Lola is the Best. She listens and asked questions until she and I were clear on how I wanted to have my hair cut. She is pleasant, calm, respectful and so polite. I will definitely request her again. read more

Needed to get my roots colored ASAP. It was easy to apply Ive as a walk-in. Friendly staff, welcoming and someone is just about always available for walk-ins. Service was easy and quick and got exactly what I wanted all done by Mayra. The color used is good quality, rich and shiny! My hair grows fast so will probably be back real soon for another touch up. Recommend for the service I received. read more

Naira was awesome. First haircut in a big person place and my 5 year old loved it. He looks so sharp!

Dolores did a great job with my cut. Great conversation too! I'll be back to see her again.

Been coming here a long time and honestly the actual cuts are decent. I don't need anything crazy for my hair. My haircut is simple and somehow I've managed to let multiple cuts slide. Too short on top or uneven. Little stuff like that but at this point I've had enough. The staff are very friendly but I can't say I would recommend this spot for men. read more

Today, I called this salon and requested an appointment at 11:30 am. They were able to grant the appointment time. This was my first time here. They were very welcoming! Mayra, cut my hair and styled it perfectly! I'm so excited to have a salon that will be able to accommodate me at a moment's notice! Thank you so much Mayra! read more

Amazing service for a simple dark brown/light black color service. The interior is a bit dated BUT it makes up with customer service and friendliness from the ladies. read more

The service was poor. I had an appointment. I still waited. 15 minutes and when the stylist was doing my hair, she kept helping another customer with her hair or she was at the register if I'm paying for an appointment, I would certainly like some undivided attention, which certainly did not happen on this visit. It was a nice cut. read more

I went in to have my full head dyed a different color, I was pretty nervous considering this was my first time ever dyeing my hair any color. As soon as I walked in the owner was very kind and friendly and made me feel very welcomed and then placed me with the hairdresser Nicole. Nicole was really sweet and comfortable to talk to making me feel important by Listening and engaging in a conversation while taking care of my hair. I was very happy with the after results, Nicole made my hair look exactly how I had wanted and I'll definitely be going back to this place for my root touch ups and trims. Excellent service from the whole staff and positive welcoming attitudes from everyone!! read more

What a stupid response from an owner of a business. It was really uncalled for. This whole thing started because as a customer I was unhappy with the way that my daughter's hair was cut. it was completely uneven. When I let the so-called stylist know that it was uneven all she did was insist that it was even even though I could clearly see that it was not. She did not even offer tocorrect it, she just insisted that she was right. I could see that it was uneven and I stood my ground. There's nothing wrong with that. A normal business person would offer to make the customer happy just evening up the hair, or last resort offering a refund because we were not happy. But no, your workers insisted it was correct. Then as a person who was not even there, you make stupid comments asking if I was on drugs and you don't want my business. You're an idiot and I wouldn't go back there anyway. That is no way to run a business and no I was not on drugs and I have never done them in my life. What a very, very stupid thing to say. And, for people who don't want my business, you were sure happy to take my money. There is no place in business for people with attitudes like yours or your workers. read more

Owner Robert, please email me at lapetty2003@gmail.com. I need to discuss today's visit with you,

Delores at Fantastic Sams is great. Highly recommend, she is professional and has many years of experience!

I brought my daughter in for a trim after a long quarantine year. Staff was sanitizing as I walked in. Our temperatures were taken and we were asked to take a seat. Within a couple of minutes my daughters long wavy hair was being shampooed and cut. Everyone was very nice and attentive. read more

Needed a hair cut because it was far to long. Went into this location The 2 women who greeted me were very nice. They informed me that the internet was down so they were only taking cash. I asked how much it would be because I only had a certain amount on me. They told me $35 so I said that's fine. Knowing I had $40 and I could give the stylist a $5 tip. When I got to the register, there was a very "rude" blonde lady who I'm assuming was the manager because she was acting all high and mighty. She told me it would be $40. I told her the other lady told me $35. She said you had your hair blow dried so that's an extra $5. I said if I would have known this in the first place I would have skipped the blow dry. She pointed to a tiny little sign at the front desk where the print was so small and crossed out several times you could almost see it. I said well thank you because now your stylist will not get a tip from me. I hope you're happy. She gave me $3 off because of a coupon on their website. I will go back and some point and give this stylist her well deserved tip. I've always had an issue at this place, don't know why I chanced it again. DO NOT RECOMMEND........ read more

This is my preferred hair salon, which I've been frequenting for a couple of years now. The location is within close proximity to where I live, so it's definitely convenient and haircut fees are frugally priced as well! I always get my hair trimmed by my regular hair stylist, Mayra, who I can't recommend enough! She is amazing, always going above and beyond in customer service by extending extra care and time to making sure you get the best quality style cut you asked for. She is very friendly, personable, and always has an upbeat attitude. Mayra makes the haircut experience and customer service here markedly 'fantastic'! read more

I got a haircut today and it was totally uneven. I didn't know until I got home and then straightened it. The woman who cut it did it very quickly. I'm not sure if I should even go back to ask her to fix it or if someone else there can do it, but ugh! Really annoyed!! read more
