There is a reason why this business has nearly five stars on Yelp. I am not an avid shopper by any means. However, what I have noticed in recent years, is that customer service has gone downhill in the department stores. You're pretty much on your own. This is certainly not the case in this store. Musa, (the owner... I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) treated me like I was a guest in his own house. He was very helpful in assisting me in my choice of the best look for me. He also generously gave me a small gift on the way out the door. Of course everyone is concerned about price and I would say that the prices are quite fair, especially given the economic situation we have going right now. If you're looking for a suit I have never been to a better store to find one. read more

Went there with my son after we were treated VERY poorly at a different place. From the moment we walked in they were engaging, friendly and helpful. They have a good selection, and took the time to measure, help my teenage son "shop," etc. All around a good experience. read more

This place was able to fit me perfectly and have my stuff ready the same day. Pricing was very reasonable other places wanted the same amount for a rental that wasn't tailored. I recommend this place to anybody looking for a suit or tux. They were very helpful I will not be going anywhere else for these services. read more

Wow, this place has it all. It can be overwhelming when you first walk in seeing everything everywhere but if you ask the staff for assistance they will help. In my case Reem assisted me and she was lovely. She heard what I had going on, I explained the look I was going for and she easily assisted me in putting jacket, shirt and pants combo together. She took the time to help me put my jacket on and patiently waited for me while I tried the clothes on. I can say just working with her the staff is tentative. They will do in house tailoring to help with waist adjustments and hemming. Even if your look just for a blazer or a tie or bow ties they have the combos here. I absolutely recommend this place. read more

Wow. Just wow. They helped me so much get everything ready for my wedding day. Immaculate quality and the BEST service you can find in Socal! I will forever only come here for my suits. I did not know much about suits and they gave me advice, answered all my dumb questions and gave me the best deal! The BEST customer service i have ever received. Thank you guys! read more

Absolute class act!!! Kelly, Reem and Naim take care of me and make me feel like a million bucks. Great suits and AMAZING tailoring. Definitely need to check them out. read more

Last minute wedding. Like I needed a tux in a couple of days. Joseph helped me out since I didn't know where to start. All I knew was the color. I could hear him talk about specific suits and brands to other customers who were looking for something specific and he really sounded like he knew everything about suits. Anyways, i got my pants and jacket tailored. You got to be specific on what you want; I wanted my sleeves a little more tight so that's something I asked. And they delivered. I went to pick up my suits 2 days afterwards and they fit perfectly. I'll come back if I ever need a new suit, but I'm very happy with the two I bought from them. Oh, and they paired it up nicely with a belt and shoes. read more

Suit Exchange - My gf - Men's Clothing Near Me - Riverside, California

Very attentive, great prices and same day service for tailoring. I definitely recommend.

Couldn't be happier with the quality and service. We found out my son needed suits to wear to his hockey tournament (game was in 5 hours ). We walked into suit exchange, the gentleman looked at my son , knew his size and got to work. We were in and out with 2 new suits in under an hour which is huge when you also have a wild toddler with you. Prices were fair from what we had seen but much better selection though . We will highly recommend suit exchange to hockey community and will definitely be back for a couple more suits in the coming months! Thanks guys read more

Moses and staff were very friendly and helpful. I've shopped at men's warehouse for a decade now and this was hands down best experience I've had buying suits. I walked it and he told me my size just by looking at me and presented me with options right away. Took no more than 10 minutes to decide on a couple suits. read more

