Gigi was my stylist, and let me tell you, she is amazing! I have thin, fine hair, due to chemotherapy. I really needed help, since this time around my hair grew back very fine. I have been keeping it up in a bun, since I embarrassed by the way it looks now. Gigi, looked at my hair and immediately came up with a plan. She washed my hair and explained what I needed to do, to keep it looking shiny and strong. She then taught me how to care for my hair and cut it in a way to make it look like I had more body. I have had many people say, they were going to do what she actually did, but never came close. Thank you Gigi, I finally have more confidence to wear my hair down! read more

I come here to get my eyebrows done by the eyebrow King himself aka Hector. If that's what you're looking for then I highly highly highly recommend you come and see him, he will touch you with his magic touch and you won't ever let anyone else touch your eyebrows. I had the absolute worst experience here. My hair dresser was Anette, she was unprofessional to say the least. On top of that, our understanding of price and products being used was agreed before appointment. After my session was done my ending price more then doubled. I can understand a change due to length or whatever it was (which was never answered) but there was no communication and was treated fairly poorly even told if " if I can't afford I shouldn't have came " which was not the problem. Just overall wouldn't recommend at least with this stylist. Vibes was not it. Kinda sad had high hopes to leave feeling beautiful left feeling insulted. read more

Went here for a wavy perm and my hair looked the exact same (even after the 2 days). When I reached out about my concerns I was told it was the way my hair was cut and that I did receive a wavy perm, therefore if I wanted to get another I'd have to pay full price. Not happy with the service, don't lose your money here. read more

Good times and truly beautiful hair. Carrie is an incredibly talented stylist. She provides a transformational experience. She knows exactly what to do to keep me looking my best. I seriously just walk in a say, work your magic. This get me a perfect color and a fantastic style. My hair is tricky because it's wavy with more curl on some days and less wave on other days. Yet it always seems to lay perfectly. I'm always getting compliments on my style and color. Each time I come in I walk out looking at least 10 years younger! She goes above and beyond to satisfy. She's also an incredible person that makes you feel right at home. You can always count on her to be very accommodating! I can't say enough enough about Carrie and her skills. Love her work! If I could give this place no stars i definitely would! The way their stylist work is beyond unprofessional.. I was so excited to get my hair done after having a baby.. The day of i did not hear from the stylist (Jennifer Lopez). No address or time were provided. I completely stopped hearing from her when a date was set. I found it odd but i figured maybe when the appointment got closer she would reach out & Provide that missing information.. But nope i did not get a thing not even a confirmation message. Logan is a badass hair stylist. I went in for a quick haircut during my lunch break, she was able to get me in and out of the salon in time. I like how she was gentle with my hair, it's all dead and dry at the bottom so it tends to stick and knot easily. I really enjoy the act of being at a salon and getting my head massaged and hair cut. It is supposed to be a relaxing care free experience and Logan did just that. She made me feel comfortable, but as soon as she whipped out the blowdryer, I felt sleepy. It was so nice!! She styled my hair super cute as well. I could never work magic with the blow dryer and round brush on my own. I originally came in with blonde hair because I wanted to return to my natural color. I was very clear that my goal was a complete color change to a much darker brown/black. I did not come in asking for a temporary gloss, yet I was charged $300+ for what I now understand was essentially a gloss treatment. Within only two and a half weeks, the color had significantly faded and the blonde underneath began becoming visible again. I was then told to return once the color faded -- but realistically, I am now expected to spend another $300+ every few weeks to maintain a color I originally came in expecting to be changed? That is extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, unacceptable. The reason I went to professional stylists in the first place was because I do not trust box dye. I have specifically been warned by stylists about the risks of using it, so I trusted the professionals to recommend and perform the appropriate service to actually accomplish my goal. What concerns me most is that I was never made to feel that a gloss was simply a temporary option that would require repeated $300+ appointments to maintain. Had I been clearly told that the service I was receiving was temporary and that the color would likely fade within a few weeks, I could have made an informed decision about whether that was worth the cost. I trusted the stylist to understand my goal and recommend the appropriate solution -- not to leave me feeling like I have to continually spend hundreds of dollars just to maintain the result I originally requested. Clients trust professionals with their hair, their money, and their confidence. That trust comes with an expectation of transparency about what service is actually being performed, how long the results are expected to last, and what ongoing costs may be involved. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and would like the business to take responsibility for explaining why the service I received did not align with the result I specifically came in requesting.

Reservation fee: He required a $50 reservation fee via Zelle, that went towards service. Franks assistant might work on your hair with him and in his place: He used me to train his assistant, Eliana, how to do the balayage with him and also in his place when he needed to tend to another client he was still working on. She was sweet and helpful, and the highlights turned out good under Frank's supervision. He uses a method of teasing the root, spraying it with hairspray, and then applying the lightening mixture, to get that seamless look. Eliana also did my haircut which was unexpected since I booked with Frank, not his assistant. It took her a while to cut it, and it turned out just ok. From what she said she is newer to the industry unlike Frank with many more years of experience. Time: It took about 5 hours for the balayage, toner, and cut. Overpaying at this salon: Another stylist in the salon was rudely talking about how much more she was charging new clients compared to old clients. Frank kept a neutral vibe while she ranted on about not needing anyone if they don't want to pay her higher price. This didn't sit well due to the fact that I paid hundreds more at this salon to see Frank than I have anywhere else to get my hair done. She didn't mention anything about her expenses going up due to inflation, just that she's making so much more from new clients now. The combined total to Frank and Eliana was $562.00 for the cut, balayage, toner and tips to each. I won't be returning as the experience and result was not stellar for the premium price. For the same service, my previous hairdresser in Pasadena was in the mid-high 300s w/tip (and this was after raising her prices a few years ago- it used to be low 300s) and my new hairdresser in Rancho Cucamonga is in the low 300s w/tip.

!!!DO NOT COME HERE!!! If i can give 0 stars i would. My daughter came here and got her hair done with Erika, and it is BAFFLING how this lady treats her clients. How the heck does this lady still have her license. When getting your hair done you expect all the attention but all this lady does is work on multiple people at a time and forgets about you. If she doesn't like her job then she should definitely seek something else because the way she neglects her clients is outrageous. My daughter came home with spots all over, hair fried, dried out, and falling out and now she's so unhappy and embarrassed she had to cut her hair short and color it to fix this lady's mess. Jennifer Lopez is without a doubt the best hair goddess I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I go to her with all of my hair needs, including coloring and cut. I'm super indecisive and she always takes the million different ideas I have and channels that into one amazing cohesive look. All this and it's always a fun hang out session when I'm getting my hair done because she is an awesome person! Forgot to mention I am super sensitive to hair color and allergic to PPD Jennifer was able to find me a color and toner that was free from PPD and Ammonia which has been a life saver for me because I thought I would never be able to get my hair done again. so if you are sensitive she is the one to go to. read more

I have been going to Jennifer now for over 5 years and needless to say she always leaves me hair perfect! She is very understanding and will tell you what she can and cannot work with which is why she is an amazing hair stylist. I value her opinion and work so much. Thank you for always keeping my hair A1 (xxxxtra bomb). I go to Jennifer about 2-3 times a year and let me tell you even when my roots have grown out my hair still looks good! I have to start by saying that I dislike getting my hair done in general. I'm usually in a chair for 4+ hours and when it's all said and done, I always end up thinking, "ehhh...it'll grown on me." My experience with Jennifer was FAAARR from that! She is so great and super friendly. Time flew by and I was done in no time. When I saw the final reveal, I was shook!! In a good way of course. Color was perfect. Cut was perfect. Simply PERFECTION! She will forever be my hairstylist.
