We went to ATT and Eduardo and Angel were very kind, helpful and efficient! Eduardo contacted Riverside Plaza ATT and advocated for my dad as it was unnecessary of what they had told my dad. This is above and beyond that we did not expect. Eduardo asked Angel to fix my dads phone, Angel was able to fix it within 10 minutes. Eduardo and Angel are top tier customer support.

My phone died, the docking station wasn't working, which left me frustrated since my client hadn't shown up for our appointment and I had no way to contact them. I stopped by a store hoping to buy the charger I needed (I didn't even know what to ask for because I don't know the various types of connection sizes), but unfortunately, they didn't have one available for sale. Instead of just sending me on my way, an employee came out to my car to check what type of charger would work. They ended up finding a used one in a drawer and generously offered it to me so I could use it. That simple act of kindness truly went above and beyond and restored a little of my faith in humanity.
