I broke the screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra and took my phone to iPhix on Limonite. They replaced the screen and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, the screen was glitchy. I called them and was told to bring it in and they'd replace it. Apparently, sometimes these screens have issues. They replaced it again in under an hour and it works great! I can't say enough about the level of customer service! I definitely recommend you take your phone the next time it breaks, and you know it will. Cheers! read more

Great price, super fast service! I took my iwatch and they charged me a great price with a great lead time. Will be back. Thank you again! read more

Horrible service!! Tech said you need a new charging port and said come back in an hour. I call back and now he says you need a new power cord. I go to pick up my computer and a different tech says you need a new charging port. Which is it? They refunded my $40 deposit but wasted my time. Sam needs better training. The manager offered no apology for the inconvenience and was rude. read more

I cracked my screen and couldn't see anything. I went to a few other places before finding IPhix. The other places were more expensive and couldn't fix my phone the same day. Israel at IPhix had my screen replaced in 10 minutes and at a better price! I would recommend IPhix for their great customer service, fast repair, and reasonable prices. read more

Took my son's tablet in for repair after he accidentally cracked the screen. But first I had called a couple places asking if they could repair it and they told me it wasn't worth getting fixed or we're charging me a ridiculous price that I would be better off buying a new one. I called this place last and they gave me a fair price and said they could fix it. We'll when I got it back I was more than impressed at the job they did. They did a great job and the tablet looks like nothing ever happened to it. I highly recommend this business and I will definitely go to them again. read more

A couple months ago I came in to get a phone screen repaired for a family member and I had such a great experience with Jacob. He was very kind and helpful and honestly seemed really knowledgeable about the job and was able to clearly assist me. I came in last week to get another device looked at and I came in looking for Jacob only to find out he quit! So then I was handled by the person who seemed to be the manager and honestly WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! He was so rude and definitely had no idea what he was talking about. To add on to that, he was overcharging me for the service I came in for and tried to talk me into assessing "other issues". Highly recommend you do NOT come here, the manager is a scam! read more

Chose this local shop to replace my iPhone screen. They charged me $100. Fair price I suppose. Within three days of picking up my phone the screen wasn't working properly. When I went in to ask for help he said he could only give me a discount on a new screen. $80. Then the price changed to $60 as I was walking out. So disappointed. read more

I would definitely be coming back here if I needed any future repairs. The gentleman running the business was very professional, and customer service oriented. He was responsive on YELP too. He gave me the most competitive pricing in replacing my son's iPad Air 4th generation -- $180 plus a free screen protector! Other companies were charging $200-$225; for that price I was seriously debating on purchasing a new 5th generation iPad Air!! read more

I took my sons iPad gen 7 to get the charging port fixed and they said it was a 6 gen that it would be an easy fix and would be ready the next day.. it took them over 2 weeks to get it back to us but never did they call us to let us know that they were having trouble with it. Well Not even a month with the iPad "fixed",that the screen went black we took it back to them and over a week we went to see since no one bother to call us. Well they said that the motherboard was burned and they couldn't do anything. If we only had a problem with the charging port and was "fixed by them" why would the motherboard burn.. very strange . Won't be coming here or recommending this place. read more

I have never been here before but let me tell you these guys are great. My sons phone wasn't charging at all. He trouble shot it and figured out there was a piece of a charger stuck inside and pulled it out. They did this for free. If it something small they literally just told me to come back when I needed something fixed. That it! I will be back for sure. read more

My phone recently required an update. Somehow after the update i was not getting notifications for my text messages. I swear i had gone and tured everything on i possibly could to be notified. Or possibly just became to frustrated to continue. I brought my phone in today for some professional help and that is exactly what i got. It didnt take the young man long to navigate thru my phone to correct the issue but i am grateful. I had a screen fixed on another phone prior. Both times i received excellent service. I will be back if i need help later. Thanks again read more

