I've gone blonde several times and a handful of different hair colors and done hair straightening treatments and my hair is growing long and healthy. I go from Money piece to blonde and then to a brown red. I do the Brazilian blowout every so often to keep my hair looking amazing. All bad not including the haircut Not going to mention her name, although she knows what she did. When I called her today to explain, the perm and cut is bad. Of course she became argumentative. These people do not listen and do nor do what you ask them to do. My mother-in-law went there. It was asked of the stylist to put plastic on her when washing her hair. The stylist said "We don't use plastic here". She insisted that they use plastic. Well, they didn't use plastic. When she got up from the hair washing, the back of her blouse was soaked. Then they put a towel around her and put her under the hair dryer after being told that this dries her hair out. they were told to condition her hair. After pricing all kinds of places, I decided to go worth Jackies Golden Scissors for my birthday gift to me of doing my hair. After being told by all kinds of places that they would charge me 4x what I wanted to spend, Jackie was right in my range. I came in and got my hair dyed black. I also wanted to get extensions, which I got the top brand of extensions. Jackie and Abby both assisted me. Abby did my dye and a slight trim, which I loved because it was NOT drastic like other places or people do when you say trim and they cut it all off. Abby cut just right and enough. Jackie did my extentsions. She was so nice and sweet and imformative. I called ahead of time asking if they cut hair for toddlers (1 yo) and they did! So we went in and Marisela helped us out. She was very patient and nice. First he was on a stool and then we sat him on my lap. She said he did very well for his age even though he threw a small tantrum here and there lol. I just left this salon with no haircut. I called before hand and asked if they're taking walk ins for haircuts. When I walked in she asked if I was the one who called. Told her I was the caller. "Ok I'll finish this guy right now and take you next" was what she said. So she finishes him up. Decides to walk around, clean and do stuff as if she forgot about me? I'm sitting RIGHT THERE. Great customer service but they can definitely dye hair better. My mom came in and paid $85 to dye her hair brown and now it's black and her hair isn't even fully dyed. For a basic dye they could have done a way better job especially for the price she paid. read more

All the staff are great and very talented. While getting my hair colored I was able to watch the other stylists work and they are so attentive to their clients making sure its what they want. I've had a haircut by Jackie, Gloria, and Lupe. Loved each time. Lupe is new and I love her!
