Candace is a complete gem!!! She really took the time to hear my hair story..which no one should ever have to go through!!! 9 years after a previous stylist basically "hair shamed" me because "I had waaay too much hair," Candace has BROUGHT ME OUT of the darkness of not trusting another hair stylist again!!! I knew she would, as she had taken my breath away with her work alone!!! Originally, I had grown extremely impressed by the way my sister and sister in laws hairs were always so stunningly fresh and vibrant looking, that I knew when I was ready I would ask them right away who the artist behind the curtain was!!! When my sister recommended Candace I jumped up in excitement, because I knew I would be in great hands, and I AM!!! Thank you Candace for letting your work speak for itself, your passion and heart are definitely a bonus!!! I can say with confidence that you make me feel so gorgeous and I'm excited to keep feeling that way because of you!!! read more

First of all, the salon is SO cute! Secondly, and most importantly, Candace is seriously a hair goddess! I had sent her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to give me exactly that! I came in with a lot of golden/yellowy tones and she took me to a beautiful ashy blonde. Also, I am a very anxious person ANY time I head into a new situation especially when it involves altering my curly hair, but she was so easy to talk to and had a lot of advice to give me to take care of my curls which helped get rid of any anxiousness I had. I am so happy I trusted her with my hair, and I will definitely be making the drive to come see her when I move in a couple months! read more

Being that I am of mixed race it's really head for me to have manageable hair. Her treatments and color give me the smooth hair I love while also leaving me with long lasting results. The Penthouse LUXE - Hair by Candace Klein. - Hair Salons Near Me - Glendora, California

Super cute salon hidden in the foothills of Glendora. I passed by here so many times not realizing that someday I'll be at this salon. I was referred to Jessica by my coworker, and loved the work she did on my hair. My previous stylist had changed his services after 7 years and I had no one to go. Stylist Jessica was very patient and funny and knew what she was doing. She used quality products and made sure I was comfortable. Will be back soon! read more

Candace is seriously a hair god. I've never left a salon without lying to the stylist by saying "yeah I like it"or "oh I love it" Today I actually left and Loved my hair. She was super patient with my indecisiveness and not pushy at all. She is so amazing! read more

I've been going to Candace for about a year and a half now and my hair has been the most beautiful and healthiest it's been in my entire life. From start to finish Candace is very professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of coloring and cutting hair. She has brought my vision to life and was able to get my hair to the perfect balayage. She communicated every step of lightening my hair and communicated what products she was using and even the products to use to maintain the upkeep of having light hair. I am beyond pleased with my entire experience with Candace and how she has transformed my hair. I highly recommend going to her for any of your hair needs! read more

Absolutely love it here! From the amenities to the decor. The Stylists here know what they are doing and very knowledgeable. I've been coming here for some time now getting my hair slayed by #davedscissorhands from platinum blonde to vibrate colors to ombres. I once tried doing my hair myself and destroyed my locks! THANK GOD Daved and staff are vetted professionals! They saved my hair and i was able to walk out of there a happy customer. (I'm never attempting that again!) Harlow Salon is forever my salon. I recommend everyone seek their hair therapy needs here, You will not be disappointed! read more

Let me start off by saying that after plenty of bad hair experiences, I am super picky when it comes to my hair. I found Candace Klein on Instagram and would constantly see her post pictures of her work and even though I was hesitant to contact her to do my hair (because of my bad experiences with other people), I went ahead and set an appointment with her. She responded quickly and went right into business asking me about my hair, on its condition and what I would like to get done. GIRLLLL. Let. Me. Tell. You. She slayed my hair! I was sooo happy when she was finished, I seriously loved it! She really paid attention on what I wanted exactly and kept letting me know what she was doing step by step and what each product would do. Not only did she leave my hair looking amazing, she made sure I was doing okay asking me if I wanted water and making sure it wasn't too hot or cold in there. I'm so glad I found her and after getting my hair done with her, there's no way I'm going with anyone else, I recommended her to all my friends! Thank you Candace! read more

They screwed up my hair very badly. I had called the salon and told them I was unhappy with my hair extensions and the color. That cost me over $300. They did not care. They got their money. I think its poor management. Hi would never suggest my worst enemy to go to that salon. read more

