People are right about the customer service here... I walked in at 10 there was one worker helping a guy and i waited to be acknowledged. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE store. Go to an ACTUAL STORE NOT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. Guy literally told me he gave the item I ordered away and that I have to cancel the order and re order it through them. I get they get no commission for in store pick up but the guys here clearly don't give a shit about customers and just want their own money. We had to switch from At&T to Verizon due to relocation. AT&T was not very helpful, but Jacob & Nathan in store, and Tiffany on Verizon's customer service line were fantastic. I went in with so many questions about my account and replacement phones as well as additional lines. I was greeted with a smile and warm hello from Haliee and others present. All were working with other clients. German became available and answered my questions and concerns with knowledge and information relevant to my particular situation. German was able to explain coverage, over best deals for me and my family. There is always one person in a business who cares a bit more and does everything in a way that shows their integrity as a person and a business owner. Went there 3 times and never going back! Anyone looking for a Verizon DO NOT go to this one. First 2 times I went in I was trying to do a service transfer and they told to to call which is completely fine but while I was there the girl that was attending us was rude and sarcastic. She wanted to sell us on getting another line that we didn't need and it didn't make sense to me (which I stated) and her response was oh well if you can't wrap your head around it that's on you. We went to get 2 times giving her the benefit of the doubt and that was a mistake. This girl was more interested in her phone than providing any kind of customer service. This last time we went In we decided to go to someone different we went to a guy with glasses we had questions about our bill. They couldn't answer them which is fine considering they are not a corporate store (assuming they can answer those questions) they wanted to put us on autopay but he said the only way to do that is by getting a Verizon credit card which was a LIE. Wife set up auto pay online with no credit card. This store is run by a bunch of kids it seems like that don't care about actually doing their job. 3 visits is more then enough to fix your mistake of bad service and all it did was solidify that no one should come here read more

I had the worst customer service. I tried calling all day. The first time they had me on hold for over an hour. I stopped in on the way to work and they took my information and said they'd call me back but never did. I tried calling back six more times. Every time they told me they were busy and would call me back. I finally looked up the number to the the actual Verizon company and they helped me with what I needed. read more

Beware Verizon only makes it easy when you are a new account. If you are an existing account holder even a 20 year customer we waited almost 5 hours to get lines transferred to our business account and upgrade a phone. The service rep was not familiar with business accounts. She had to ask questions to her manager German and even though he knew she was struggling he did not try and help or take over. As a manager it should of been his job to help his associate out. Two hours pass she still is struggling he knows how long we have been there and he ignores his associate and us as customers. 3 hours pass same thing. 4 hours pass same thing. We are now at hour 5...At what point would any human being with a shred of common sense stop and think hmmmm these customers have been here way longer than they should of maybe i should step in and help out (why does this guy hold a manager title)! At the end of our 5 hour ordeal we ask the manager German are you going to compensate us in any way for this outrageous wait time? It's not our fault you let an unexperienced sales associate try and help us and when she made mistakes to the account it's now having to go through corporate via phone. Can we at least get a free phone case? German shakes his head No and walks away. Stay away from this store - seriously if you can just try and call Verizon corporate and have them help you over the phone. Pretty sad when i can go in and buy a new financed vehicle in less time than i can to transfer lines and upgrade a phone. Ridiculous. Highly recommend doing what you can over the phone cause at least you can multi task while on hold instead of wasting your time in the store! read more

I never been to this location before and I will never go back again,They have a sign outside the front door to wait and someone will be right with you,that fine I understand the whole pandemic protocol process. Well after waiting outside for about 18 minutes,know one ever came to the door and even said we will be with you soon or anything!!! I drove 20 minutes to Redlands and was in and out in 10 minutes.. This was on 2/5/2021 around 4:50 pm,it's called customer service,let someone know we will be right with you especially when your standing outside on the sidewalk in the cold weather. read more

The staff is wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable! Came here after a bad experience at the Verizon store in Beaumont. Mark helped me upgrade my phone and I was in and out of there pretty fast. Was so impressed with him that I brought my mom in the very next day to upgrade as well, and Chris helped us out. I visited the Yucaipa store early this afternoon, November 27. I was interested in exchanging my cell phone for a new iPhone 13. However, the sales person who helped me was not very nice, and was actually rude. She's a young Hispanic female (I didn't get her name) and she may have assumed I knew all the details of a trade in (I actually don't). When I began to write down what would be the cost of the phone on a piece of paper, and asked her to explain the cost, she appeared to be visibly bothered...and even irritated with me. I found her attitude to be bothersome and made me feel uncomfortable. As she explained the cost to me, I found the manner in which she spoke to me to be dismissive and rude...almost as if I was bothering her. I almost walked away and told her I was no longer interested, but thought maybe I was overreacting. When asked, she also explained the "bundle" process and rudely told me to pick a cell phone cover, which I did. The way this young girl made me feel actually makes me angry. There was a male employee (German) who had helped her with a question she had. Just wondering if he is the manager or lead. If so, he should be ashamed to allow such a spoiled brat to interact with customers. When I returned home, my 20-year-old daughter (who was also at the store with her boyfriend) told me how mad she was for how poorly the salesperson treated me. Although the cost was higher than anticipated, I came with the intention of making the purchase, and if it wasn't for the poor customer service I received, I would have. I will now make the purchase elsewhere. To the Yucaipa Verizon store manager...think customer service...and not employ entitled, spoiled kids. I give this place 4 instead of 5 just in Gral. For Verizon. We tried to fix something in our location (Yucaipa) but they couldn't help us because someone in the Redland's location messed up something in our account and now we have to go there for them to fix this. I wish every Verizon could have aces to fix this things and not just in one location. BUT besides that.. The Service we received from the Yucaipa location is on point. The Associate Sophia R. was so patient, informative, helpful and kind to showed and explained us what we need to do to proceed on what we need. I've been a loyal customer for years decided to go unlimited and add another account. I was told and signed for $120 plus taxes all together and Even qualified for a free phone for the second line. I ended up being charged 252 because the sales representative failed to add the promotions and when I called to ask her questions she said she couldn't help me and to dial 611 she was rude and disrespectful and also the reason why I was billed so high. Be careful with this place I went in store to set up everything they don't care nor put in the actual effort. They only care about getting their commission. I called 611 and thankfully got everything taken care of. If anything happens again I'm switching to T-Mobile. It's funny how Verizon replies with it's an uncommon issue this isn't the first time just the first time I actually say something about it but of course businesse's will say whatever to cover themselves they don't care about ripping people off and never take ownership for their employees actions.. read more

