Anyhow, I'm walking in and his sitting at the back table he's says welcome in, but with attitude. So I guess the only way to pay my bill is with my account number usually I'll give my ID. Because for whatever reason, they had, had aa hard time to look me up. And honestly, I didn't have my account with me at the moment. So anyhow, he wanted my account number and I asked him I could show you my ID and go from there. He didn't want to he refused. He said that he needs my account number or my bill won't be able to get paid. With attitude! I said I have never had any problems with the other AT&T at Tyler. His response was with attitude you're welcome to go to that other place. I just felt that's not a way to service people. So my response was you need proper training and he tells me so do I. Very unprofessional, specially being the manager there. I had to go to the one on Tyler. And is a difference at that location they are very nice very kind right away how they introduce themselves, how they welcome you in how they attend to you, etc. WOW! So hopefully Harvey could get the proper training he needs or they should send him to the one on Taylor so he could see the difference of the staff on how they do it the correct way with there customers.

We went to ATT and Eduardo and Angel were very kind, helpful and efficient! Eduardo contacted Riverside Plaza ATT and advocated for my dad as it was unnecessary of what they had told my dad. This is above and beyond that we did not expect. Eduardo asked Angel to fix my dads phone, Angel was able to fix it within 10 minutes. Eduardo and Angel are top tier customer support.
