She took the time to talk about what I wanted from this cut and also offered her thoughts and opinions which I really appreciated because I was still unsure of what I wanted as managing my curly hair is still relatively new for me. I appreciated her explaining everything she was doing while cutting my hair as well as the advice on how to style/manage my hair better. I'm not much of a talker in new environments or with new people, but I did appreciate the attempts at conversation as it put me at ease.
