Been coming here a long time and honestly the actual cuts are decent. I don't need anything crazy for my hair. My haircut is simple and somehow I've managed to let multiple cuts slide. I still waited. 15 minutes and when the stylist was doing my hair, she kept helping another customer with her hair or she was at the register if I'm paying for an appointment, I would certainly like some undivided attention, which certainly did not happen on this visit. What a stupid response from an owner of a business. It was really uncalled for. This whole thing started because as a customer I was unhappy with the way that my daughter's hair was cut. it was completely uneven. When I let the so-called stylist know that it was uneven all she did was insist that it was even even though I could clearly see that it was not. She did not even offer tocorrect it, she just insisted that she was right. I could see that it was uneven and I stood my ground. There's nothing wrong with that. A normal business person would offer to make the customer happy just evening up the hair, or last resort offering a refund because we were not happy. But no, your workers insisted it was correct. Then as a person who was not even there, you make stupid comments asking if I was on drugs and you don't want my business. You're an idiot and I wouldn't go back there anyway. That is no way to run a business and no I was not on drugs and I have never done them in my life. What a very, very stupid thing to say. And, for people who don't want my business, you were sure happy to take my money. There is no place in business for people with attitudes like yours or your workers. read more

I went in to have my full head dyed a different color, I was pretty nervous considering this was my first time ever dyeing my hair any color. As soon as I walked in the owner was very kind and friendly and made me feel very welcomed and then placed me with the hairdresser Nicole. Nicole was really sweet and comfortable to talk to making me feel important by Listening and engaging in a conversation while taking care of my hair. I was very happy with the after results, Nicole made my hair look exactly how I had wanted and I'll definitely be going back to this place for my root touch ups and trims. Needed a hair cut because it was far to long. Went into this location The 2 women who greeted me were very nice. They informed me that the internet was down so they were only taking cash. I asked how much it would be because I only had a certain amount on me. They told me $35 so I said that's fine. Knowing I had $40 and I could give the stylist a $5 tip. When I got to the register, there was a very "rude" blonde lady who I'm assuming was the manager because she was acting all high and mighty. She told me it would be $40. I told her the other lady told me $35. She said you had your hair blow dried so that's an extra $5. I said if I would have known this in the first place I would have skipped the blow dry. She pointed to a tiny little sign at the front desk where the print was so small and crossed out several times you could almost see it. I said well thank you because now your stylist will not get a tip from me. I hope you're happy. She gave me $3 off because of a coupon on their website. I will go back and some point and give this stylist her well deserved tip. I've always had an issue at this place, don't know why I chanced it again. DO NOT RECOMMEND........ read more
