Vivian has a shitty attitude. I stopped coming here a year or so ago because of it. Recently, I brought my friend. I called ahead for "two foreign fills." My friend doesn't speak lash (as this was like her second or third set ever)! Rather than make us uncomfortable with her expression towards my friend not knowing her lash material or length, she could've helped find the right set. Then at the end, I tipped. She said "that's it?" Girl... Mind you, she managed to charge us for two full sets though agreeing to the fills prior. I would've walked out before she started if we weren't tapped down. I got my lashes done after a year of not getting them done due to having a severe infection in my eye at a place i got them done in San Gabriel. I decided to come here after reading all the amazing reviews and I WILL be coming back. Ella, was super sweet, patient, and gave me great advice for the shape of my eye and the lashes I originally wanted but I had her decide on what would be best for my eye shape. OK where do I even start? I've been to plenty of lash bars and this one is hands-down is the best one. I've had horrible experiences with other lash places where they overcharge and their work isnt half as good as Vivi's. Her prices are reasonable and fair. My appt was at 6pm and she called and text at 5 asking if I could come in earlier, but I couldnt cause I was working. She kept asking what time I would arrive, I told her at my appt time; 6pm. As soon as I arrived she tried upselling me to the more expensive lashes. She said they were an extra $60. I politely declined and said I wanted normal lashes. She did my lashes for a total of 20mins and she was done?! I've never had anyone do them that fast. Its usually an hour process or more. It didnt even look like I had lashes on! So, I asked her if she could add more, and she said it would be an extra $10! So she added a few more to each eye and said "done!" Worst lashes, ever. She was obviously in a hurry to leave, and I was left with a mediocre set of eyelashes. You're better off buying a groupon for Kang Eastern Medical Spa in Pasadena. They were amaaaaaazing and I wasnt upsold or rushed out. read more

Coco is my lash girl forever! I live in the valley, where there are tons of lash studios, but I will follow Coco wherever she goes! I've tried to find a lash artist more local to me with reasonable prices who does my lashes just right, but I always end up going back to Coco.
