I Went in for a long layers hair cut on 5/14/26 I had an appointment with Emilia. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable she walked me back to get shampooed first and the smells of the shampoo and conditioner were very pleasing to me. She scrubbed my head and it felt like a massage. Then we walked back to her station chit chatted and she began to cut asked me many questions on how I wanted my hair and what were the goals I wanted to achieve with my hair. I needed a money make over and believe me they did the job. Rene & Crystal are such the power team! Amelia hair cutting skills are to die for! I'm a second she made my hair look fabulous. But honestly if u feel like you need a salon that doesn't judge and makes u feel comfortable with who you are this is the place. This is my third visit here and I am happy with their service but haircut pricing is a bit excessive. $70 for a haircut is a bit steep, in my opinion. I completely understand that everything has gone up and that perhaps this is the norm these days but if a client is getting multiple services done I'd suggest giving a discount on the cut since hair needs to be washed with any color treatment anyway. I was not expecting to pay $170 for roots and cut. My cut was an all around trim. Again, good customer service but pricing is a bit high. I inquired about child cut: $35 regardless of the type of cut. Again for a child's trim that's excessive. read more

She always listens to exactly how you want your hair! I don't think I can trust going to anyone else but her now for my hair. Got my hair balayage/highlights done by Sally Rodriguez and I LOVE the look! I really like how she makes the root bleach blended in so i can just let it grow out without the harsh lines. She created the look that was totally fit for me and the style i was aiming for, without even too much explanation. I like it a subtle style so she gave it the subtle pop and even though my hair had bleach complications (due to prior hair coloring) she was able to work around it and made it come out beautifully. 2 or 3 weeks in and still loving the look! She also even gave me a little bang trim to add a nice finishing touch lol so thoughtful and appreciate her attention to detail and effort to make her clients feel beautiful and uplifted. I highly recommend this salon. They were very nice & took me as a walk in w/out an appt. Jaiden was my hair artist. She had a couple assistants who helped as well. I asked her to highlight my long hair. She was very sweet & polite. It was obvious she was focused & cared about making my hair the best she could. She definitely took her time & wasn't afraid to use as much product to make my hair beautiful. All of the staff was friendly. They offered me my choice of mimosas, beer, wine, etc. I just had some ice water. Their water was actually really good LOL. So first all I was happy with my hair getting done not for the price I didn't get what I wanted which was perl color platinum sally bleach my hair 4 times in 1 day not only that she told me cover your eyes I am gonna give you a make over and I did that thinking I was gonna get what I paid for? And sure enough I didn't my hair color only last like that for a few days I understand that I was pregnant so hair growth would be fast but my hair didn't even last less then a week with the color I have special hair products that don't have that chemicals to react to my hair color changing they are the ones who also recommended them conditioner and shampoo I should use. She told me not to wash my hair for five days or brush it and if I do like brushing, do not wash my hair and do not put things in my hair. I did exactly what sally told me my hair still broke. Not only that it is today. August 1, 2023. I got my hair done April. 27th, 2023 now you can tell that is a big gap of letting my hair grow out all I did was a root touchup in upon the root touchup pairs of all the hairs that Sally did tell completely off. And my husband has reached my hair before he knows what he's doing. My hair never fail instantly even knowing that Sally said my hair fell a lot. She still continue to bleach it four times. I'm not happy with the results. I'm not even happy that most of my hair is gone even after prenatal check up I still have a good amount of weight And I'm still healthy and doing great. The doctor said, but I'm not satisfied with how much it cost how many times Sally bleached my hair and then overall like usually when you go to a nail salon, they communicate with you and talk with you. I seen all the other hairstylist is communicating with their clients you know because you have to sit there for like eight hours in a chair. Sally wasn't even really communicated with me and her person telling their customer to close their eyes. They're going to give them a makeover. It should be with the customer asking what the customer paid for I didn't even get what I paid, for. I even continue to went back to Sally's and even Sally's told me, your hair looks like it's going to break soon and turn off they're right my hair isn't there anymore read more

This review is long overdue! I've been coming to this salon for a few years now and I love it! The staff are so nice and attentive. Even if the assistants are extremely busy they go out of their way to check in with every client asking if they need any beverages. You go girls!! Now let me brag about Jen! She has been doing my hair for about 7 years now and never once has done me wrong. I always walk out happy and feeling good. I have stepped away from her seat 3 times and all 3 were a disaster! This last time was the worst. I got out of another stylist chair( not from this salon) unhappy and about to cry because my hair was a mess. I text Jen and asked her if she had any openings in the next 2 weeks because Im going to be in a wedding she fit me in the following day! She seen my hair and was in shock that a "stylist" would let me get out of her chair with the way my hair looked. We then talked about what my hair goals were and what I WANTED in the end. Unfortunately, she couldn't get me as blonde as I wanted because as she was looking at the disaster on my head she figured out the other stylist so badly damaged my hair, my hair couldn't handle to much more work. I can't say enough about this salon. I was recommended by a family member who is also a hairstylist. I came in with so much damage to my hair. My last experience at a different salon wasn't a very good one. My hair was basically fried at this last salon and this was my first attempt at dying my hair a light color.
