As a small business, any commitment to services is incredibly thought out. I found Dove when I needed them most and they have turned my office's communications around. Not only are they reliable, their services are consistent and their customer service is incredibly accommodating. I feel like they are on my side and they understand where I need to budget and where I can commit to additional expenses, never at the sacrifice of service on their part though. read more

I recommend Dove Communications for all your CCTV and intercom/paging system needs. They are very knowledgeable and can provide assistance with the best possible solutions at reasonable cost. Very responsive and great customer service. read more

We started years ago with a service call on a PA problem. Now Dove is doing hundreds of wired/wireless cameras in 4 sites. Quality, honesty, and fair pricing are why our Billion dollar a year companies trust Ofir and his Team! Any project we throw at Dove, they respond with integration knowledge on Access Control, Security, PA, Cameras, Network Control, anything network or security related. Dove has cleaned up installations done by larger vendors who made mistakes. I will say one thing about Ofir, he does his homework! When he has a solution, it will succeed. I can say that I trust Dove more than any Vendor we work with nationwide, not just in CA. read more

Team Dove I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it is to work with Adam. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he has a personality to go along with his talents. I also want to add that we appreciate the great customer service that we get from the entire dove team! read more

Dove communications handled our complete phone system V.O.I.P. and also all the paging and intercom system , They were able to do the job on time and to make sure to train our office staff and answer any questions. I definitely recommend Dove Communications to everyone . read more

We worked with Dove for several years and really enjoyed it, especially when Adam was there. When Adam left and they had no one left to help with out Toshiba PBX, we upgraded our phone system to a hosted VoIP solution. Everything went great, but our exiting paging amplifier setup was giving us issues and when I called to ask them to suggest an upgrade for that, the sales guy, Patrick?, said, 'we don't work with that' before I even finished explaining the issue. I told him if he didn't want to help, we'd find someone else....Dove just isn't as good as it was a few years ago, so I deleted their number and I'm looking for other options. read more

Initially, Dove Communications will bend over backwards to get you setup. They'll also ask for a 5 star review as soon as possible. The pain comes after you're up and running. Whenever you have issues, even if the issue is caused by them, they will nickle and dime you for every service. We used them for about 3 years, and eventually got sick of it. We now use a different service that starts with a N and ends in iva that we're much happier with. read more

The most professional, polite , informative and efficient technicians! Adam and Armando were fabulous!!! From start to finish not one problem. They showed up on time and kept to their expected time schedule. Any and all questions or concerns were immediately taken care of. Dove Communications were able to provide the best telephone system for my needs. The cost of the system and installation was excellent. I was informed about all the possible options and was able to customize one that worked best for my needs. From the initial contact with Dove Communications to post installation the response was immediate. I have dealt with phone systems for over 30 years and I highly recommend Dove Communications ! read more

I have used Dove Communications for many years. The service has always been very good. The owner is very honest and reputable.

Dove Communications has been helping me and all of my extended family members with our homes for over the past five years. We have had all of our audio visual, low voltage, security, home theater and phone systems installed with Dove. We've also had Dove work at our corporate offices with all our needs. They service Orange County and LA County. They offer all up to date products for every budget and their customer service is exceptional! Ofir Yungman and his team are extremely professional and efficient. The team is able to answer all questions and spend time educating us on all of our needs, never rushing us. They are very flexible and were willing to accommodate our schedule even with multiple changes. Ofir the CEO is always available and a pleasure to work with! A quick shout out to James Hoselich!!! James spent a lot of time in my new home installing our security, internet and phone systems. His fund of knowledge and willingness to help was so awesome! read more

We called Dove Communications for our phone system, as we were moving our warehouse from a different city to Vernon. From day one, Ofir (the owner), Kim (the service manager) and their crew have been spectacular in the speed, accuracy and quality of their "communications" (after all, the word is in the company name) and service. Not only I've been every impressed with every interaction with them, but as a business person I hope my company can learn from them. Their image to us is the image that I wish my new company can portray to our own customers. read more

Adam is professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend his services with Dove Communications.

We had Dove replace our home system with a new Panasonic hybrid system. Dove quoted me fair prices and did a great job on the project. The technician, Adam, was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. Highly recommend Dove. read more

I worked with Dove Communications for many years at a previous employer and when I moved jobs, I made sure they were the first company I called for a new phone system. Ofir came in for a walkthrough and cut our phone bill from $1,200/mo to just over $200. I highly recommend them to anyone! read more

Adam can't say enough good things about him. Came, saw and fixed things with out any fuss. This is a can do guy!! Dove is a professional company I would for sure work with them again. read more

Dove proposed a solution to my telecom needs that saved me $ and hassle. His install team was very professional and customer service oriented. Great customer service, very friendly. Adam was very informative and professional. Gave us all the information we needed and got our system back up and running in no time! Would highly recommend just off how awesome they treated us and, how prompt they were with their great customer service! read more

We received quotes from multiple companies and Dove's proposal was the most informative and professional of them all. Ofir Yungman came to look at the job before giving us the quote. Other companies gave us quotes without coming to see the project first and we didn't like that. Every employee that we have talked to has been very helpful and kind. We are very happy with Dove Communications and highly recommend. read more

