The man that answered the phone said he would clean it to see if that fixes the problem and the cleaning is free, which I was quoted at another place $35 for the cleaning and here it was free. He also let me know that if the cleaning did not fix my charging port that it would be $89 for a charging port replacement. When I arrived I was hoping for the best and ready for the worst.
