Sally is an artist and very gentle. I get full set lashes, and her work is always beautiful. I have been a client for several years. I lost most of my lashes from Covid. Sally makes my eyes pretty again. All her lash services are carefully and cleanly done, with sterile instruments and quality supplies. The salon is very charming and comfortable, air conditioning and heating is consistent. Location has lots of parking. Highly recommend read more

I don't regularly get eyelashes done, I only do it any special occasions like wedding and etc. First time going. Decided to go here because it's really near by my house and I saw the review they have good reviews. Anyways I got mink lashes and since I don't usually get lashes done I asked the person who's going to assist me what's size of lashes that's better. She keep saying it's up to me and because different people have different opinions. I know that's but I wouldn't ask for her opinion if I'm not okay with it. I followed her instructions not to wet and touch it but the next day it's falling off. This is the only lashes I've been to that's had horrible costumer service and at them same time the lashes didn't even last a week. read more

Sally was awesome, she did me a favor and scheduled me in at the last minute. It took an 1 1/2 hr and my lashes looked GREAT!!! The salon is very spacious, and it is obvious that they sterilize and sanitize things. I highly recommend this to everyone who wants longer, fuller lashes. I wanted something feathery and light, not heavy, it was PERFECT for me!! read more

Found another place close to home! Big tip : must make an appointment, but Sally is so good at accommodating her schedule to yours. Love this little place, it is so clean and so well decorated. I swear the music makes me fall asleep enjoying my section with Sally. I've been getting eyelashes for over a year, and now Sally recommended that I get the mink lashes... wow!!!! you feel the difference. I did tell her I'm not in my 20's so I don't want heavy ones, or ones that are very exaggerated ... I do think they are very full, long and a little exaggerated but I'll have to get used to mink eyelashes. However, I can't go to classic once you feel the softness of mink lashes. Prices are very reasonable compare to other locations in Glendora, San Dimas or the Charter Oak area. read more

Great Service and I loved my lashes. Been coming here for a few years now and she does great work every time! She's so gentle on the eyes and I love that she tapes one eye at a time so it doesn't bother you. I really appreciate that. read more

Would not recommend. Went in for a wispy hybrid set. That same day lashes from my right eye started falling off. By the 3rd day my right eye had barely any lashes. I called to see if i can go in to get it fixed & was told "I don't have time for you today"...Literally a waste of money, I'd go to someone who KNOWS how to apply them right, instead of going here!! read more

Sally is an amazing lash tech! I have been seeing her for almost a year. I like eyelash extensions that look natural. Not too dramatic because of work. Sally makes sure you are comfortable and satisfied with the service. Also, explains the after care. I go for a fill every 3-4 weeks. Depending on how well I care for and wash my lashes. Prices are pretty average. The shop is clean. It's located in a little shopping plaza. Accepts Zelle. Definitely recommend!!! read more

I started going to Sally September 2021 and have been a loyal client since. She is masterful in her craft of lashes- ... and the outcome is naturally beautiful each and every time. Her new location has a peaceful ambiance-- truly feels like spa time with each experience. If you are looking for someone who knows lashes, book an appointment with Sally. I make the drive from Whittier to see her- worth every mile! read more

Sally is OUTSTANDING!!! I had an eyelash mishap with someone else, and my lashes were almost gone. Just little crinkled nibs. Sally not only got me in RIGHT AWAY, she was so kind and gracious and did an incredible job!! I will only see her from now on! read more

Too expensive ($65) just for an eyelash extension, which is basically a curl of your natural lashes. The lady was nice and did the best she could but I went there for results and you could not tell the difference after one hour. Not worth that price at all. read more

This eyelash location has such an amazing service. Provides excellent customer service, with a reasonable price. This was my first time here at MC Sally Eyelashes. I've done my lashes at other places and I have to say this is by far the best place I've been to. Sally was informative and patient. Since I was new to her store, she went over the types of different lashes and helped me picked out what would look good on me and she was right! I did the Hybrid and I loved how it turned out. She took her time and was very gentle with my lashes since I have very thin lashes. She did one eye at a time which to me was comfortable than having both eyes taped at the same time. Her studio is very clean and very cute! She has snacks and water and I felt very comfortable. She even gave me a blanket. If this is your first time, this is the place for you! My lashes don't even irritate. They feel great! read more

MC Sally Eyelashes - Real mink classic whispy - Eyelash Service Near Me - Covina, California

Sally was real nice and she had a beautiful store. The reason I won't be back is because the first time I got my lashes done with her my lashes fell off real fast , I made an appointment with her and saw her on the 14th day , I communicated to her that my lashes had fallen off very fast and she didn't charge me that much , she charged me the 2nd week amount , but again on my second time on the 14th day of doing my lashes with her again, I feel like my lashes look like it's been 4 weeks. I won't be coming back as I can't afford to be there every two weeks and the drive as well as looking like my lashes are bunk. I don't know if anyone else will have better luck but as for me it didn't work out . read more

Very pretty and clean salon. Great customer service, Sally takes her time to make sure your are satisfied with the results

I tried mc sally's for the first time and i loved how my lashes came out. it's so relaxing in there with music, a comfy headrest and heater. I love how she did them, she got everything perfectly. i am definitely coming back. read more

My lash lift came out great and the environment is so beautiful, aesthetic, and so relaxing. I definitely recommend it here!

second time with sally she makes you feel comfortable and relaxing music love how my lashes look thank you!

Where do I start! Me being able to say I trust her is a lot. She's working above me as my eyes are taped and made me completely comfortable. It sounds silly but I've gone to places where I just couldn't relax. But she makes everything easy. I followed Sally from another location and there's a few reasons why. She is super friendly and professional! She answers in a timely manner and will always try to accommodate you. Customer service is under rated but not here, when she opens the door she's always got a smile, she remembered me since the first time I went and chats with me like an old friend. The place is nice and as you sit there's water and snacks available which is so thoughtful! She got the table ready for me and had me lay down while she washed her hands. She then went over with how I wanted my lashes and then, she begins.. there's no harsh chemical smells which I appreciate, she takes her time making sure every lash is as it should be. She's gentle and I've never had any irritation from the products she uses. Once I hear the fan go on I get excited to see my lashes. As always they're amazing! When your done she has a little baggie ready for you with a spoolie and a sponge for after care and will remind you of the do's and don't's and a stamp card to earn stamps to get money off. I've gone to so many different lash techs and I've never found any that come close to Sally. My biggest concerns are the end result, products used, customer service and knowledge. She surpasses expectations, as every part of the process is well thought out. Once she does your lashes you'll see why I stay with her! read more

If you are thinking about getting lash extensions, this is your sign to book an appointment with Sally. I started going to Sally earlier this year after telling myself that I would only get extensions to try something new, and after seeing how full and beautiful my lashes look I became a loyal client! I love how my lashes look after my appointments with Sally. I am always stopped by people asking if my lashes are real and when I tell people that they are extensions, they are so impressed at how natural and full they look. Sally knows just how to create the perfect look whether you want a dramatic eye or a subtle and natural look, Sally will give you just what you are looking for! You will love your results! read more
