    This location has great staff! I used to get amazing service with Nate and Damaris. Well, they were not there when I went back last week. Evalyn was also fantastic. She helped me with the purchase of my new phone/upgrade. I was told my trade in which was an iPhone 11 would be $350 by her and Becca, so I was ok with that. Then this other staff, Leyda, offered to help to transition me to a First Net account which I appreciated . She even gave me her personal cellphone number and told me to text her to meet up there, she would come on her day off to help me but she did not show up nor replied to my text, nor apologized for that when I saw her today to drop off my trade in. There was no remorse at all. She offered to help and gave her contact number, remember. So today when ai dropped off my phone, I was shocked when I saw the trade in value was only $95! She then texted me she is asking her manager why the $350 does not appear. I hope they will keep their word. I texted her too that if this is the case, I will just get my phone back. I feel some people are sincere in treating their customers and some are all words and no action at all. It would be nice to have honest courtesy. Appreciate the quick transactions I had in the past and also Becca who helped set up the new phone. Please know our time is valuable, do not make false pretenses of willingness to help, when in reality our time was wasted especially if it is our break time from work. To show no remorse too of that break in communication is just not acceptable, it was totally ignoring me as a person and as client. I suggest to revisit Customer Service 101 class. I have been an AT&T customer for over 10 years , I hope the $350 incident of another client won't be a repeat tragedy of broken words. I hope this is not how you seriously treat loyal customers. This store has great potential but putting the wrong people will be detrimental to your operation.

    Super good service, don't get me wrong. The sales associate was definitely educated on their…read moreservice and offerings, however, I feel as though they may be a little too concerned on what they're able to sell vs. focusing on what I am actually going to be paying for. It might be my own fault that I was told I was discounted -200 off an item but am now continuing to still pay the original price? Unsure if their deals expire and then just add on to our charge later? Other than that, t-mobile hasn't disappointed service wise.

    The Latinx girl with the gold hoop nose ring (right side) and poorly dyed red hair made this visit…read moreunbearable. She had an attitude from the moment I approached the counter and did nothing to help me. She tried to refer me to customer service in the first minute without even looking at my phone. I proceeded to tell her that customer service sent me to the store. She rolled her eyes and pretty much said, "I won't be able to help, but if you want me to try." Umm, yes, ma, I do because that is your job. Anyway, I had to repeat my info. like four times for her to put it in the computer. Annoying. She tried for five seconds and was like "it's not working," this after I waited 15 minutes for the rest of the beyond slow employees to even try to help. She handed me my phone back and told me to call customer service. I told her that customer service sent me to the store. In a condescending and snippy tone, this broad responds with "Well, I can take a picture of the error if you want but there's nothing I can do..." WTF. I told her not to get saucy and she just looked at me and repeated herself, so I took my phone and left telling her to watch her attitude next time - to which she responded by giggling. T-Mobile/Sprint, please get your employees together. I shouldn't have to deal with this simply because they struggled to get through high school.
