When I explained that I had just called about a walk-in manicure, she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. She then started asking "One manicure? Two? What do you want?" in an almost interrogating tone instead of simply greeting us or telling us to have a seat and pick colors like they used to. The whole interaction felt awkward, dismissive, and honestly uncomfortable. Customer service and basic courtesy matter. Eight days after that $180 set, one nail completely fell off with no pain. Anna said she didn't know why it happened, booked me three days later to fix it, and charged me $20. Four days after the repair (about two weeks after the original set), 9 out of 10 nails were lifting from the sides. Again, Anna said she didn't know why and initially told me to come back in three days. I explained I was concerned about moisture and possible fungus, and suddenly she had availability the same day. That was frustrating. When I arrived, Anna didn't examine my nails or apologize. Another tech removed and reapplied a new set, and I was charged $80. Within two weeks, I had spent $280 total. I was only given a $20 gift card. Eleven days later, my thumb nail fell off again. When I reached out, Anna once more said she didn't know why. After spending hundreds of dollars here, I'm very disappointed with how this was handled. The customer service was poor, and I would not recommend this salon.
