From the moment I got there, she was super honest about what my hair actually needed. I originally thought I should get a toner or gloss, but she told me it wasn't necessary and that all I needed was a haircut. I respected that so much because she wasn't trying to upsell me on anything I didn't need. The haircut itself was AMAZING. I always tell stylists that I love my long hair, but a lot of times they get a little too scissor-happy. Not Michelle, she really listened and respected exactly what I wanted while still making my hair look fresh and healthy. The one thing I do wish is, I should have asked for long layers, I think I'm ready for some layers lol. That's definitely what I'll be getting next time! I met my stylist, Michelle, whom I think has magic in her hands. She was able to achieve my goal of getting a layered haircut with face framing bangs. I give her a 10/10 for that haircut. This is my favorite salon ever!! Michelle is the best stylist. I've been here 3 times and already can't wait to go back and see her again. She is very talented and her customer service skills are unmatched. She is super friendly and welcoming. She washes my hair then does the cut then dry and style. She dedicates her time to me and I appreciate it. I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted and she always delivers.
