hired a girl that used to talk trash about the owners while doing my eyebrows. Last thing I needed was to listen to someone else complaints about their problems. All I wanted to do was close my eyes and get my eyebrows done. NOW THEY LOST ALL SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE..... they could careless about what you ask to be done. They do what they want, Is like if they are practicing on your face. I gave this place a 2 star because there is been a couple of times that I got my eyebrows done right and the CS was good. I just read that preeti is GONE and I do not know if I should go back!! They lost the only decent worker they had there. Good luck to the next brave customer that walks in this place read more

I come from Glendale just to my eye brows done with preeti! Shes the best and i went to get them done and this time she wasn't there (but it was urgent, needed my eyes brows done) and the girl that did mine did a terrible job and was so rude! Never going back! read more

I thought they were legit when they told me that they could copy any Henna design chosen at the internet or wherever. My cousin showed them a very complicated design, so I wouldn't even wonder why she messed it up. Although, I chose the easiest design: Semicolon butterfly. I already doubted her Henna techniques when she was doing the semicolon. She wrote on my wrist with a pen first to outline the design. It was fine already with the pen, until she started applying the Henna. After I got the henna design, and after it naturally fell off when it dried up, I showed it to my aunt and asked her, "What do you think it is?" She says that it looked like trash. I asked my coworkers about their thoughts and they couldn't figure out what it is. I showed them the original design and they said, "The wings are not proportioned very well. That probably threw me off." The picture I took was just before I wrote this review. It is fading already because I'm forcing it to fade fast and have my Henna done somewhere else. To be honest, during the whole session, I've been itching to grab the henna out of her hand and have the outline done myself. It wasn't worth my $10. Sorry but never again. read more
