If you get your eyebrows done and it hurts or they're going too fast, make sure to speak up and…read morestop them. Neither is normal or okay. I went to get my eyebrows tidied (not even shaped). Place was busy. Threader should've still slowed down and taken the proper time to do a decent job - I didn't even ask for shaping. She went WAY too fast, made it more painful than normal, didn't clean properly, took off too much from the top of one part of the brow in her haste, CUT the skin on the side of my eyebrow, and when I told her, said that going fast was how she did it. A fast threader is not a skill to be proud of when that speed causes pain, cuts, and a bad threading job. Slow down and don't make it hurt. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded since the dawn of time - there are many who don't make it feel painful and know how to clean up brows. (I previously had henna brows at my regular place, and would have some residue the first day that I wasn't supposed to get wet). However, I definitely appreciate that even right after the tint here, brows look polished and the lady (I think her name was Susie?) is careful about cleaning up the edges and massaging the area after. The entire process was fast and I'm happy with the results. She mixed a good color/shade that matches my hair and skin well. If this tint lasts a decent amount of time, this place might just replace my old brow place and is in a more geographically convenient location for me too! I had just come back from pretty extensive travel so my skin was dry and clogged. She did a deep clean and hydration. Not a single pore was overlooked and all my blackheads were gone. She also sells medical grade skincare at a lower price than some retail outlets. She also did a scalp massage with a rubber brush for me. I wish I knew that ahead because my hair is wavy and was full of tangles that day so you've been warned lol.
