Previously, I got a message stating there was a few hundred dollars of porn on my phone and I needed to contact Apple before being able to use my phone. I went to Verizon in Beaumont, CA. Hector helped me. I didn't have to wait a long time and Hector sat down with me and got the job done quickly. I was crazed when I got there, Hector calmed me. I swore I would never go anywhere else. Today, I received the same message on my phone about the porn but was able to delete the message after 3 tries. I went back to Verizon to make sure someone could help delete the message. Danny was at the entrance and explained to me how to delete these crazy messages so hopefully spam would cease. He was so kind and paid attention to me so kindly (I was way more calm than the first time). Hector was great. Danny was fabulous. This is where I will go with problems always. read more

1 start because zero isn't an option. We have spent countless hours in this store over the last month. No one seems to know how to do anything correctly, except dial customer care and hand the phone over. We ordered a phone (I asked if we could go to another store who actually had one so we could avoid shipping during the holidays and possible issues that could arise from that) they told us no where had it. (Complete bs and the rep just wanted to make the sale and get whatever little commission that's offered) so that ordered phone was not delivered when it said it was going to be. We waited since we understand it's busy during the holidays. I called customer care just to check and they told us to wait. So five days after it was supposed to be delivered we go to the store and the employees let us know it was "between us and ups" which was a strong start to the experience . They had us call customer care and we were in store on the phone for two hours and honestly customer care knows even less than these store employees. They swore up and down they didn't have any iPhone 17s they could replace it with... when doing a secret look up on the app it showed they did... and what do ya know we expressed our frustration to the point of wanting to cancel all service with them- we have been with Verizon for 15 years- and oh my goodness they found a phone in store... wild... They decided to do something as far as using an upgrade on another line and reassured us that that line would not be affected. What do ya know... it was affected. That phone was completely deactivated. Mind you we expressed our concern with messing up that line and they swore up and down it wouldn't. It did. We pay premium prices for crappy service and even worse customer service. Needless to say we are switching carriers now. If you want to do all of the leg work and feel like you have more common sense than this entire team.. this should be your Verizon store. read more

Verizon Wireless has very poor customer support and unable to fill their obligations on resolving issues. I've tried dealing with them for over the last 60 days they're not able to resolve the problem all I get are computer screen readers and after numerous phone calls even been on the phone for over one hour 46 minutes all they wind up doing is hanging up on you because they're not able to resolve the problem they've even connected me two people that have done nothing but say I'm not sure if you can hear me please call me back at and then hang up wouldn't recommend them to anybody read more

Instead of them getting you a good deal they try to up sell you plans that i dont need and charge you fees and add perks onto your plan Worst experience ever!! Customer service is terrible. Daniel who I guess is the manager is rude and needs to take a class on customer service. I went to upgrade my phone only to find out my son is on a higher tier plan than I was on which was baffling to me because I own and pay for all phones on the acct. They also have a phone number that I've never had they try to use to authenticate my acct. So when I asked Daniel how this happened, since I setup service in that same store, he just says I didn't do it so I don't know. I am now frustrated and Daniel refuses to help me because I'm frustrated with their customer service. I've never missed a payment, matter of fact I'm on autopay. I want to make this clear, my update is not for the store specifically but for Verizon customer service. From my previous review, I purchased a new phone and traded in my old one. For some reason, it has been a hassle to order a shipping kit to return my old phone, and I could never get a hold of a person until today (thank goodness for Reggie). It has been over 60 days and it doesn't seem like anyone knows what the problem is or why I can't seem to have a kit shipped out to me. Another issue I had was since I switched lines, I needed to create a new verizon login. Ever since then I've had to log in with a new password because the system was not recognizing my credentials. Do all you can to avoid the Verizon store on Second Street in Beaumont near the Home Depot. Went in tonight (11/15/23, 6:30 pm) after being directed there by an online Verizon rep who said he had contacted the store, made an appointment for me, and made sure the $1,200 phone I wanted was in stock and ready for me to buy. When I arrived I was the only customer in the store. The three employees in the store were amazingly rude and clearly didn't want to deal with customers. Without even looking at me, one of them looked at his iPad, said, "We can't help you," and literally threw some paperwork at me and walked away. No "sorry," no "thank you," no "goodbye." I've been a Verizon customer for 16 years and have never been treated this badly by a business anywhere ever. read more

