I'm a former customer and called about installing a few Ethernet ports in a new house. Anton told me they would try to accommodate me, discussed the job in detail, suggested a Saturday morning appointment, and said he would call me back in about 15 minutes. He never called. I then called the following day to follow-up and I was connected to Vladimir. He explained that Anton had disappeared, and was told that either he or Anton would get back to me that same day. Again Nobody called. So I had to call a third time (on a third day). Only then did Anton finally tell me they were "busy", that they no longer service homes (even though Vladimir told me that because I was a previous customer, they would help). Then Anton told me their contractor hadn't responded, and they had no availability. YesTechie is embarrassingly disorganized and disjointed. Nobody seemed to know what anyone else was doing, nobody took responsibility, and basic promises to return a phone call apparently meant nothing. If they had simply said, "We can't take the job," during the first call, there would have been no issue. Instead, they wasted my time over three days, repeatedly failed to follow through, and made me chase them down just to get a basic answer. If this is how YesTechie handles communication before they even start a job, I certainly wouldn't trust them with anything important. If you value your time and sanity, stay away from these people. There are plenty of better options out there.

Vladimir and his team were able to utilize some of the existing wiring and completely update me with the latest cameras and Control4 home automation system. I now have an amazing setup with multiple rooms having home theater style audio systems. Since our initial meeting we have also added the Rachio 3 smart sprinkler system , 15 high definition outdoor cameras , Wi-Fi door locks on the from door and rear gates, multiple control4 switches and really awesome true audio outdoor speaker system with a 10in subwoofer buried in the ground - the sound is unreal!