My fiancé & I stopped by Suit Exchange to look for a suit for our wedding & we left an hour later with a great one! The two gentlemen Fady & Naeem were super nice. They take care of their customers & make sure they're comfortable with what they're buying. They're very personable. We left with multiple suits & items because we liked their merchandise so much! A few months back, I called the store to inquire about a suit I needed ASAP after receiving some cheap suits I bought online that were horrendous. I made the mistake of thinking I could get away with one of those cheap suits you order from a department store. Boy was I wrong!! What a waste of time; lesson learned!! When I called Suit Exchange, I talked to Reem, who was very nice over the phone. I let her know my situation and that I needed a tailored suit to wear two days later. She assured me that I would be taken care of. I went with the intention of buying three suits. Reem was extremely helpful and an expert at what she does. My experience there was so good that I ended up buying 7 suits! And they were ALL tailored and ready to pick up the next day!!! The owner was there, and he was very friendly and extremely helpful as well. He made me a cup of the best coffee I have ever had (this is not an exaggeration). I'm definitely pleased with the amazing prices and quality of their suits. The tailoring was quick and perfect! I have recommended Suit Exchange to all my friends, and I will definitely be back! Thanks again for saving the day!! read more

From the minute we walked in and were greeted to the final delivery of our suit, our experience was absolutely perfect. Joseph helped us with sizing and fit, and made knowledgeable suggestions. The team really knows their way around suits and are clearly experts in their field. I cannot express enough how grateful we were that they were able to not only custom fit a suit to our liking, but also complete next day alterations to make sure we had our final product before our flight. We put our faith in Suit Exchange and we were definitely rewarded and satisfied. Christian and I will be returning for more shirts, suits and ties in the future! This place has the worst customer service. My boyfriend needed to buy a suit and when he asked the female sales associate for assistance she was extremely rude and was annoyed. Basically to sum things up she refused to let him try on any suits and insinuated that he was full of cat hair , and to comeback when he's ready to purchase. He was wearing just a basic t shirt and shorts but I didn't know this place was prejudice. What did you expect him to wear a suit ???? No he was not full of cat hair. he did not have poor hygiene. This lady just looked him up and down and assumed that he couldn't purchase a suit. I appreciate the reach out but no there was no misunderstanding. You have cameras you can view the footage yourself there's no reason for us to lie. That is 100% a lie on you employees behalf. There was absolutely no mention of a shirt and either way that right there should tell you why would she even suggest for him to wear a shirt under the suit. Those were her exact words "come back when you're ready to purchase" Do better!!! read more

Came here because of the reviews. The salesman Moses was very helpful and gave us a good price on my dad's suit for my mom's funeral. We wanted him to look good without breaking the bank! He also did the alterations for my dad's pants on the spot. Said it would take only 20 minutes. My dad had a new suit with alterations the same day. It's a nice family run business, even met his daughter and she was sweet. Thanks Moses for making our suit shopping experience easy. read more

Customer for life right here! My son lost his life tragically by a hit and run driver at the age of 15 on May 30th. Originally I thought buying my son and I a new suit would be one of the easier things to do, but every time I just put it off, it actually was one of the hardest things to do. Men's Warehouse turned me away because they needed 2 weeks and I only had 4 days. I was feeling down and than I remembered a memory of my son wanting some nice Stacey Adams from here, so I shot over there praying he could help me. He assured me he could have me suited up in 3 days, he had a great attitude about helping me, I told him I wanted the very best he has and he went to work right away. Eventually the reason for getting two new suits came out and he was very understanding and kind about it, gave me a hug and again told me he would have me and my son all ready no problem. Long story short, he turned my feelings around about suit shopping, made the experience great and I left feeling extremely happy with everything! I consider this guy a friend now no question about it and I'll continue to shop here and send my people his way as well. From the bottom of my heart I am so grateful for what you've done for me friend. See you soon hopefully. read more

Thank you Suit Exchange for helping my whole family get ready for our wedding. My husband and son came here to get suited for our wedding, and you also tailored my wedding dress and my daughters dresses beautifully. Ladies .. i went to 5 other wedding dress tailors before coming here that were going to charge me triple the amount to tailor my dress ( hem, take in on sides & a bustle) the suit Exchange did it in less than a week!! And did beautiful work! The suit exchange has many 5 star yelp reviews that are not posted for some reason, which is a shame because they should get credit for their excellent work and wonderful customer service. You have earned our business for life. read more
