Nicky is so sweet and nice, she's also very professional! This was my first time getting my lashes done so she consulted with me first and decide which works best for me. She advised me to do classic 12 mm but I asked for 14 mm because I have my skating competition coming up and I wanted to have something dramatic. Nicky was right about it. 14 mm might have been little too long for me but for the sake of my performance, this is going to be great. Also I originally have pretty long lashes, it is definitely more noticeable. When I go back next time, I will try 12. I didn't think having lashes done makes me feel so good and much more confident! read more

I've never gotten eyelash extensions before. So I looked on google and found this place near me. I saw the reviews and called. I explained my concerns. She answered my questions and it was easy to book. I put a 20 dollar deposit and my appt was set. When we met she explained what style would suit me I told her I wouldn't want my eyes to look droopy. My eyes look wide and the lashes don't look heavy. I believe I got fox style also it's very clean and all products used have a light scent or not scent. So far no allergies 24hrs later. read more

I had to walk out fuming because the owner, Nicky has the absolute worst customer service ever!!! How is she running a business with that kind of attitude?! Unbelievable!! I have never experienced such attitude and mean behavior. My appointment was at 9am and I arrived at 9:03am. Yes, I'm behind by 3 mins but did she really have to lecture me and give bad attitude? Not only was she impatient to hear what type of lash style I would like, her demeanor and facial expression was nothing but unkind. Here I am lying down about to work on my lashes, having to listen to her argumentative tone, she just wouldn't stop. I can't believe I gave her a 2nd chance by trying her services again. The 1st time, I was mistreated as well. It was my first time doing lash extensions, so naturally I have questions. She was very impatient, had attitude and said she has another customer booked right after me. Maybe she should leave a little wiggle room to hear your customers out?! I thought this was a one off moment for her that she's having a bad day, but apparently, this is HER! She is the root of the problem...she has a chip on her shoulder and looks for confrontations to ruin people's day. I will NEVER return here nor recommend anyone. There's plenty of lash salons to go to. Don't go here if you want to have a good experience. read more

But whats the point of offering me 700 for 2 mo when youre not going to follow through? Although thay made me uncomfortable, i let it go. Today, i reached out to ask for quote on service for shurink, specifically 400shots. I also asked for price on botox. They avoided answering prices and was vague and said terra is offering 1x shurink for $500. Because of the experience i had last time, my instinct told me to lock in and schedule that offer and price for when i return next month from my trip. And i was right because when i tried to lock it in, hana told me "ok. But ill let you know in march" There was some back and forth and suddenly, they said they have availability march 27 for the services. So why would you let me know in march?? To change the offer again? How come as a business the cant give me clear and direct answers? As a client i felt it was shady and unnecessary, and a stark contrast to what their customer service used to be. I no longer feel comfortable coming here.

She was nice initially till she realized I had a Groupon. Her whole demeanor changed. When I was paying for the treatment, the secretary asked if she should schedule a follow up, and the injector said no need she has a Groupon. For background, I have used botox before and received it in Korea at a skincare clinic. I loved the results then and thought it would be similar to that treatment. In Korea, they cleanse and numb your face prior to treatment. They also show you the bottle before they draw it into the needle. At skin perfect brothers, she turned her back to me and didn't show me that it really was botox. It could have been dysport for all I know. She rubbed a Vaseline type cream on my forehead without wiping it clean and just started injecting (after marking my muscle movement). Its only been 5 days, and we'll see in 2 weeks at its full development. I wanted an annual visit there, but after that treatment... I'm good. They did text me to see if I was happy with it. I'll find out in 2 weeks and let them know.

Some of you might be like me and have extremely high myopia and want the vision freedom. From my experience, I researched ICL surgery since 2019. Once EVO ICL was FDA approved, I started looking for a surgeon for advice and see if I was a candidate. Before choosing IQ Laser Vision, I had gone to a different surgeon and he did say I was a EVO ICL candidate, however I was not impressed by him. I was later referred to IQ Laser Vision, where they contacted me and scheduled an appointment to see if I was a candidate. Their multiple offices made it easy for me to go meet with an advisor and doctor. However, with personal reasons, I was unable to get the surgery done during that year after that initial consult and going through their state of the art arcscan (apparently they're the only office that are using this technology to make sure to see if your eye has enough space/vault...very cool). Fast forward March 2026, I contacted IQ laser vision again in hopes that maybe I can ask them for another consult. Again, the advisor walked me through, doctors did their check up, arcscan again (still cool) and I was able to schedule my surgery. It was an honor to have Dr. Robert Lin be available to do my EVO ICL surgery. He was incredibly patient with my questions, listened to my story of researching this procedure, and I knew I was in good hands from someone who had worked on so many eyes. Perhaps my favorite part aside from the whole journey of vision correction and having 20/20 vision is that you can feel how much Dr. Lin cared for his patients. He called me personally to make sure my first day post surgery was ok. And even after 4 months later, he contacted me to make sure I was ok and how I am liking my vision. For those who are like me going back and forth about vision correction, I highly recommend making an appointment/consult to see if you can be a candidate. From there you can move forward and make that decision. I know it was later than I anticipated for myself, but I can truly say I am happy having that peace of mind that I can wake up and see, not have to worried about my glasses/contacts during a possible evacuation (fire or earthquake), and do water sport without fear of infections if I wore my contacts. That mental peace is probably the second to best part of this journey.

My mother came to this clinic for eye surgery, and the staff took it upon themselves to sign my parents up for an $11,000 medical credit card (Alphaeon / Comenity Bank) without properly explaining the actual terms. My parents have limited English proficiency, and the clinic staff took full advantage of that language barrier. They pushed the financing as a simple, helpful payment plan, completely failing to explicitly warn them that it was a "deferred interest" credit line. Because of how the clinic aggressively pushed this paperwork, my family was blindsided by massive retroactive interest penalties, and the bank eventually attempted an automated withdrawal of nearly $6,000 from my parents' checking account, forcing us to involve federal regulators to get our money back. My warning to other patients: Do not let the staff here apply for any financing, loans, or payment plans on your behalf. If you have elderly parents or family members who are not fluent in English, do not let them speak to the billing department alone. Read every single sentence of the financial paperwork before you sign anything.

Nicky was able to replicate my reference photo directly onto my eye. I love them so much and they don't irritate or hurt my eye at all.
