There is a reason why this business has nearly five stars on Yelp. I am not an avid shopper by any means. However, what I have noticed in recent years, is that customer service has gone downhill in the department stores. You're pretty much on your own. This is certainly not the case in this store. Musa, (the owner... I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) treated me like I was a guest in his own house. He was very helpful in assisting me in my choice of the best look for me. He also generously gave me a small gift on the way out the door. Of course everyone is concerned about price and I would say that the prices are quite fair, especially given the economic situation we have going right now. If you're looking for a suit I have never been to a better store to find one. read more

Wow, this place has it all. It can be overwhelming when you first walk in seeing everything everywhere but if you ask the staff for assistance they will help. In my case Reem assisted me and she was lovely. She heard what I had going on, I explained the look I was going for and she easily assisted me in putting jacket, shirt and pants combo together. She took the time to help me put my jacket on and patiently waited for me while I tried the clothes on. I can say just working with her the staff is tentative. They will do in house tailoring to help with waist adjustments and hemming. Even if your look just for a blazer or a tie or bow ties they have the combos here. Last minute wedding. Like I needed a tux in a couple of days. Joseph helped me out since I didn't know where to start. All I knew was the color. I could hear him talk about specific suits and brands to other customers who were looking for something specific and he really sounded like he knew everything about suits. Anyways, i got my pants and jacket tailored. You got to be specific on what you want; I wanted my sleeves a little more tight so that's something I asked. And they delivered. I went to pick up my suits 2 days afterwards and they fit perfectly. I'll come back if I ever need a new suit, but I'm very happy with the two I bought from them. Couldn't be happier with the quality and service. We found out my son needed suits to wear to his hockey tournament (game was in 5 hours ). We walked into suit exchange, the gentleman looked at my son , knew his size and got to work. We were in and out with 2 new suits in under an hour which is huge when you also have a wild toddler with you. Prices were fair from what we had seen but much better selection though . A few months back, I called the store to inquire about a suit I needed ASAP after receiving some cheap suits I bought online that were horrendous. I made the mistake of thinking I could get away with one of those cheap suits you order from a department store. Boy was I wrong!! What a waste of time; lesson learned!! When I called Suit Exchange, I talked to Reem, who was very nice over the phone. I let her know my situation and that I needed a tailored suit to wear two days later. She assured me that I would be taken care of. I went with the intention of buying three suits. Reem was extremely helpful and an expert at what she does. My experience there was so good that I ended up buying 7 suits! And they were ALL tailored and ready to pick up the next day!!! The owner was there, and he was very friendly and extremely helpful as well. He made me a cup of the best coffee I have ever had (this is not an exaggeration). This place has the worst customer service. My boyfriend needed to buy a suit and when he asked the female sales associate for assistance she was extremely rude and was annoyed. Basically to sum things up she refused to let him try on any suits and insinuated that he was full of cat hair , and to comeback when he's ready to purchase. He was wearing just a basic t shirt and shorts but I didn't know this place was prejudice. What did you expect him to wear a suit ???? No he was not full of cat hair. he did not have poor hygiene. This lady just looked him up and down and assumed that he couldn't purchase a suit. I appreciate the reach out but no there was no misunderstanding. You have cameras you can view the footage yourself there's no reason for us to lie. That is 100% a lie on you employees behalf. There was absolutely no mention of a shirt and either way that right there should tell you why would she even suggest for him to wear a shirt under the suit. Customer for life right here! My son lost his life tragically by a hit and run driver at the age of 15 on May 30th. Originally I thought buying my son and I a new suit would be one of the easier things to do, but every time I just put it off, it actually was one of the hardest things to do. Men's Warehouse turned me away because they needed 2 weeks and I only had 4 days. I was feeling down and than I remembered a memory of my son wanting some nice Stacey Adams from here, so I shot over there praying he could help me. He assured me he could have me suited up in 3 days, he had a great attitude about helping me, I told him I wanted the very best he has and he went to work right away. Eventually the reason for getting two new suits came out and he was very understanding and kind about it, gave me a hug and again told me he would have me and my son all ready no problem.
