I broke the screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra and took my phone to iPhix on Limonite. They replaced the screen and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, the screen was glitchy. I called them and was told to bring it in and they'd replace it. Apparently, sometimes these screens have issues. They replaced it again in under an hour and it works great! Horrible service!! Tech said you need a new charging port and said come back in an hour. I call back and now he says you need a new power cord. Absolutely horrible service! These people have had my special needs son's iPad for well over a month and a half! I have repeatedly called to be told that I will get a call back. I have only received one callback from the owner Zach. today I was informed that the iPad is on its way back and he'll let me know when he gets it. I was also informed that the iPad was at the store in Rancho Cucamonga. It's still not fixed. Owner was definitely rude telling me I do not understand the process, I don't have to understand the process. It does not take very much for someone to keep you informed as to what's going on when they do not meet their own deadline I was told one week I waited two weeks before I started calling and each time I called, I was just put off, I would not leave anything of mine here. When I got my iPad back from them my home screen button wasn't working, so they decided to keep it a little bit longer to right their wrong, cool no big deal for me...I received my iPad back a few weeks later with no the sound buttons now working lol...at this point...it is what it is...for anyone reading this review definitely do your research on places handling your items....just because it cost less doesn't mean it's worth it. read more

They did not know how to fix it, so now I have to take it to a different store. Israel is the goat ! Brought my computer in because it had a black screen, it would turn on but the screen would be blacked out, no damage or nothing like that on the screen. By the time I was approaching my car door in the parking lot he was calling my phone letting me know that he fixed it! I took my computer to apple the day before and they swore I needed to order a part that was $500 and even then they didn't know if that'll fix the problem, and tried selling me a new computer at the end of the day.
