i am literally crying over my hair this was my first time going to Evolve and based what they show on social media it looked very profesional very nice and the work looked very clean so i was super excited to get a hair transformation i just had a baby not to long ago and who ever is a mom knows what it means to bring back your confidence , i spoke to bybaaabydollx and i told her what i wanted and i even sent her her own work and she said yes she was able to do it and to book for a full balayage she booked me for 6pm that day and when i got there it seemed like she was in a rush , she kept mentioning her boyfriend was waiting for her which i felt the rush on her side and instead of her doing my full balayage she only touched my roots which i had previously had a solid color on my hair and only did the balayage technique on my roots so i came out with two different techniques balayage on the roots and solid on the bottom it looks so different the two techniques and when i saw my hair in the car i literally cry my eyes out because i was looking to come out with my confidence back but instead my confidence was dragged even more i hated how my hair turned out i mean look at it for yourself here are the photos... i brought it up to her attention the next day because i wanted to see if it was the lighting that made it look that way but it looked even worse on the day light and when i mentioned it to her she kept saying that it LOOKED BETTER than when i came in and she claimed that she did a full bleached on my hair with the foils which is a lie because i only saw her applying bleached on my roots and u can see that there's no bleached applied at the bottom only on the roots and she claimed i looked better than when i came in .. how does this look better when i clearly have two different tones and two different techniques on my hair now please come on , i know as a professional hair stylist i know she knows what she did and this is so wrong but she denied to do anything about it i asked her to give me my full refund because obviously i don't trust her touching my hair again because all she wanted to do was put a toner to it which clearly my hair needs a whole correction now not just a toner , i messaged the owner of the salon and never heard back from her clearly they don't care about the customers or keeping the customers happy all they care about is social media because mind you the photos she took of my hair she AI edit them because it looked nothing what she gave me it was actually my inspo but not what she gave me , the audacity on editing my photo and posting it knowing damn well i was going to see that she didn't care i was going to see that edited photo because it looks nothing what she gave me ill post those photos too so you can see for yourself how it doesn't match at all so i learned the hard way this is all for social media and dont care for the clients all they care about is rushing through it and getting their money and maybe who knows if everything i saw on social media from them is also edited. like i said it was very important for me to get a whole mommy make over since i just had a baby and holidays are approaching i wanted to walk into 2026 feeling very confident and now i have messed up hair and who knows if ill be able to fix it because i am a stay at home mom i dont have the finances to do it again since she doesn't want to give me all my money back. Absolutely horrible experience. I went here for a lived in blonde. I was recommended by a girl at my gym so I trusted the salon. The owner was extremely rude , when I called back to let her when I pull my hair back and saw lines. She then said I had to pay for my hair to get fixed. I will never be back. I urge you all to stay away from this salon. Needless to say my the girl at the gym turns out to not even get her hair done there, she just knew the owner from high school.
