I feel bad leaving negative reviews but this has been the worse service I've gotten. Went for a brow lamination & tint + wax and custom shaping. I did not get anything from a 100$ + service but blotchy blocky uneven overly laminated eyebrows. I walked out feeling completely disappointed & clown looking. Eyebrows are one of the focal points for a lot of people and having bad experiences is why there's trust issues with these so called professionals. Save yourself from the eyebrow services. My lashes turned out good ... BUT I had to endure an hour of the lash tech, talking to the other lash tech, loudly. Seems like nothing, but when the one lash tech is working six inches from your face, it becomes obnoxious. It would have been nice to relax in a quieter environment, since my eyes were forced shut for that hour. My friend is a regular customer here who's raved about Princess Lash so I finally decided to stop by and I was not disappointed! I've been here twice now (despite living in West LA) and it's been worth the drive for the price point and quality. My first hybrid volume set was less than $100 (with a first time customer discount) and my second set was about $112 after tip. I got my lashes done before my trip to Thailand and despite the humidity in Thailand, me swimming, and me showering everyday because of the heat, my lashes managed to look good for 3 weeks. I would say at 3 weeks is when I started looking like I needed to get a fill, but overall retention has been really solid. First time coming in to Princess Lash for eyelash extensions (they also have a location in Chino). It was very easy to make an appointment through their website. I like that it is very transparent and you can easily see the different styles that they do and the different price points. I got the 2tip lashes and paid $70 as a first time customer ($2 fee for using a credit card). When I arrived they showed me the options for style, length, and curl. I don't remember all the style names, but I chose Elegant. Then I chose a medium length (10-13mm) and I chose a medium curl (options were short, medium, and long). It took my technician (Pamela) 1 hour to apply working one eye at a time. Very seamless process. I like this natural look and I didn't feel pressured into changing what I wanted or going bigger, which has happened to me at other lash businesses. At the end of the appointment they give you some aftercare instructions and a little spoolie brush to brush out your lashes. The location is cutely decorated and parking was easy. Beware!!! This lash place is one of the worst I have been to. I should have known the minute I walked in to see the place looks like the ER where there are rows of bed separated by curtains. It has one of those cheap nail salon feel because the lady that was doing my lashes kept talking to the tech next to her who was also working on a client (seems like a regular) who arrived probably 30 mins later. They were speaking mandarin and without letting them know i completely understood them, she keeps telling the other tech how sparse my natural lashes are and answering her phone. It sucks because this was my first extensions since I finished my chemo treatment and i was going on a trip for 3 weeks. I chose this place for the rave reviews and not only got subpar work but also affected my natural lashes that took a long time to grow back! I know it's subpar because I used to get my lashes done for 3 years prior to my diagnosis. Anyways, to be fair, I was a few minutes so I understand that I most likely didn't get the full treatment time, which was fine... However, the quality of the work should not suffer. I got the 3D lashes with wispy. Not only does it NOT look wispy, there were a few lashes where she applied an extension to a few of my lashes!!! When I close my eyes sometimes, I can even feel the roots of the extensions. On top of that, they just looked horrible. The lady was nice so I didn't say anything but I am pretty sure she knew I hated them. I also texted the next day and asserted that I didn't like it because of the volume and asked what option I had, I was told that i could go back and have them remove some of them or come back a couple weeks later to get a fill. I just told them I will keep it since I have to leave that night for my trip so either I was going to have lashes or no lashes for my trip. Look, if you just care for the affordability and looks for like instagram or TikTok, it does the trick and "looks" good from far away, and don't care for the health of your natural lashes, then this place is for you. But if you are expecting to be pampered and care for your natural lashes, i suggest to stay away because you will not get that. read more

I have been going to Princess Lash for microshading 2+ years now (went to Chino location), and I can't imagine the rest of my life without it! I came in not knowing the difference between micro blading (more like individual hairs) and micro shading (more like eyebrow powder look), and as a new mom, I decided microshading was for me. Mia walked me through the entire process, and most importantly, stopped throughout the procedure to check to make sure the eyebrows were to my expectation and desire. She started off by drawing it out so that we could see the desired shape, and then went to work. She also checked in on my pain levels at appropriate intervals to see if she needed to add numbing gel to provide me with the best experience. (Granted I have a high pain tolerance, but I honestly wasn't bothered at all!) Over a year and a half later, my eyebrow ends were fading a bit and I went for a touch up. We decided to lighten the color to match my hair, and thicken my brows a tiny bit just the way I like them! I actually like thick straight brows, and Mia gave me them without making them look unnatural, noting that it's better that I get to amp up the drama in special occasions still! I honestly save so much time off my make up routine, and with a 19 month old, it makes a world of difference. I can also go "make up free" and feel absolutely gorgeous! I have had my lashes for about 2 weeks. This is the first time I have lash extensions. I got the classic with mink (an upgrade). On my appointment it said I was helped by Pamela. My left eye got glue in it and it was burning like fire. I had told my lash person and she let me have the fan as long as I liked until the burning subsided. I had them done Thursday late afternoon, by Friday evening extensions from both eyes started falling off- the right eye lashes had big gaps that were very noticeable. So I called in on Saturday to ask if someone can help since they said these extensions are suppose to last around 2 weeks before a fill. Jessica helped me and fixed my lashes on my right eye. Until today, they are still in really good shape. I should of asked her to fix my left eye when I was there.. since a lot of the extension has fallen off now.