The back of my iPhone 12pro cracked and I needed it repaired as soon as possible. I initially reached out to CPR cell phone repair eastvale with a description of my issue but upon arrival they said they would have to ship out my phone. So I called up IPhix and not only was Jacob really kind he offered me a better deal than CPR and was able to fix my phone within 2 hours and changed my crack privacy screen protector for free. The service was quick and easy and I have no complaints, I'd definitely come back here and recommend it to others. read more

Absolutely horrible service! These people have had my special needs son's iPad for well over a month and a half! I have repeatedly called to be told that I will get a call back. I have only received one callback from the owner Zach. today I was informed that the iPad is on its way back and he'll let me know when he gets it. I was also informed that the iPad was at the store in Rancho Cucamonga. It's still not fixed. Owner was definitely rude telling me I do not understand the process, I don't have to understand the process. It does not take very much for someone to keep you informed as to what's going on when they do not meet their own deadline I was told one week I waited two weeks before I started calling and each time I called, I was just put off, I would not leave anything of mine here. This is so disappointing. I will never do business with him again. Hopefully he will get my iPad to me tomorrow and a refund of my money like he said. read more

I had a spare iPad with a cracked screen, so I decided to get it fixed. They reached out with a low price offer. $80 bucks...decided to give them a shot. When I got my iPad back from them my home screen button wasn't working, so they decided to keep it a little bit longer to right their wrong, cool no big deal for me...I received my iPad back a few weeks later with no the sound buttons now working lol...at this point...it is what it is...for anyone reading this review definitely do your research on places handling your items....just because it cost less doesn't mean it's worth it. read more

It took 8 days for them to deliver the part because they forgot to order it. They also caused additional damage to other parts that were working and undamaged. They did not know how to fix it, so now I have to take it to a different store. Hundreds of dollars later, my laptop came out more damaged than when it went in and they are taking no responsibility for it. read more

These guys are fast and reliable. They were able to fix my phone within 30 minutes. Great service and prices were reasonable!

Absolutely grateful for this business. I called in the morning to repair my cracked glass on the iphone and by the afternoon, it was done. They were even kind enough to offer me a loaner phone. I had reached out to several other local companies, but none of them could fix my phone on the same day, because they had to order the parts. Iphix had everything needed and at a fair price. I had my phone repaired the same day. I couldn't ask for more. I will refer this company to all of my friends and family. So happy I found them. read more

Israel is the goat ! Brought my computer in because it had a black screen, it would turn on but the screen would be blacked out, no damage or nothing like that on the screen. By the time I was approaching my car door in the parking lot he was calling my phone letting me know that he fixed it! I took my computer to apple the day before and they swore I needed to order a part that was $500 and even then they didn't know if that'll fix the problem, and tried selling me a new computer at the end of the day. Anything that has to do with your apple product I strongly recommend Iphix!! read more

IPHIX CELLPHONE REPAIR is awesome and so is Marcus Miller!!! Today, Marcus tried to repair my iPhone Case With a Card Holder I'd purchased there a few months ago. I liked how personable, professional, and knowledgeable Marcus was and that he cared about helping me. Marcus replaced the iPhone Case with a Card Holder and I'm thrilled!!! Thank you Marcus so much for everything!!! read more

Made an appt. Had an iPad 6th generation that belongs to my 8 yr old son. The screen was totally cracked. Dropped off the iPad. Took a chance on this shop because at the time there were only 2 reviews. They had the lowest quote and were one of the fastest to respond to my inquiry for a quote vvabout 3 hours later they called me to pick up the iPad. Works like new. Overall they are courteous, quick, most affordable of the 8 different quotes, and completed the job meeting expectations. They are new but give them a chance read more

I absolutely recommend this store. I popped in to have my cell phone film replaced. The gentlemen said they did not have it, but told me exactly what to order on Amazon, and that if I was not comfortable replacing it myself to bring it in and they would do it for free. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable. I had a unique issue with one of our phones and their support was outstanding.

I believe his name was Richard. He was extremely helpful and kind. My charging port was not working my S10 Samsung. He first started to clean the port to see if thats all that needed to be done then stated that he still needed to replace it. He explained everything that he was going to do and honored the price that I was quoted over Yelp. 100% will come back but hopefully not anytime soon read more