The girl that helped us was nice but still learning which is understandable however my daughter purchased the IPhone 13 pro max the stores policy per the representative stated they only Sell the phone but as a bundle , most of the bundle products were not even Apple products . We went in on 2/26/2023 to purchase an iPad. Nathan Ochoa helped us through the process and it was painless! He got us what we needed, set it up and we were out the door very quickly. I didn't realize until I read the reviews that this store is no longer a Verizon store. I believe at one point in time it was a legit Verizon store. WOW. I had an appointment to get a new iPhone and was pleasantly taken care of early by German. WOW. I could not have gotten a better experience purchasing a new phone. I was also upgrading my plan and he went over every number with me slowly and patiently, to make sure I understood every part of my purchase. It was very impressive to see him take care of my interaction in such an organized fashion, as well as help his coworkers with their customers. I never felt pressured to purchase any item that I didn't want or need, not to mention he was extraordinarily pleasant to talk to. This store treats customers poorly and is uneducated on how to process upgrades and trade ins. Mark tried to stack promotions and messed up my bill and daughters Christmas gift. The two young ladies working today were unfriendly and seemed annoyed at having business. The older of the two made my husband feel like he was wasting her time. While he spoke, she sighed and was really rude when he asked questions, and she just tried to rush him out the door. In the end, nothing got done. She accidentally locked him out of his account, and then she told him to just do it another day. The whole peevish experience left him frustrated. We're making an appointment in Beaumont. I went to trade in phone and the guy said I could get the credit and buy and return old one within 30 days. He didn't do the deal after went back to return the phone after buying it and went to customer service and said yea he should have and they honored the return with the credit. I can't remember the last time I had such a horrible experience in dealing with a business that wasn't related to the medical sphere. This store is cleverly masked as a Verizon Wireless store located in a strip mall off Yucaipa Blvd, but in reality they are just a dealer. So I live in San Diego and was in Yucaipa visiting my mom. I have the Android Galaxy S, and all of a sudden the camera feature stopped working, and I was on my way to a special event in which I needed to take pictures. When I entered this shop it was disheveled and a mess. It looked like a garage with a few phones tossed up on the walls. The guy took a look at my phone and told me the best thing to do would be to reset it. He told me that the backup assistance program would keep my data and phone numbers. Well, when I left the camera was working, but I lost ALL of my phone numbers, and my aps. It wasn't until I got back to San Diego that I realized the SD memory card had not been put back into my phone when the guy pulled it out. I called and spoke to the manager who kept insisting that his man would not have pulled me card. Well, I watched him do it! The manager was a stupid dumb-ass who could not accept the fact that I saw this with my eyes. The fact of the matter is this: I came in with a memory card in my phone, and I left without one. The manager said he would watch the security camera to see for himself, and he said he would call me back. Well, he never did. Save yourself a hassle and go to a PROPER Verizon Wireless store, and not this hick ghetto run-out-of-a-garage place with bad customer service offered by people who fail to admit their own mistakes and who can't even take appropriate steps to make things right. read more

I applied for services on vzw website had issues had to call phone didn't help so went into the store and spoke with Aaron and was great my problem took about a hour or so but he helped out and called Verizon and took care of the issue that ran into and cleared and got my service up and running great customer service and handled the store being busy and working on the issue very well read more

Verizon - Mobile Phones Near Me - Yucaipa, California

We arrived at 4pm today and waited outside per the sign. After 5 minutes of not being acknowledged at all, we stuck our head in and were rudely told they would be with us shortly. There was no more interaction for the following 25 minutes even when another customer arrived. So we waited 30 minutes just to be told that the replacement screen we needed was not in stock. If they had been at all courteous when we first arrived, they could have simply asked what we were there for and informed us that it was not in stock instead of us waiting outside for half an hour. They also told us they could not order the specific screen and that we would just have to call in a few days to see if it came with the shipment. Seeing as how we paid extra for these replacement screens, I'm pretty disappointed that we aren't able to know when we can get the product and they didn't even offer to reach out to us. Unfortunately, we have to go back but will not recommend. read more

Hell, i wasn't even gonna go to Verizon, but MetroPCS but i heard they rip people off. This was my next best bet; anyways so i walk in, place was very clean and the man who helped me out his name is Mark. He's very cool and informative, he helped me out a lot and answered tons of weird and ridiculous questions (trying to move out of my parents home by myself with little to no help).
