Seriously, hire Enoc! I scheduled a tv installation for a conference room at my company's office, and they did a great job even cleaned up afterwards. Enoc was helpful and knowledgeable, even through text while I was getting a quote. He let us know the mounts we used weren't great and gave us enough time to return them. Then when it came down to the installation, I was at the tail end of a bad day and locked myself out of my office! First, I was late, then I had to wait further for someone to unlock the door. They were so nice, not only try to help me unlock the door, but waited for up to an hour to get in and do the job. Installation was efficient and looks absolutely great! Pro TV Mount is who I'll be recommending to family and friends in the future. I wish I could give Enoc and his crew 10 stars. I had, what I thought, was a complicated job. The wall in question has three layers, wood paneling, dry wall, and plaster. To further complicate the job, the wall is directly opposite our garage and has fire blocks in between the studs. I worried he'd have to make additional cuts in the wall that would be ugly and hard to hide. Despite my concerns, Enoc seemed unfazed. He and his crew got to work measuring everything. And before I knew it, he made the cuts in the wall for the wiring kit. To bypass the fire block, he made a tiny incision in the garage wall. He then ran the cables, them fished them through the wall plates. Next, he mounted the bracket on the wall, hanged the TV, taking care to do cable management as he went along. And, as for the hole in the garage wall... he patched that too. The install took about an 1.5 hours total. You can't go wrong with Pro TV Mount. read more

You know, I'm one of those guys that has to research the crap out of something before I'll pay to have it done. I've been pricing out and reading up on flat screen installs for about a year and a half, trying to figure out what the best way was, and what it would cost. I finally decided to pull the trigger and get it done. So I started my search on Yelp, which led me to Pro TV Mount. I really can't say enough good stuff about these people. Enoch was spot on time almost to the minute. He was friendly, helpful, explained everything in great detail, and the whole job to mount the TV above my fireplace and run the wires through the walls cost a total of $297 (which was the exact quote over the phone). Now I was afraid they were going to charge more because the fireplace had some brick on the inside (see the pictures) that was actually attached to the fireplace, and not just decorative. To that end, they had to run the wires outside and back into the house, for the SAME PRICE! I'd give them six stars if I could and am having them come back out to do the TV in my upstairs bedroom! I had my TV mounted a couple days ago. My appointment time was between 11-1, but one of the employees called out because he was sick. Therefore, they were about 2 hours behind schedule. The lady told me the guys would be at my place between 2-3, and she would call me about 30 minutes before the guys were coming to give me a heads up. I didn't mind that they were behind schedule because I had some errands to run. A little before 2, I called to see where the guys were, and no one answered. Then the guys called me and told me they were at my place, but I wasn't even home since I didn't receive the 30 minute notice. The guys said the lady was on lunch when they reached out to her so that's why she didn't give me that 30 minute notice. Luckily, I was in the area and rushed home. The guys were professional and quick. It only took them about 30 minutes. They ensured everything was functioning correctly before they left, and they left the area clean.
