Completely dishonest. I went in to get my data plan changed because I needed unlimited (they slowed up data if I exceeded my plan). I felt great when I left since I was promised unlimited data plus my two lines for $90, decrease in my bill which was $116. I just got my first new bill...it''s $168. Far cry from the $90 I was told it would be! Omg!! I've been with them since they were LA Cellular! Loyalty and integrity are nonexistent here. Time to switch carriers. read more

Came to get help on my online account at 3 PM and door was locked. The business is supposed to stay open until 7 PM and they were not there. I also tried calling and I waited about 15 to 20 minutes and nobody came. Nobody answered the phone. Nobody came to the door. On a previous matter, I had asked about a phone that I never received. The manager was going to give me a call back and I never got that call. This is not a AT&T office so I would not recommend coming here. I went into the Yucaipa location today to setup a business account. Abe was the only employee there. He helped me get everything setup easily while helping 5 other customers. Worst service ever...Idali, the customer service girl, is the laziest person ever. I came into the store to turn in my old phone. The girl says her system is down without even checking. I told her I was told by the manager just to turn it in anyways. I asked her to do so and please call corporate to see what they needed me to do. She said I can call on my own. All she wanted to do was bury her head in her phone. Keep in mind the store is completely empty...then I asked why my bill had gone up $300 in a month and she said "well, u must've financed something or bought accessories. " I let her know we hadnt and could she assist me in figuring out why the bill had gone up. She said no she couldn't because I had to do it on my own. I told her that her store was the one that messed it up so they needed to fix it. I had her call corporate, which she did begrudgingly, and she asked for the wrong department. Then she said oh, they are closed. I said no they aren't..dial the right number. Then she called her manager and refused to assist me. Abraham, the manager, got on the phone and said I'd have to go to another store or call the next day. I already went through this crap with them 3 times and they just pawn u off to another store. Funny thing is, I called corporate myself from inside the store right then and there and yes, they are open and I'm filing a formal complaint against these imbeciles. Typically as a Yucaipian for many decades I try to keep the business local. Unfortunately we dealt with "Eric" today 03/06, an hour after they opened and he was pretty much useless. He seemed so bothered to actually do his job and answer some basic questions about the new deals we received via text. He demonstrates poor professionalism and was seemingly annoyed to help any willing paying customers. Although we like this location and have used it before I guess we will take a multiple phone purchase deal to Redlands or the next closest store. Had made an order online and received my email and text saying that my order was ready for pick up. When I got to the store the new phone was got out of the safe an brought to the table and for whatever reason I was told "it was stuck in the system" and couldn't be released to me and that I needed to call customer service because there wasn't anything they could do! Neat-less to say I left the store without the phone or any RESOLUTIONS due to the "customer service" number being closed. Called ATT bright and early the next morning an was told there wasn't any reason they could see as to why my order wasn't given to me. We recently had a horrible experience with an AT&T store close to our home that we had to have rectified by the Yucaipa store. Kyle at Yucaipa not only looked professional with his dress attire, rather than a baggy sweatshirt at the other store, but was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional in assisting us. He set up our two new phones, corrected an unauthorized change in our billing account and gave us the actual future monthly billing amount rather than the low-balled amount, to make the original sale from the other store, with a more accurate amount. Overall, Kyle and the Yucaipa AT&T store gets an A+ and has gained a future customer. read more

His kind, calm, and confidant presence was very much appreciated in finding a solution for replacing a glitchy phone for my husband. He took great care of us from beginning to end. Im glad that they finally got rid of the old manager that they had, it was a middle-aged woman named S********. She actually made my bill about $190 a month higher. I understood how the next plan worked due to my own research, so she had no need to explain anything. Her job was already done in that regard. All I got that day was an upgrade. (I came back a separate day to purchase a screen protector but that concluded the purchases made at this location!) Little did I know that she snuck two tablets on my account, raised my data plan, and added three separate insurance plans to my account on a later date! I never even saw the two tablets! I called the corporate offices and it was revealed that her agent i.d. Accessed my account without my knowledge about three weeks after I upgraded my phone. That's scary because she held onto my info. I have no authorized users on my account and I use a six digit passcode. Completely unacceptable, she would lie and lie and lie, she must've held that job by the skin of her teeth. After about a month of me talking to corporate. They concluded that the tablets weren't using any data on my account and that wherever they were, they were never actually activated. Corporate and I tried to call this authorized retail location on two occasions for a threeway call, and she was never there. Im just glad i didn't have to pay for any extra crap because its not fair. I was never present in the store for the tablets and insurance, and I nicely declined all that crap while i was upgrading my phone. She's dishonest and petty, also recently discovered that she would take sandwiches from next door without paying for anything. That's how you get to know the morals a person has. I consider myself to be a fair (and humble) person. I find myself back here to update my review since I've had a second experience at this store that was so much improved. Recently, I dreaded going in to get a new SIM card because I was so disappointed in my last visit here! I was met by a very nice gentleman named Gustavo. He not only took care of fixing me up with the new card, he was kind and courteous. Gustavo was full of personality and knowledge. He answered all my questions, made me feel welcome and offered extra insight on my plan where I would benefit from change. Waited an hour after telling the ONLY girl we needed to transfer over an old phone to a new phone. Once I asked how much longer when I was losing my patience while she was setting up a new phone for a gentleman, she learned we had iPhones to work with, told us to go home & use the computer to do it ourselves. Associates are allowed through corporate to lie about their promotions, area manager Danyelle Johnson acknowledged employee that sold me the promotion worked there and she said she would fix the discrepancy. I ended up coming in because she never followed through. I saw her hooking up her family with phones, but she was too busy to talk to me. My easy answer is to drop AT&T , and sue them for the money they promised me back.... over $600.!!! read more

Had a great experience here getting phones for my business. The two girls that helped were very helpful getting me the best plan for what we needed. Even though they did not have the phones in stock we received them within a couple days. It did take a couple hours but I think that's pretty standard anymore when getting new phones. My service seems to be better than Verizon so far less dropped calls. But as far as this store they rocked. read more

AT&T... YUCAIPA STORE Promotion: buy 2 phones get 2 free + 2 free iPads + 20% discount for Beaver Medical Group employees. Sounds great. We sign up. We take the 4 phones total. We are told to come back in 2 weeks for the second free iPad, because they don't have another one at this time. We go back in 2 weeks and they tell us that it was "while supplies last" and they are all gone. OKAY... employee discount? "Oh, that's only on some plans... not the one you signed up for." And the kicker?? We get a text message this morning saying that we don't qualify for the 2 free phones, AFTER the two week cancellation period is up!! So now, we owe them for 4 phones at over $800 each! I AM ANGRIER than I've been since my cookie supplier cancelled my gingerbread man order two weeks before Christmas. We've called and spoke with several customer service reps and what do they say? "Oh, never go to an authorized dealership, they don't now what they're doing... always go to a corporate office. First time in my life, and I am a senior, that I was told by a store associate to get the F--- out of the store...Two weeks ago we purchased 2 iPhone 7s together with back covers and screen protectors. One of the screen protectors broke without being dropped or otherwise abused. I Took all my sales receipts and the associate would not even look at the paperwork to see the purchase date, etc. Instead she said she could give us 25% off purchase price and that was all she could do. Then I tried to give her my credit card so I would not have to deal with this issue any longer and that is when she loudly told me to get the f--- out of the store or she would call the police.