What ur co.'s done yesterday matters little to me, the customer - show me what you can do today (which in my case was inefficient work). It doesn't take a village to terminate 48 ports, ESPECIALLY when the client side has already been terminated. It was a simple panel punch down and toning. I bet if I'd asked for 10 tech, you've sent them too - what do you care, just to get paid. The first job required two techs, the second, one. And you speak of techs that have been there 10+ years. Ha! Send me those next time (wait, won't be next time), cause BOTH tech that came would have been 10 years old, 10 years ago. In the case of the first job, apparently the tech was gone after being on the job less than a year because when I asked for him, "Lola" said - he's no longer here... Humm... Coincidentally that was the one that got berated, I was there, saw and heard with my own eyes and ears... The quality of the work is no less nor more par with what I could have gotten elsewhere - to call it great would be like calling Toyota Corolla a high end sports car. You forgot to mention, that the first tech had the cables pulled one way, and the second decided that's not good enough and spent an almost an hour "fixing" the first tech's "mess". Neither of the techs EVER advertised their presence on the premises - huge lapse considering the charge is hourly. Both took 4 hours + to finish a job that a real 10+ tech would have done in way less time. One can only guess as to how good a co. is by the reviews. But flimsy one paragraph shill reviews are easily spotted by the discerning audience... That's how we weed out the chafe... Instead of being defensive and blaming shortcomings on the clients, fix your attitude and management. read more

Best damn customer service on the planet. In a day and age where cell phones rule, they still get it done. I had office phones put in about four years ago, and I just went back to them again to do some jacks in my new house. Didn't even shop around or anything, just gave them a call. That simple. Out of curiosity, I did a little more shopping around after the fact, and they were STILL the cheapest. Lydia, who handles customer service, has got to be the nicest, most pleasant woman I've ever dealt with. read more

I called this company because I saw all of their great reviews and all of the nice pictures of Cisco equipment. When I called in I spoke to Lola and I explained that we had a Cisco phone system. After about 30 seconds of speaking with her she asked me to hold, which I did. She came back on the line and said that they no longer work on Cisco equipment. So, even though there's a log of pictures on Cisco phones and equipment here on Yelp!, apparently they are not in the Cisco game anymore. read more

We had a sudden office phone system emergency. Our beast of a phone system died after 10+ years of service, and our original installer wasn't answering calls or responding to email, and all our business calls had to be routed through cell phones. A horrible situation that needed to be fixed immediately. We tried a couple places locally, and even got estimates for a new voip system, but since we've got a contract for our lines, the voip would add more cost than replacing the phone system because of the new voip phones. Some places wanted $300 to just come out and troubleshoot. Dove's Igal helped me come up with a plan over the phone, they got a reasonable estimate to me, and came out in half a day. Their technician, Clinton, was amazing, skillful, and extremely knowledgeable, and set up our new system quickly, and even more efficiently than before. As of now, I'll recommend them both in terms of price, service and skills. We'll be calling them again if we need help with our phones. read more

We spent over $10K for phone and data cabling with Dove Comm. When one of the jacks didn't work, not only were we charged to get this fixed when it should have been done right the first time but we got charged a dispatch fee. Be aware that every time they come out, you get charged a $65 dispatch fee. I don't know if Igal still runs the company but my opinion of this company has changed completely since the installation! read more

We have been working with Dove for over 7 years. Over the years, they have upgraded our phone systems, installed voicemail systems, rewired our entire office for data and voice, and installed our audio system and video security system in our office, as well as handling troubleshooting and the occasional configuration changes we have needed. Their work has always been excellent. They respond quickly when we need their help, and their pricing is reasonable. Highly recommended! read more

I would recommend Dove Com. to anyone. They are trustworthy, fast, and know their business. I am very pleased and I will contact them again.

We've been working with Dove for several years and recently made the decision to switch all of our telecom/technology needs over to Dove instead of spreading those services out over several companies. Ofir, the owner, is intelligent, honest, efficient and helpful. It's such a relief to work with someone who doesn't try to upsell up on services and in fact, explained that we may be looking at services that were TOO big for our operations. When we realized that we'd be returning to our offices in mid-April after more than a year of being closed, we needed to upgrade our internet services and phone systems ASAP. Dove Communications and Ofir worked with us to make this transition as quickly as possible. To make this happen, Kim (who schedules all service calls and seems to coordinate the day to day at Dove), connected us with Clinton who provided an easy to understand questionnaire that we submitted in order to help him program our new system so it best fit our needs. He was easy to communicate with and was patient with our lack of knowledge in this area. Kim scheduled Adam for a 2 day upgrade and installation at our offices and he arrived promptly each day, was polite, worked cleanly, and was very attentive to COVID protocols and our needs. Adam explained what he was doing along each step of the way and made us feel comfortable and knowledgable with our new system. Since we installed the Yealink VOIP phone system, our staff have RAVED about its simplicity and ease of use while still raving about how functional and "high tech" it is. We would absolutely recommend Dove for your needs. read more

Kimberly is awesome, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable with the service. Thank you...

Wish there was a "10 " rating here, because these guys deserve it. They are the communications team that services the executive suites building where my office is. Ofir is the owner, and is fantastic. And I cannot say enough good things about Adam, who is one of th IT consultants on the team. I had two very pressing issues that two other external consultants could not resolve...and Adam literally fixed the issue s in a matter of minutes. These guys are nice as can be, customer centric, very responsive....and refuse to give up until their customers are happy. Of all the vendors I deal with for my firm, their customer service is right at the top! read more

Technician Adam White was really great. Solved a problem that everyone else couldn't. And a real professional. Made my day!

Awesome Customer Service! Our business has an antiquated phone system and changed over to a new phone provider. We were informed by our new phone provider that not many techs are familiar with our system. We thought we'd have great difficulty finding someone to manage the install. Thanks to Yelp, we found Dove Communications. They easily accommodated our scheduling needs. Ed was prompt, courteous, and informative and we were charged a fair price. read more

They ALWAYS have a way to get something done without it costing an arm and a leg and they don't have to come back and back and back to get it done, it is a first time and done with. There still are places with skilled techs that know how to show up on time and answer questions on the phone without making you feel stupid. read more
