Originally, a few years back, the problem started with needing to return a phone. Corporate had already given me the okay and told me to come to this location to return it. The manager flat-out refused to help me even though I literally had the corporate office on the phone with me right then and there telling him to accept the return so I could move forward with the issue I had. I ended up going to a different location, and it was taken care of with no issues. My SECOND issue with them was after my mom passed away. I went in and explained to the manager my mom had passed away and we were trying to get her phone plan canceled so it would stop billing my dad, and that my mom was the main person on the account. Once again, the manager REFUSED to help me, told me there was absolutely nothing he could do, and once again I had to go to a different location to get this taken care of. The THIRD issue I had was more of a silly one, but it's what led me to leave this review. My wife and I went in yesterday for the T-Mobile Tuesdays free gift. They were so rude, basically rolling their eyes at us, telling us they don't participate in it, and brushed us off like we were stupid. I don't know what the heck is up with this location, but I'll be sure to never waste my time with them again and just go to the Redlands location from now on, where they're actually nice, helpful, decent human beings.

Just to make extra bonus money, Once the change is made, they'll refuse all service and any support, claiming you're now a T-Mobile customer and no longer their responsibility. When billing issues arise due to their own activation and quoting mistakes, they will take zero accountability and simply say "go to a T-Mobile store," fully aware that T-Mobile could do nothing to fix it.
