Finding BBone technologies online, I called and made an appointment for a home visit with Arturs. Within 10 days he met with us to go over each line of the estimate, equipment as well as the upgrade/installation process, organized as follows: Project Description: Scope-Multimedia, Network Infrastructure, User training and support Areas and items(Installation and Programming)-Living Room,Primary Bedroom,Media Rack The costs per equipment/per room and associated labor were clear and itemized.(We had received two other estimates, each of them vague in equipment pricing and labor/installation cost and unclear in the scope of the work.) There were additions as the project evolved into a completely tailored Smart home installation which includes lights, window and door shades, climate control, and multi room music/video. Throughout the entire project Arturs gave us progress updates and continued to customize all components of the entire system. His passion for the work he does and his awareness of the latest technological advances in home management bring his clients Intuitive personalized home management systems to streamline daily life. He is extremely concerned about client satisfaction backed by his strong work ethic. He faces problems as challenges, analyzes each aspect, and resolves the issues with solutions. Like most people I write bad reviews when companies are disappointing. I don't review businesses that are average but I go out of my way to write reviews when businesses are good. Well BB One Technologies is a great company that will have all of my future electronic installation business. We owned a large Sony flatscreen TV that was showing signs of an impending death. I did some research on models that would replace it and after purchasing a 75" Samsung I contacted BB One through Yelp about a price to install it for me. Arturs got back to me within 5 minutes! We already had a wall mount but given the size of the TVs there was no way I could do it myself. I figured this would be a simple job for a professional to remove the old TV and install the new one on the existing mount. It was straightforward but not easy and no way I could have done it myself. In short, Arturs and Dimitry did a spectacular job installing the new TV. Pulling the cables through the wall was a nightmare but they were diligent and patient and neatened them up incredibly well. I had purchased a Harmon Kardon sound bar with a separate sub woofer. Arturs suggested replacing it with a Sonos Playbar that has great sound without the sub woofer that would have had to be in the opposite end of the room. Follow through is essential and these guys have it: After installing the TV we realized it was a few inches low. The guys came back the next day and moved it up. No questions asked. The optical cable that came with the Playbar was too short so Arturs picked up a longer one and came back again to install it. While moving a piece of furniture they accidentally put some scratches in the floor. They came back later to sand polish and seal the scratches. I mention this because I've had contractors do damage in the past and just walk away. These guys went out of their way to fix it up to and beyond my expectations. In short if you need any electronic installation work these guys are the ones to call. The best! read more

I've worked with BB One Technologies for a few years now. My first project with them was to uninstall a Nest Thermostat and install an Ecobee in my condo. This ended up being a project that took a lot more knowhow than I expected. They had to change wires and adjust the air conditioner on the roof in order to make it work properly. Despite having to do way more than expected they still only charged me the estimated amount. After this experience I had them do several other projects at my condo including mounting my TVs, installing smart locks and security cameras. When I moved into a house they uninstalled everything from my condo and reinstalled it in my new place. At my new house I had them mount 4 TVs and hide all wiring in the wall and cable boxes, install routers and internet, sound bars and smart lights throughout the entire house. This work was exhaustive and despite that, Artur was friendly and efficient. At every turn, he was able to recommend the best product and system for my project as well as help me to know more about extending and building on those systems in the future. They are very affordable and did everything professionally; never leaving before the job was completed and I was happy with it. Another great lead via Yelp. I called a few different companies for quotes to fix our home mesh system and was lucky to stumble upon BB One Technologies! Alise responded to my request quickly and Arturs called to talk through the issue. Within a few minutes of talking, Arturs had all the info he needed and outlined a few possible solutions. We were able to confirm details via text and book an appointment to upgrade the system. He texted to confirm in advance, arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and got right to work. First off I want to say I normally don't look for service providers through Yelp but am so glad that I did and ran across BB One Technologies. I submitted a quote request and Alise sent me a response about 10 minutes later. Artur then reached out and scheduled a walk through at my home. I later found out that Artur and Alise are co-owners of BB One Technologies. I agreed to the price quoted and Artur proceeded to schedule an appointment to start the work. Artur and his associate Olegs started on a Sunday morning around 10:30 and finished up Tuesday afternoon. I had a new TV, Sonos Soundbar and surround speakers installed. Artur and Oleg also installed a network rack in a room on the other side of the wall where the TV was installed and moved all the components out of the living room and onto the rack giving my living room a clean look. As a final piece to everything that was done Artur and Olegs installed a set of Phillips Hue light bars as well as a Phillips HDMI sync box that enhances my video experience. Overall I could not be happier with my set up. Never once did I feel pressured during my consultation and during the installation process Artur and Olegs constantly cleaned their work area. Artus made something out of nothing. I was skeptical as I am a yelp enthusiast and consult with yelp before I eat, breath and sleep. His reviews were great but not enough in numbers to entrust a project as such. Boy, am I so glad that I took a leap of faith on this one. Arturs came to my home in hopes of getting a better understanding of what the job entailed. That was an early sign of acknowledging his professionalism and that he took care in his work. After diligently advising me what was possible, given the parameters of my space and budget, we came to a conclusion that the job could be done in the way that I envisioned it. He also gave me suggesions on how to seperate and maximize my space for a better viewing experience. After transparently telling him that I am in Los Angeles alone with limited income and I needed some more time to acquire funds, (recent college graduate), I would get back to him shortly to schedule a date that was feasible. He was abundantly understanding. Now in my experience if you cant afford something, some people do not take the time to further explore until the job is booked. This was not Artus' philosophy. He worked with me providing ideas and concepts so when the time came, we were ready to execute it. As soon as I was able to afford the job, I made sure to get on his schedule. The day in which he was to do the job, I unfortunately got a case of tonsillitis so I knew I was going to be in bed all day in my studio apartment. Unknowingly of what sort of mood I was going to be in, I still decided to keep my appointment because I remembered how personable and kind Arturs was and knew he'd be no issue or bother while I recovered. Not only did he and his colleague complete the job immaculately, he went above and beyond to ensure that my every request was truly fulfilled and that he did! His work is spotless and precise. I couldnt help but take notice that he would double check his work to make sure what he was doing was correct i.e balancing, measurements, scaling. At that point, I was certain I could fall asleep and everything would be just fine! He went the extra mile and mounted my Sonos system. I had complete confidence in this man. They ran into a technical hiccup due to me not having the proper equipment for my soundbar but Artus and his colleague did not leave until they found a way to problem solve. Technically it wasn't even their problem to solve!! They did this out of pure graciousness. Folks would dub me to be pretty critical and observant so please believe me when I say here, Arturs is your go to guy. He's extremely knowledgeable in this profession. I knew it was real when he offered a follow up visit. Some doctors don't even offer that! I found my tech gem here in LA and I am not letting him go. Arturs was wonderful to work with! Hired him to do some cable tracing and terminating and switch installs. He was knowledgeable about the products involved and could have built us a system that was state of the art, but he also understood that we were on a budget and set us up with hardware that met our needs without trying to upsell us. He takes an enormous amount of pride in his work, going to lengths to make sure the install is visually attractive, nearly to a fault! At one point we told him he could simply run a cable exposed at the base of a wall, but he wouldn't let himself off that easily, instead spending extra time to route the cable inside the wall and then behind an existing pipe to make it invisible. He even offered to come back later and finish labeling the terminations when his label maker ran out of tape. He's a class act who cares about the job, with fair prices and good know-how.
