It was my first time having my lashes done and had a good experience along with a first time customer discount.

One star review because they did not do anything but leave me with glue. This all began 2 days ago when we made an appointment to get a lash lift. At that point the right thing to do would be to say we don't have anyone available to do this type of service. Fast forward to our appointment I get started and mind you, this is my first time trying to lift my lashes. I'm laying for about 30-45 minutes thinking this is gonna come out looking great because my lashes go straight down. The lady says to go wash my lashes to get the glue out. I was recommended here by my mom and she was there and said that you're not supposed to wet the lashes for 24 hrs to let them set. The lady working on my lashes then had me lay back down to take the glue off with tweezers which was very painful and she took a lot of my eyelashes out. My eyes were red. She then said to come back August 16 to fix them since the person who does the service was off. I was just trying to leave at that point because I found the whole situation to be unsettling. They should've said from the beginning they couldn't instead I wasted my time. I DO NOT recommend this place. Go somewhere else read more

I've been coming here for more than three years now. They are all so nice. I usually go with either Yuko or Kimiko! They're both very clean, efficient, and my lashes always come out looking great! They explained the basics of what the procedure was going to be and the length of the process. I was also informed of the maintenance of the lashes and was given a card with all the instructions and when to make the next appointment. I've been getting my lashes done for over a year with a different salon. I have been wanting to try this place U-lashes as I pass it frequently on my drive. The salon is nice. The tech who did my lashes was actually the owner of the business. She was nice as well. I honestly had NO issues during the appointment. My 3 star rating is in regards to the actual product. For some reason every time I showered and the lashes got wet they clumped horribly, taking forever to air dry and They had to be separated "fluffed" and they fell out in clusters sticking to the brush. For the price I paid, I tried not to get my face wet ever! I did not have these problems with the previous lashes from the other salon. I assume the product is different and for me it's not worth the cost or giving up washing my hair which gets my face wet. I visited this lash salon for the first time and left with not only great lashes but feeling refreshed. The staff was so friendly, the salon is clean, spacious and the music was relaxing. I wish I took a picture of my lashes but I will definitely for my fill next week! I asked for doll eye, not too heavy on the inner corners or ends. I prefer a more open eye look and loved them.
