I loved this new place I found closer to home. I messaged them on yelp, owner answered right away! They took me in at the time I was available. I did have a hard time finding it, but I'll blame google for routing me all over. I won't blame my fast and upturn driving. However once I found it, there is plenty of parking. Lost 3 starts for value, customer service, and quality. Strangest experience ever, and not for the best interest of the shop. My last appointment was on June 16 and I got a full set of hybrid lashes. By June 28 half the lashes on ONE eye had fallen out. This was completely unlike my other visits. Usually my lashes would last a good 5 weeks before I felt I needed to get a fill. Well on this particular day, I had two technicians work on me. When I arrived I was met with a new technician. She began to remove my lashes and everything seemed normal. I felt like she was taking a long time and was not as methodical as Cici. The new tech started applying new lashes on my right eye. I think she may have need taking too long because in the middle of her work, Cici took over. Cici was applying my lashes very quickly and my eye was burning so badly. While Cici worked the new tech stood and watched. Cici finished my right eye and then the new tech finished my left. She took an extremely long time and she was so gentle I could not feel anything. During this time both my eyes were watering and burning in the worst way. I felt like a science project and not like a valued client. Over the next 10 days I experienced major lash loss on my left eye. I reached out to Timi via yelp and told them what had happened. They were responsive and set me up with an appointment at 6:30 that evening. I know they are only open until 7 so I felt like I would have been rushed and did not go in. Coincidentally I told my sister who also goes to timi about my lashes falling out. She said the same thing was happening to her. Like me, she told them abc they were able to get her in to the studio the next day. The thing is THEY MADE HER PAY for a fill!!! How could this be?!! So I decided I was not going to go back just to pay for work that should have been done right the first time. Also, since the shop never reached out to see if I still needed the repair, I decided my spot can be easily filled by another customer and my business is not important to Today July 19. I have a right eye of lashes that looks like I only need a fill, but my left eye has only three extensions left. THREE!! Needless to say, I look silly. Well sadly the quality of this shops work has gone down. I do not know if it is because they are getting busy with more clients, but the work is not the same. If you do go have Cici apply your set and do not let them tell you to get a new set after 10 days or even 4 weeks. They seem to be pushing a new agenda. Also, stick with one technician so you will have them all fall out or stay on for the same amount of time. I look really silly. read more

The ladies at Timi always do an amazing job with my lashes! The first time I came here, they helped me figure it out because I didn't know anything about lashes and I didn't like how my lashes turned out at the last place I went. The glue doesn't burn much when they apply it compared to another shop that burned so badly I had to take my contacts out and lasted over an hour after the appointment. I'm not saying that Toni's glue doesn't burn at all, but SIGNIFICANTLY less and by the end of my session, they always check in with me to see if it's still burning. I usually refilled every 2 weeks with the hybrid but this last time I waited almost 4 before getting a new set. They weren't as full as hybrid but still looked decent considering how long I waited.
