Horrible place to get your haircut. I make sure my friends and family know this and never go there for anything. I had my hair cut and a Brazilian blowout done by an older lady with dark hair, I think her name was Sarah, mid may last year. I made no appointment and walked right in after seeing their sign outside. The hair cut was so-so and the price was a little high, but that's normal for downtown Glendora. I went back to get another cut before a wedding a few months later and was told they couldn't help me because I didn't have an appointment. When I walked in there was no one in the chairs and all the ladies were hanging out talking. Jacklyn gave me her number and told me to call later and she'd "try to squeeze me in". Really?? Why couldn't she call me when she was free? Keep in mind there was no one in the store and it was a Tuesday, I doubt they were busy. This area has plenty of other options and I walked out, went across the street and had my haircut that day, no appointment needed. I will not be coming back! read more

The day before my wedding I had the salon where I was going to get my hair and make up done say they only had me booked for hair. I was in shock that they managed to not keep my make up appointment. My appointment was with Kyrsten she was able to get me in right away which I really appreciate because at most salons I'm waiting for at least 15 minutes after my appointment. My hair was a wreck after backpacking so I gave her free range to style it however she thinks would look best. So happy with the outcome she really took her time and kept my long hair but made it much healthier! I will definitely be coming back hopefully next time for a hair coloring.
