Our Control4 system was out-of-date and in need of service. The firm that put the system in was not very responsive, and didn't show for the last appointment I booked. I turned to Yelp to find the highest-rated Control4 reseller in the Valley and found Tony. He showed up promptly to give us a quote for new security cameras and updating our existing Control4 processors. His quote was reasonable and detailed. Tony and his crew were very courteous and very conscientious, they were very careful to put down protective coverings on our floors when doing inside work and did an amazing job of upgrading our system. Did a virtual estimate with Tony. It was fast and not much in detail about what type of system will be placed. I asked if I can have both access to open my door with my cell and my home phone which he said he can't do. I asked for the model of the intercom system model so I can see the features and all he did was to ask for my address. For other estimates submitted all businesses said they install what I want. Again......no estimate invoice was ever offered after the estimate which you can email to me no need for a address.
