I found this place here on Yelp and booked right away because his pictures and reviews were so good. His customer service was very good. Response was quick and we scheduled an appointment quick. Once he arrived he was here no longer then an hour and he was very efficient and cleaned up after himself with his own vacuum. He hung my tv and hide the wires just like I wanted. He did an amazing job and very quick. I will definitely recommend his service and will be calling him again for another mount soon.

Aaron was very polite and professional! He was running a bit behind and texted to let us know well ahead of time so that we could adjust accordingly, which was appreciated. Both TVs were mounted quickly and look very nice. I feel confident that they are secure and the wires being hidden with cover is a nice touch. Aaron even provided a spare HDMI cord to hook up some tech to the TV when the one we originally had was too short for a mounted setup. He also struck a very nice balance between providing expertise while also inviting our own opinions when deciding where to place the TVs on the wall. Looking to mount your new Giant TV on the wall + Soundbar but don't know who to trust? Well friends look no further than Brian and his crew. We've gone to this team twice to install our TVs and sound bars. My husband is picky with his set up, so it means a lot to hear how happy he is with our results. The first time we used this company, we needed to have a TV shifted after we didn't install it well ourselves. We were very happy they could wrap the wires for us, too. (We didn't want the wires behind the walls, though this is an option they offer. ) This second time, we wanted a TV mounted in our home office and another in our bedroom, plus sound bar. They did both in about two hours. Looks great, shop much easier than trying to do it ourselves, since we're not a very handy couple. read more

Wow, truly can't believe how excellent the service was! I came to Yelp to find a mounting service and reached out to a number of mounting services. No one responded as quickly and as detailed as Brian. From the moment he responded to the moment he left my apartment a few minutes ago, the service has been exceptional. Initially, we scheduled for Friday to allow all of my parts to get in. Amazon delivered my packages early, so I reached out to Brian to see if we could move the appointment up- HE CAME THE NEXT DAY. When he arrived, he and his partner had masks on. They set up the TV in less than an hour and then VACUUMED the crumbs from the styrofoam that was in the TV box. He sells mounts but I also bought one on Amazon and he helped me choose which one to use. He was very familiar with the mount I bought and showed me all the features of how to use it. I was in need of someone to mount my 50" TV to my wall. I messaged Bryan and he responded very promptly with a quote and a time for an appointment the next day. Bryan came on time to the appointment. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. After a bit of discussion, he mounted my TV in the perfect position in my studio apartment. He even concealed my wires with a plastic cover that he suggested and installed a longer optical cable so that it would fit my soundbar. Bryan brought his vacuum cleaner and cleaned everything up in the end too. Excellent service!! He provided a thorough, detailed proposal that addressed our needs. He did not try to nickel and dime us or oversell as others tried to do. Brian goes above and beyond (went to Home Depot to buy mat black paint to hide marks behind the media room TV). The 4 people who work for him are impeccable and care about the job being done beautifully. We are so appreciative of his work and follow through. Brian came back twice to troubleshoot a technical challenge from old equipment, at no charge because he insisted the entire system work perfectly. Read the many 5 star reviews of Circuit Genius over the past 7 years, which are spot on- so very happy that we did.

My initial review stated that I was forced to file a lawsuit against Brian Staller / Circuit Genius (legally known as: Performance Telecomm) for breach of contract. The matter is now permanently settled by the court. After the vendor filed an appeal, the Los Angeles Superior Court ruled in my favor and found Circuit Genius / Performance Telecomm liable for breach of contract. Owner Brian Staller calls this a "frivolous lawsuit" in his response to my initial review, but the facts prove otherwise. In his response to my first post, Brian called the lawsuit "bananas-level false" and "frivolous." The fact that I won a judgment against this company not once, but twice--once at trial and again on appeal--means that two judges ruled in my favor, finding Circuit Genius / Performance Telecomm in breach of contract. The court's decision validated the vendor's refusal to honor two key contractual agreements: 1. The Refund Scam: The vendor refused to process an agreed-upon refund for a Yamaha receiver (which the contract stated had "No restock fee if not wanted"). Instead, he attempted to coerce me into a "settlement" that required me to sign a document agreeing to no online reviews, legal proceedings, chargeback attempts or warranty support for work done. 2. Deceptive Practices: After agreeing in writing to return to my home and install a network rack at "no extra charge," he later refused to do so unless I paid a new 2-hour service minimum. He then withheld equipment that I had already paid for and refused to refund the cost of that equipment. **This Contractor is now a Regulatory Liability** More than six months after the final judgment, Brian Staller / Circuit Genius / Performance Telecomm has refused to pay the court-ordered debt. His failure to comply with the judgment has resulted in severe disciplinary action: 1. License Suspension: The Contractors State License Board (CSLB), has suspended his license for failure to comply with an outstanding civil judgment. (See CSLB Record for Performance Telecomm; License 117708). 2. Business Lien: I have filed a lien against this business to attempt to enforce the judgement owed (See State of California Notice of Judgement Lien; File No: U250127585224). This business employs deceptive practices and does not honor contractual agreements. Brian is desperate to get 5-star reviews and refuses to accept anything less even if it means bullying and using intimidation tactics with his customers. A business that ignores its legal obligations, has a lien against it, and has its state license suspended should be a major red flag to anyone reading this. Do not put yourself through a lengthy legal ordeal with this vendor. Proceed with extreme caution.

Let me explain my experience with this company. First I called them and a very nice young man answered the phone, he was very friendly and kind. He asked me a few questions about my installation job before giving me a price. Once we agreed on a price of $100 we set up an appointment to have my television installed. The boys showed up exactly on time and ready to go for me. They made sure to put the tv exactly where I wanted it to be. Then they set up and got started and the process was so smooth and simple. Installers just left my place and the guys did a nice job with the install of my tv i had them mount the tv up on my bedroom wall the wires were tucked into the wall with some kind of rod. The mount they brought me was not cheap but they didnt charge me much for it. The total for everything was 125 bucks and that included an hdmi cable. Good work. A's all the way around. read more
