I have an iPhone and my phone wasn't charging so I had called to see if it's something they can fix and how much it would cost. The man that answered the phone said he would clean it to see if that fixes the problem and the cleaning is free, which I was quoted at another place $35 for the cleaning and here it was free. So I immediately went back they "fixed" it. 2 weeks later my camera failed again. So I went back and when they tried to fix it, they couldn't. I was told they'll order a replacement to fix it. I had to wait an entire month for it to come in. I took it back to get repaired again. Walked out happy thinking it was fixed. But guess what, 2 weeks later my camera failed again. I do not recommend Mobile Fix at the Moreno Valley mall…read more I took my phone in to have a cracked screen replaced. From the moment I walked in, the employee barely communicated with me and seemed uninterested in helping. Before agreeing to the repair, I specifically asked him to make sure my phone was still functioning properly before replacing the screen. He simply nodded and said yes. About two hours later, I got my phone back, and the very first thing I noticed was that the new screen was popping out of the phone. When I pointed it out, his response was, "Just don't put it in your pocket because the screen can come off." Seriously? That's the quality of work I paid for? When I got home, I also realized my Bluetooth no longer worked and some of the keyboard letters weren't working either. I returned to the store, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me they could fix it--but only if I paid more money. They damaged my phone during the repair and then expected me to pay again to fix the problem they caused. The workmanship, customer service, and communication were all unacceptable. The technicians refused to take responsibility and had made me come back to the store a couple times, wouldn't issue a refund, and acted like none of this was their fault. Save yourself the frustration and take your phone somewhere else. This was a complete waste of money and one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.
