So really only got a 75min service, not 90 minutes. She wasn't the happiest about the groupon price, as many providers tend to not be, but that's kind of the whole point of listing your business on an advertising site? Still paid her the matching price on groupon instead of actually going through groupon. She recommended that I do something somewhat different and said that she would do an extra deep clean/hydrofacial on me since I had acne. The service was decent. The cleansing was extremely mild and not deep in comparison to many places I've been or maybe my skin just wasn't that bad this time. No extractions, just exfoliation. She gives little massages throughout the service on your scalp, arms, shoulder, neck and so on. I really wish I got more in the face, hence facial. Her space is located in Sola Salons which is surrounded by dozens of other Suites. Wood floors so unfortunately not the most relaxing because you can hear noise from all the surrounding Studios. Wish I got closer to a 90 minute service but instead of 75 and since she changed my original service, wish it was just over all better

She concluded that I should probably go see a dermatologist for my situation. Though she offered certain services, like a Hydro facial wash, she made it clear that it probably wouldn't be the resolution for me. She gave me some advice as well that should help me out a little bit. What I appreciated the most was her honesty. Going into a place like this with no knowledge freaked me out because I could've probably been very easily taking advantage of, but instead of trying to sell me on things, she was very upfront and professional with me. The interior is dark (could also be that it was a gloomy day) and quiet, but Cindy plays relaxing music as soon as your appointment starts. She offers water upon entry. After the initial face cleanse, she analyzed my skincare and pretty much talked me through the process of the facial and made recommendations based on my skin. My whole experience was very relaxing and I even fell asleep for a couple of minutes. My skin was rough and dry coming in, and is now soft and plump. I definitely plan on coming back. Cindy is extremely kind, accommodating, and straight to the point. She is also knowledgeable and answered any and all my questions I had for her. I recommend her for the best bang for your buck! My only tip is book in advance!

The Himalayan salt room is the only shared area. The interior is well maintained, although it feels a bit outdated. the cleaning staff was attentive and kept the spa clean. I arrived 45 minutes before my massage so I could use the Himalayan salt room and sauna, and take a shower before my 60-minute massage. Overall, my experience was good. They charge $50 for a day pass. I would love to go back and use the spa again sometime in the future.

Easy and efficient and paid a deposit via Zelle. They are currently running a buy one get one free special so I grabbed a friend. We came about 10 mins before my appointment and filled out the necessary paperwork with Ava and she was also my treatment specialist. The small lobby area was clean and very welcoming. The treatment rooms are quiet, clean and have a nice ambience of dim lighting on the ceiling. They started with the mini facial with the steaming machine and started to work on my face. I am getting drowsy now because it feels so nice. Head massage, neck and shoulder massage, warm water on head and neck and that's all I remembered because by now, I am practically asleep. Before I know it, it's time to get up! Fastest 90 mins ever. Now I want the 2 hour treatment!!! We go to the mirror vanity table to finish off with the blow dry but not before serum was added to the scalp and some other things they do. Don't ask me what, because I was still waiting up from my nap. I was so sad it was over. Please tip generously because they are all hardworking and try to make it the best experience for you. They don't try to sell any products which I appreciate. I cannot wait to come back and bring a few more friends for a girls self-care day. I called and scheduled an appointment to get quoted, they're super transparent about pricing and what to expect, and prices were a lot better than some other places I've reached out to. Paid for 6 sessions of treatment on the upper lip, underarms, Brazilian, and legs, every 4-6 weeks to start and it was super convenient to schedule for all the sessions. I just completed all the introductory sessions 2 months ago, and honestly I've never been so happy with the results! My strawberry skin is slowly getting better, and now the majority of my legs are flawless! No more buying shaving creams and razors! My under arms and Brazilian are a little bit more stubborn but I'm able to schedule touch ups as needed to take care of those soon too! Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Coco was very sweet and I LOVED getting my lashes done for the first time there, made me feel very comfortable, even offered a blanket for the cold morning while I laid on the bed. It gets worse. She started working on me without washing her hands, which is honestly disgusting, and was super aggressive the whole time. I had to stop her to ask AGAIN about the price before continuing, and she tried to charge me more than what the owner originally quoted. The second I told her to call the owner, suddenly the price dropped? That's shady and completely unprofessional. The entire experience felt disrespectful, unhygienic, and honestly sketchy. I cannot believe I wasted my time driving this far for this level of service.

I called before buying the groupon and they told me to screenshot the deal and they will match the price which was nice of them. The place is pretty clean and the lashes last for about 3 -4 weeks. They only have one material and glue to choose from but they had different styles of lashes that they can do. There's plenty of parking.

I found Lash Glow on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Booking an appointment online was super easy, they have all their services listed. There isn't a parking lot but you can try to find parking on the street in the front of the store or in the neighborhood that's around the corner. It's a safe neighborhood so I wasn't worried about my car. Walking inside, it's one huge room with multiple lashing stations divided by a curtain. It was empty when I was there, just me and the girl who gave me my lash lift and tint. I didn't catch her name, but she was so sweet!! She gave me a run down of the various lashes they offered, I told her that I would eventually come back to get my lashes done and she had great recommendations for what I was interested in. My favorite thing about this place was the lashing bed! It was cushioned with a foam mattress pad, it put me straight to sleep! The process of getting the lash lift and tint went so smooth. I didn't feel any burning, the tech had the softest touch, and I felt really comfortable. I highly recommend trying our Lash Glow if you're interested in getting your lashes done! Looking at their prices too, it didn't seem too pricey.