I first came to Candace when my previous hair dresser had really messed up my hair, and of course Candace fixed it and made my hair look amazing! I walked in with with was supposed to be a balayage ombré but it literally just looked like my hair was half black and half orange. I explained what I wanted and she knew exactly what I was talking about. Not only did she take away the nasty orange color but she blended my hair to look so natural. I recently decided I wanted to go darker and all I had to do was show her a picture and poof she worked her magic. If you're looking for someone who actually does what you want them to do look no further, Candace is your girl! read more

I have been going to Candace Klein for many years, that I have even followed her from her last Salon to now Harlow Salon. I have never felt more comfortable with a stylist, as I have with Candace! She knows exactly what to do to my hair to make it the best color and style that looks best on me, I never have to worry or fret when I go to get my hair done by her she is a styling genius! Also, if you have blonde hair you have to try the sulfate free shampoo and conditioner they carry that Candace recommended called Ulta (I believe) this is the best shampoo I have purchased!!! read more

Amazing! Jon has a fantastic salon and he is the best stylist I have found since moving to this area.

I have been following Daved Munoz around since 2008. Harlow Salon is by far one of the nicest, cleanest, intimate salon that I've been to. I can probably say it's one of my favorites, if not my most favorite.Very modern and very beautiful. Come to Harlow Salon and ask for the best hair dresser of them all Daved! read more

My stylist, Jessica, moved here a couple months ago, and there was no question that I would follow. The salon is super clean, chic, very cute. They have the best shampoo chairs (they're adjustable, lol) ever. Everyone was really gracious and inviting. Now, I can never say enough nice things about Jessica. Every time I go in, I know that I'm going to come out extremely satisfied, and usually with exceeded expectations. She's so insanely talented when it comes to color that I know whatever I come up with, she will be able to achieve, or, give me a BETTER alternative. Also, her cuts leave my hair feeling fresh and bouncy and also totally work for me whether I'm wearing my hair straight or curly. Seriously, go to her, she's fabulous. Call. Now. read more

I've been going to Jonathan for 15 years and I will never go to anyone else! His salon has a relaxing vibe and everyone there goes above and beyond! I've never had a problem with my hair, it comes out perfect every time and that's a huge deal when you're blonde!! read more

I just went to the salon for the first time today. Raeleen Molina is my hairstylist and she just moved to this salon a week ago. She does such an amazing job with my heavy mass of hair I'd follow her anywhere! The salon is modern and stylish but still fosters a very inviting and friendly atmosphere. Raeleen is extremely personable and friendly and she is really invested in the happiness of her clients. She spends the time necessary to make sure your hair comes out great regardless of how long it takes - she doesn't chase you out of the chair the minute she's done blow drying your hair. I've seen her other clients and Raeleen does an amazing job with coloring hair as well. I really like the new salon! read more

A salon that goes above & beyond in all aspect! John & Bri are both fantastic and made my hair feel and look great! I am so happy that I discovered this salon. I have been coming to Candace Klein for a couple years now and I can't imagine going anyone else! She is an amazing hairstylist! I originally came to her for a color correction. I went to someone else and had the absolute worst bleach job ever. No joke I had burns around my face and on my scalp and had about 4 different colors throughout my hair. I was nervous considering what had just happened to me but Candace did an incredible job! After that I would never go to anyone else. I know every time I leave the salon my hair is going to look great and look exactly how I want it to! She also has an awesome friendly personality which to me is super important since your going to be in someone's chair for a couple hours! I really recommend you give her a try! I always leave extremely happy! read more

I've been getting my hair done by Candance Klein for almost five years. The woman is magic! I wouldn't trust anyone else touching my hair. I always know when summer rolls around I can go to her and she makes my hair dreams a reality and that my hair will remain beautiful and soft! She really goes that extra mile even if it's just a haircut/trim. Love her and I recommend her to everyone! read more