Last fall, I purchased two phone under a promotion, had a trade in, etc. They processed the trade in just fine but never honored the promotion that I purchased 2 iPhones under. If I would have known, I would have gone to another cellular company. I have been trying to get Verizon to honor the promotion, due to the mistake they made at this store, but I'm constantly getting the run around. They made me go through all this stuff to access my account in hopes of "seeing what was wrong" only for them to repeatedly try to saddle me a new phone. I visited this store today and was helped by Jacqueline O. I had a new Samsung A50. I took it back to where I bought to have them solve a problem I was having where the phone used my email address to send text messages. After 45 minutes, the very knowledgeable person, gave me a work-around. I was not satisfied with this, but it did work. When I took the phone into Jacqueline she worked on the problem for 30 minutes and said, "I am stumped." Then she said, "let me see it one more time." Within 10 minutes she convinced me she had solved the problem and fixed it. Since leaving, I have further verified the problem is fixed. I tip my hat and thank Jacqueline O. for help. She was more interested in being right than helping me with my bill when I told her my next bill estimate had the same one time charges as the previous. In May of 2023 I went into the Verizon store to discuss moving my business phone lines over to Verizon from Frontier after having been a Verizon wireless customer for over 15 years. I discussed with Michael, the business manager, and Sarah, an associate at the store, that part of my problem with Frontier was a communication issue. I was promised communication wouldn't be an issue and decided to move forward with moving my business lines over to Verizon. I was told that Verizon would offer a credit to my account after a couple of billing cycles due to the fact I had to pay an early termination fee to Frontier for transferring my lines to Verizon. I still have not seen the credits to my account. There was also an issue transferring one of my personal lines to my business account. I have reached out countless times via phone call and text to Sarah, Michael, and Natasha (the new business manager), with no response. I have had to physically go into the store multiple times to try to get this resolved and it still isn't. The only helpful person in the store has been Danny, the store manager. He was able to get my last line transferred over to my business account and was able to find out what needed to be done to get the credit issue hopefully resolved. I am awaiting a response from Verizon regarding the credit and hope I do not have to return to the store again. read more

Store manager sucks. You know who I am bro. I won't put your name on blast here, but get better at your job. I traded two iPhone 13s that were paid off, and selected the option to take them to this store and have them mail the phones in September of 2023. Well they lost 1 of the phones, I go into the store in December of 2023 to start resolving this issue as they took away my $800 trade in credit. Store manager apparently couldn't find any proof I traded in the phones. Says he will ask HR for the video footage from the day I turned in the phones. Here we are, on 2/29/2024, I get a call from the store manager saying he can't "tell" if I turned in two phones according to the video footage. Tried to tell me I said this or that and that I need to retrace my steps to see if I can find the phone...that Verizon had the whole time...cause I turned it i. Dude told me there's nothing they will do to correct the issue so I'm screwed out $800. Obviously at this point I'm pretty irritated. Ain't no way I'm letting Verizon screw me out of $800. I call the normal 800 customer service number, and within minutes the nice customer service lady found my "lost" phone in their system. First phone was received 10/6/2023. Second "lost" phone, for some reason wasn't received until 1/19/2024. Lady applied my $800 credit and gave me an additional credit. Not sure how the store couldn't resolve this issue in the 3 months and it took me a whole 10 minutes on the phone with customer service to resolve. A really big shout out to Cynthia A. And Sarah I went to the the Verizon store to add a line for my daughters 11th birthday and after waiting a little while I went to home depot to kill some time. I come back to the Verizon store and poor Cynthia had a Kevin on her hands. Raising his voice and cussing . (Shame on you mister) She kept her cool and spoke to him with professionalism.....I had to leave before I lost my cool for her. I went in yesterday thank god she was helping me I Apologized for that man being rude to her because what if that was his daughter or wife and a man was talking to her that way as he did. Again shame on you mister!!! She helped me out and was so sweet. I hope Verizon recognizes good people in the Verizon family and take care of them she deserves the family member of the year. I came in around 6pm and Destiny (verizon specialist) helped me check in because I was having an issue with my phone turning off and on (iPhone 13 pro) we were sure If it would be covered under our insurance so she helped call Asurion to confirm what the coverage was and not only that she was supposed to be off work but stayed with me the throughout the entire process. She was able to get this covered under the insurance and get my new phone shipped to the house (next day) not only was she attentive but took the extra time to ensure I was happy with my care!
