Anita is not experienced well with long thick hair Im assuming, me and my daughter asked for only a trim of two inches and bangs and layers.. she literally chopped off more after cutting two inches and then it was uneven!! Then to top it off she went in with the sheers making it so thin! she was not explaining anything she was doing !! She over cut her hair and not professional cut at all Im so regret coming here never again my daughter was crying !!!! Every 3 months I come here like clockwork to get the ends of my very long hair snipped and made blunt again. This salon is a solo operation and the lady who works here - Anita - is so nice. Most importantly she doesnt cut off 5 inches when i only ask for 1. That can be a huge problem with stylists who get scissor happy on long hair. Its not a posh location but I dont need fancy, I need consistency. I dont get a shampoo or condition either, just in and out in 15 or 20 min, no appointment, and almost no waiting ever. For a simple, straight-across-the-bottom cut she charges $12. I always give her $20. I have been coming here for 10 years now and even when I lived in Vegas I would only let Anita touch my hair while I was in the Covina area visiting family. Now I live back in Covina and don't have to make a 4 hour drive which is great, but as long as she stays here Ill be here too. read more

Called in the mid-afternoon during a weekday to see if she could take me in as a walk-in. She did not have any appointments so took me in right away. Anita is very friendly, extremely efficient, and definitely knows how to cut men's hair. Being of Asian descent, I have thick straight hair that is difficult to cut and have not found a stylist that can cut it right unless I go to a salon located in a heavily Asian populated area, like the SGV. So glad she is in Glendora and I do not have to drive out for my hair cut. Her prices are so affordable too. I will be repeat client for sure.