I started going to Jon when I was about 18 so I've been with him for about 6 years. My Mom, Sister and Son now come to him as well. He is PHENOMENAL! He is through and his attention to detail is amazing. I'm realllllly picky when it comes to my hair and he's NEVER disappointed me. His color skills are fantastic! I've gone to other places with friends or if I need a quick style if I'm not in the area or the salon is closed and even other hair stylists comment on the color work I've had. (I'm half Japanese with really dark hair and never thought I'd be able to do blonde but I was last year and i LOVED it!) I highly recommend him! Oh also I have to add that I refuse to take my son anywhere else. I know it sounds silly considering the fact that he is three, but I took him to a "children's" salon for his first hair cut, and he has thick hair like me so you have to take the time to texture it, well not only did the lady not do that but she was SO rough with my son (he was 11 months old so sitting still wasn't really an option) that she made him cry and me want to scratch her eyes out and his hair cut was just atrocious... he looked like a little mushroom (albeit a cute one haha) because his hair was long at the time. So I took him to Jon and he fixed his hair right up and he now walks out rocking a new cute hair style every time we go to see him. Any time I mention a hair cut or my son thinks his hair is too long he asks to "go see Jon" :) read more

I have extremely long and thick hair so I am always very hesitant to try a new salon. This is because it's either too expensive or it doesn't come out the way I expect it to. Lucky for me one of my friends recommend I try Harlow Salon and contact CANDACE KLIEN!! WOW...I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and it was an absolute pleasure letting her fix me up. Candace is very professional, affordable, and incredibly knowledgable of what she's doing! I am a new client and she takes such good care of me it feels like Ive been going to her for years. Always looking forward to getting my hair done now that I have the perfect hair stylist that makes my hair look fabulous!! read more

This is a really nice salon with a modern yet comfortable ambiance. The employees are very nice and accommodating - snacks and beverages are always offered! I come here to have Daved Scissorhands do my hair because he is THE BEST in the entire industry. Daved always blows me away with the work he does on my hair. Not only is Daved amazing, but the salon is full of talented stylists. Everyone who walks out of Harlow looks like a million bucks. I highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants to look amazing and not spend a ton of money. read more

Harlow Salon is an excellent salon. The location is nice and the stylists are very professional. Candace Klein is my hairstylist that I actually visit quite frequently. She is very sophisticated, considerate, and modern with her approach. I was brunette when I first starting going to Candace. I was referred to her by many of my friends that are frequent clients of hers. Candace suggested I go for something new, and recommended a rooty blonde. I was very scared to do such a drastic change, however Candace reassured me that she could give me a tone of blonde that would fit well with my skin tone and other features. So I went for it, and I absolutely LOVE my new look. I'm so pleased with my hair and Candace always does a great job getting me in on time for my touch-ups. I do go every 3-4 weeks in order to prevent regrowth from being visible. Candace is an excellent hairstylist and I would recommend her if your looking for an experience, responsible, and passionate stylist. read more

So i had been wanting to make my hair lighter for a few years now but I was not sure who to go to . My worst fear was waiting years to just have it go wrong. I made an appointment with Candace Klein I want to say. I told her exactly what I wanted several times... Way too many times. And what I was afraid of happening. Okay well it all went bad. I understand my hair was dark and my hair was obviously going to get a redish tone, that was very well expected . I don't have a problem with that. Even though she is definitely not a balayage expert as she claims because her work says completely otherwise (balayage isnt a blot of just one random color smh) . And not to mention she makes her IG look good by using pictures that aren't hers . Like your a hair dresser ... Post YOUR WORK. I later realized that her pics were like her inspirations not her work . Anyway the color wasn't the issue. I knew very well that my hair was going to need several sessions. But this is the funny part, she didn't give me the result . (That's okay) but as your client your supposed to give them a price and tell them what your going to give them, when I tell her "obviously when can I see you again" she states that I have to pay her the full price again! Other places charged me less and that included up to like 5 sessions until they pleased me with that I wanted. So she charges me price, I agree. And when I obviously expect to see her again to keep going with my process she wanted me to pay her a full price again and again. And when I approached her about it, she was so neglected and prideful. I wonder if the owner of the salon knows what she does . I think she's a one time go to person , idk who goes back. Anyway I had to go to someone all over again , she fixed my hair first try , looks beautiful now and said for what I paid , I can go to her several times and she'll work on it if I'm not too happy later on. She even did a free cut and treatment. I will not recommend Harlow again or at least this hair stylist or whatever . read more

I love coming to Harlow Salon, it's so beautiful! I always get my hair done by Candace Klein. She's the only person I trust with my hair. I always wanted to get highlights but was scared with my dark brown hair. Candace started me off with very natural color that blended so nicely! Over time, I've gone lighter and she always does an awesome job! Now I'm obsessed and keep going lighter! I definitely recommend going to Candace. You won't regret it! read more
