Hi, I'm Crystal! I've been a licensed hairstylist for over 13 years. I began my career here in Glendora before moving to San Francisco, where I spent most of my time at Damia Salon, specializing in dimensional hair color, sun-kissed, health-focused lightening techniques, lived-in haircuts, and extensions. After returning to Los Angeles and working out of Burbank, I'm excited to now be back in Glendora -- a full-circle moment. ((I love it here and I'm also a client. So much talent and great energy.)) I tried out this salon for the first time today and am so grateful I discovered it! I went in for roots & toner, pointing out that I wanted to maintain my highlights but just hide my grays. Tara was my stylist and was so awesome! She spent time asking about what I wanted to accomplish and really listening to what my priorities are when it comes to my hair. She took time to educate me about how to best maintain the color between visits including what different shampoos actually do (purple counters yellow while blue counters orange/brassy hair). After noticing the toner made my hair a bit darker than what I wanted, she swiftly found a solution to lift the color a bit). Ari, her assistant, helped wash and brighten, then blow dry my hair and was really great as well! Both ladies were professional and helpful. And the best part - they were really accommodating and able to squeeze me in the same day for a color, toner, blow dry then curl appointment. And the whole place had a great relaxing vibe with country music playing in the background and relaxing conversations on and off throughout the visit. A bit pricier than what I expected but I'm so happy with the results and experience overall that I'm sticking to my 5 stars! read more

Beautiful salon with amazing stylists! My girl, Crystal - I've been going to for 8+ years. She recently joined this salon and I drive an hour and a half just to get my hair done from her! She's super knowledgeable and been in the game for a long time. She won't let you down, or let you leave until you're obsessed with your hair. I came in for a reverse balayage done by Crystal. I had blonde/brassy hair coming in and wanted a more brunette look with light highlights. She made me look exactly like my inspo pic! I'd recommend crystal to anyone in the area- I used to see her in San francisco, I now drive an hour+ from OC because she just knows exactly how to achieve what you want. Overall the salon is super clean, cute vibe and good energy from the other stylists as well! read more

I got a haircut some highlights and gray covered it came out to $480. My first and last time here, unfortunately. I really enjoyed my hair and the experience, but that was way over what I thought I was gonna spend. Also, I should've asked ahead of time but she had already done everything and when she told me 480 I was kind of floored. read more

I had a very nice experience getting my haircut at this establishment. I love the aesthetic of this place. There's large windows that let in a lot of natural light. There are beautiful plants and warm leather furniture accents. I was excited for a new look. I called ahead a few days before my visit to schedule an appointment with Gina for a haircut. I arrived at my appointment with reference photos with what she described as a blunt medium length cut with curtain bangs. Gina asked me what I do day to day to style my hair. She provided me honest feedback about how aspects of the haircut I asked for may not be best suited for me because I told her I usually don't do a lot to style my hair . I wanted a hair cut that was easy to manage, and did not disappoint. I was really feeling my new haircut! I will be happy to come back for future services here. read more

My oldest son (18)goes to Rachel. She is an absolute magician with his very thick and curly hair. Like, stunning. Avery and Priscilla are SO knowledgeable. They do an amazing job with perms and cuts and listen very well! Riah's pricing is comparable to any higher-end salon pricing, and you absolutely get what you pay for. I do not feel over charged in any way. They are worth every dollar spent. I wouldn't pay a plumber who shows up on a bicycle with a wrench and some glue. They canceled my reservation for my wedding day for make up and hair do. This was one week before my wedding so disappointed, they didn't have the decency to call me to cancel, luckily I found out by calling to confirm my appointment a week before my wedding, I had to find someone to do my hair last minute I had to do my makeup 3 times before leaving to the church. Been coming to Rachel for over 5 years and I couldn't recommend enough!!!! Moved away and found myself paying over $400 for hair I didn't love as much. Now drive from beverly hills and it's 100% worth it! She's so talented at making my blonde pop while avoiding damage!!!! I just wanted leave a quick note to say how impressed I was with this establishment, and my overall experience with them. This was my first visit and they took me in on short notice, which I truly appreciated. The entrie place was immaculate from floor to ceiling with a very welcoming vibe. My buddy at the gym Marcos recommended this wonderful place to me because I was having trouble finding someone who worked on mens long hair. He recommended Rachel which turned out to be one of the best recommendations I've had in a long time. She was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, and very confident that she could create the style I had asked for.
