Unfortunately, LG is not a very customer-centric company since they partnered up with Handy to install my TV for $160. Handy seems like a scam company because they waited until 10 minutes before our appointment to reschedule it for a week after the appointment. Read it up, it's definitely a common theme with Handy, which definitely prioritizes money over their customers. My friend had made a very beautiful 8K video of her wedding and we were going to watch it the day after the installation with our families at my house. Needless to say Handy messed everything up and our "party" was ruined. Then came Mount Up to the rescue. They have professional equipment and left my TV and soundbar perfectly leveled on the wall.
